Awful 😞 experience don't go AVOID I have complained to easyJet and the hotel but there has been no response from either of them. There were six of us One couple. A mother and a daughter. A mother and her son. Four rooms booked. The mother had a separate room from her son. When we arrived early in the morning hungry and thirty there was nothing available to eat or drink. I was advised to get water from the vending machine but only notes that reception refused to change. With no other option either. First to be called to check in was, mother and daughter who paid via a card due to the hotel not handling cash. The process was very slow they went to their room which was a double room not a twin. The man at reception called them back down and gave them another room. My mother was called next to check in her room was a double not a single and had to pay tax for two people. My brother had the biggest bedroom and checked in fine. When my husband and I checked in we went to our room which absolutely stank of sewage and no water in the fridge. There were free toiletries and lollies but no water. At this point I'm so thirsty. I go back to reception to be told again to use the vending machine. In the end I said to the rude man being reception that I don't want freebies in my room just basic water. I was fuming by now. In the end he gave me two bottles of water for six of us. I complained about my room smelling and he said that he would not change the room now to wait till morning and see someone else. The room was changed the next day thank you. The food was another story undercooked turkey and pork throughout the week. I have a picture of this. The chef apologised but I think it was management a lady came over and stated it's a buffet not a restaurant. I said it did not matter all meat especially pork and poultry needed to be cooked properly, not raw. This happened most days. All of us were ill with stomach cramps and diarrhoea. The staff in the hotel were just so rude with the exception of the welcoming staff member on the desk in the restaurant and the cleaners for the room. The entertainment was awful 😳. We were excited all day and waited. Five minutes into it half the bar had gone it was awful. We never experienced this before. The bills for extras in the restaurant were all mixed up due to all the room moves which was annoying. Even checking out was a nightmare. We could not wait to leave and would have left earlier if we had an option. The worst experience in my whole life as agreed with the rest of my party. I would never return here not a four star ⭐ in my opinion. I stayed in Salou in H10 Delfin in April and read my review for that. It was amazing 😍 go here instead. I hate complaining but just have to warn others not to waste their money.

This is an adult-only resort, but with our group’s average age being 50, we actually felt young compared to most of the guests. The best part of the stay was the exceptional food and the hard-working staff, who genuinely did their best to look after us. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The bar service was very poor. While the staff themselves were lovely, there were far too few of them, resulting in long waits to get a drink. There was no service on the sun terrace, which meant a frustrating walk every time. The hotel itself is much smaller than the photos suggest. The pool area is limited, and the pool was uncomfortably cold, making it uninviting. The bar area lacked any real atmosphere and felt more like a university canteen than part of a hotel. The rooms were clean but very basic and cramped, far from what we expected for the price. Overall, while the food and staff stood out, the poor bar service, small and uninspiring facilities, and underwhelming rooms meant this resort did not live up to expectations
