This accommodation does not reflect the website which shows high quality refurbishment. It is more a hostel than a hotel and the worst place I’ve ever stayed in many years of travel. Pros Sea views Location Cons Made to feel unwelcome on arrival Extremely rude and abrupt blonde haired cleaner/receptionist Hole in wall from door Tatty towel over light Towels provided are old, thin, hard and bleach stained Wardrobe badly painted Loose handles No drawers/little storage Fridge with plug which doesn’t reach the socket Kettle and glasses provided-no cups Poor quality and mismatched bedding Lumpy pillow Dirty toilet brush Shower head needs replacing No cleaning during our 4 night visit Difficult to find available staff Poor lighting on stairs Broken mirror in stairway
