Caroline
The rooms are dated and basic but very clean. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The food was surprisingly really good and lots of variety. Plenty of fresh fruit and salad. There really was something for everyone.
The hotel is about a 20min walk to the beach though they have a little train that takes u there if u prefer.
I enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to come back

Get what you pay for. Rooms are standard and cleaned daily. Swimming pool was perfect and new splash area perfect for younger children. Staff were friendly apart from one with a face like thunder and no manors. Only negative I would say is the food not always hot and not much of a selection having said that we found something every day. But food goes cold quickly with the a/c on all the time. Entertainment wasn't really existent but we made it work with the disco and bingo

Amazing 7 nights spent here. Close to the beach and shops. Rooms are perfect size for couple. Staff are so welcoming friendly and amazing with all languages. Drinks are fabulous food is fab too. Definitely want to come back. No attraction open in October so bear that in mind.

It's great for a family with young children, with their own pool with slides. My wife and I prefer the beach, so we would stroll off every day. The beach is 1.2km away and we didn't mind the walk. There is a cute little bus/train that stops at the hotel to bring guests to the beach if you don't want to walk. We were All Inclusive so the hotel gave us a lunch bag (sandwiches, fruit and water) to take to the beach, just order it the evening before. There is a gym room, but not a lot in it but then again it is a family destination hotel (in my opinion). The food is okay, plenty of it and there is choices. Hotel is spotless, always someone cleaning and everyone are friendly and polite. I'd like to mention Javier and Alba (on the desk), Foysol and Mia (in the restaurant), these were the main people we interacted with but like I said, everyone was friendly and polite.

Great family holiday, excellent animation team for the kids. Rooms clean and decent with daily service. Good pool area and plentry of sun chairs.
Kids club and movie every night.
Hotel is purposely not modern and has a distinct look and great character.
Good food in the restaurant and snack bar for if you need to eat endlessly.

Spent a week at this hotel and the staff are friendly and approachable. Staff on the snack bar at the side of the pool I found were quite rude, but overall, all inclusive food and drink, the twin room and entertainment was enjoyable. It was a lovely week here. You have to pay for Wi-Fi, 20€ for the week and they don't have hairdryers in the room but there is a nice convenient supermarket about 50 steps around the corner which is ideal for any extra luxuries.

Hotel room basic, but clean. No air con so purchasing a fan is an essential! Food good, not biggest selection but usually something to eat... Pool crowded on hot days, you need to get up early to put your towel down to get a lounger.. Good kids pool for young kids. Night entertainment not great, a couple of basic shows for kids. Free 'trains' outside hotel to take you into town otherwise 10 min walk.

The hotel it’s self looks fairly old fashioned, basic but clean. Staff at reception are helpful and friendly.

Bar - staff are friendly, queues aren’t too long apart from closing time which is 11pm. There is an outside bar at the pool area which has chips, hot dogs and burgers and ice cream all day long included with all inclusive. Alcoholic at the drinks are not the best and we couldn’t drink them, however the juice for kids all day long is good.

Pool area - very kid friendly there is a child’s pool
Which is knee deep on an adult, which has 3 slides there are a lot of available sun beds which are plastic and uncomfortable so we had to lie on lilos, plenty of space for everyone at the pool. The bigger pool does get quite deep (2.3 meters) but there is a life guard at all times. The pool is also freezing cold. This is open between 9am-7pm. The pool and surrounding area is clean. You are not allowed to take hotel towels down to the pool they will be confiscated

Room - hotel is noisy until about 12:30am beds are not comfortable and I was unable to sleep with the provided pillow. The safe, fridge, tv and phone all have to be rented separately which I felt was a bit of a rip off considering we paid all inclusive. The fridge is dreadful, not cold and dirty. Bathroom has a bath and a shower but the shower was unuseable it kept falling off the wall. Rooms are cleaned daily but bed sheets are not changed, towels are always replaced.

Food - breakfast is between 7:30 and 9:45 and if you are late you do not get any food. The buffet breakfast was edible however not the best, it included toast, beans, sausage, bacon, egg and it was the same everyday. The lunch menu was better but still not the best and we didn’t eat lunch most days. The dinner menu also didn’t change much by the day and most of us said it was dreadful and bland however I thought it was okay, there is a McDonald’s and a Burger King close by so we ended up going there 4 out of our 7 day stay.

Entertainment - children games throughout the day including water polo, football, table tennis and various games, children disco at night with an entertainer showing them different Spanish dances, this is aimed at young children. Adult entertainment was basically a classic butlins holiday with 1970s music everyday - boring. Pizza could be bought from the bar at night for 7€. I would consider going elsewhere for entertainment if you are having a long stay here. There is a fee bus to town which comes every 30 minutes but stops at 10:30pm however it is not a far walk and there is various stalls, pubs, the beach and other hotels can be seen which all look better than the Santa Susana resort.

In general I feel like you get what you pay for but the food could have been better, this was our first holiday abroad but we don’t think we will be back

Lovely little family hotel. Set back from the main strip. Nice pool if a little crowded but only a free road train ride from the strip and beach. Lovely food and plenty of it. And the same with drink.

nice place to stay with helpful staff and nice food for the price it is worth a visit. The only downfall is the token for a cup which seems pretty pointless when you have a wristband on, meaning that if you have forgotten it you simply cannot have a drink making queues for a drink much longer. Overall it is a nice clean place with good facilities and nearby activities and shopping, would go again.
