I had booked another hotel in Mallorca, but there was a problem so I quickly booked this hotel instead. I booked with just 10 minutes' notice, but they were happy to accommodate! I was lucky to get a corner room on a high floor, with a fantastic view of the mountains and ocean from the balcony. One thing that surprised me was the large number of families with small children. I didn't hear any children...
I have visited Sol Barbados few years ago and it was much better in term of food and staff. Most if not all staff were rude and not easy to approach especially the bar men as well as the restaurant workers. I wanted to go again so we can have some memories back but unfortunately it wasn’t as expected
Great resort that is close to the beach and several restaurants.
The staff were great but the food was not nice at all not many options and we asked for a double bed we got 2 single beds even though we asked on the first day to have a double bed. It needed to be more clean there were no toilet paper or hand soap in the toilets by the pool . .
Was very clean nice pool facilities
Tyvärr en iskall pool. Stökig matsal. Slitna rum.

Very nice hotel, lovely staff, very helpful & considerate restaurant staff who were kind when my husband felt ill. Restaurant food was good , plenty of choice for everyone. Our room was clean & comfortable, large shower in bathroom which was powerful, maybe a shelf in the shower would help to put toiletries on. The only downfall ( which is not the hotels fault) was that the street could be noisy...
The breakfast and dinner buffet was great with additional varieties daily but the room could do with some complimentary items like tea bags and body wash.
Staff working across all service areas in the hotel were very polite, courteous and helpful. Pool and entire area of hotel always very clean, tidy and welcoming, sun beds generally always available. Animation team all good fun, made every effort to ensure you enjoyed your stay whilst not being too pushy. Evening entertainment also very good with a good standard of live bands playing. Could not fault...
Great hotel with good location, near the train station and close to the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very nice people working at the reception and restaurant as well, we had a wonderfull vacation and hope we will return.
Without exception, every member of staff at Hotel Indalo Park served us with a smile and as a result we enjoyed our stay. I was staying with my twelve-year-old son and we both enjoyed the activities put on by the wonderful animation team. From water polo to aqua aerobics and shuffle board, there is something for everyone, and the animation team do a great job at making people feel welcome and included...
Beautiful place and too nice people. The service in the hotel is at a high level. The rooms are bright and clean. The food in the hotel restaurant is varied and delicious. All the best recommendations for a peaceful and fulfilling vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are truly lovely and incredibly friendly, especially with children. We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Bouganville Playa in Costa Adeje. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and truly stood out. Nice hotel, a little dusty but ignorable Near to metro and pretty okay breakfast selection and churros!
I've stayed here multiple times because the location is just unbeatable. El Corte Inglés is right next door, and it's super close to Plaza de España and Gran Vía. The newly renovated rooms are much more comfortable than before, and they still provide a kettle and disposable slippers. However, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and other toiletries. Other highlights: The gym facilities are comprehensive...
The food is very good but hotel But the hotel asked us for money for every service.
Good location, everything available by walking distance. Rooms are good value for money
Booked a two-bedroom suite, but it was just a connecting room. It's a standard five-star hotel, but nothing really stood out.
The room was very clean, and the hotel arranged for an early check-in, which I really appreciate! 👍

The building gets older. And breakfast was simple and relatively low quality.
The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me
Convenient location and excellent service.
What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good. When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it. A huge thank you again for their assistance!
Nice space, but the staff makes a lot of noise every morning when they go to clean the rooms.
We stayed in Madrid for one night as a layover for our connecting flight to Porto. As we arrived quite early in Madrid, around 11 AM, and check-in wasn't until 3 PM, we decided to ask if we could leave our bags at the hotel. Pros: Staff do their best to accommodate your stay and work through any issues. Decent amount of food selection for those without dietary restrictions. Shuttle to the beach although the schedule is limited. Most of the food is pretty good actually, although variety doesn’t change too much day to day. Hotel views are great. Lovely stay at Riu Vistamar. We loved the effort the made with Christmas decorations throughout the hotel. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. 1.5l bottles of water available as well which made things much easier. Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. Make the beds. But at the expense of washing floors as it is difficult. 2 weeks never and not washed under the bed. But if you don't pay attention to it, you can live. Only really very hot. Was in June, no idea what's going on in July or...
Just got back spent 5 days there ... ok seen the reviews and thought no way but for the price it was far better than the reviews state .. lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect ..close to beach and nightlife a budget hotel at a budget price
Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter
Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.
It would have been nice if not for the drunk German youth.
Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected...
Everything was first class, reception, room was fantastic, staff, food and the entire hotel was faultless. 5 Star for sure.
Been to this hotel 5 times and would go back again. Rooms need updating a bit. Restaurant is busy but big enough to accommodate everyone. Staff all friendly
Large pool good food but didn’t like killing 59 cockroaches in my room in 2 days and had to ask twice to clean my room properly. Front desk staff we’re great shame about lack of communication
Not bad but won’t be back Long walk (5-10mins) from entrance/reception to our apartment. Air con in apartment was useless - not sure if adhering to Spains 27 degrees Celsius lower limit… felt like it!
Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

The hotel offered an average holiday experience. The food was good, with plenty of choice, and Sofia at reception was friendly and helpful. We stayed here for a very special family holiday last week and the hotel, staff and food was excellent. Second stay here, and the service at this hotel is excellent. We booked a room that included welcome drinks, which we could redeem at the bar. There was also complimentary juice upon arrival. The gym is very professional and spacious. I accidentally left my scarf behind when checking out, and they helped me retrieve it in the end. I'm very impressed with the service.

Everything was good, loads of choice for the food. The entertainment team was working very hard, all the staffs were very friendly, suitable for families with young kids.
The hotel itself wasn’t bad. The pool was too small for the size and there are some really stupid rules in place (small section for ball games and lilos etc) and the bigger space for chilling, it also was quite dirty. There were enough beds for everyone, but the usual ‘get up at 5 to get the bed I want but not turn up until the afternoon’ people were very much present here. Staff were lovely and the...
Genuinely an amazing hotel, would return in a heartbeat. The staff are extremely attentive and polite. The cleaners work non stop round the clock and the place is spotless. The entertainment team are kind and funny, special mention to Jose who made the holiday. We went on 3 trips with help from the Tui rep within the hotel and they were great! The riu parties are a lot of fun and easy to book and transfer...
Lovely hotel. Good food and drink options. Lovely staff. Would stay again
Lot's of choice with the food. Room nice size and beds comfy. Drink option ok Staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment good, but was only there 4 nights and watched the same routines a few times. Which was s bit repetitive.
Great hotel with attentive staff. Very clean with plenty of food at service times. All inclusive experience. The gym is a bit poorly stocked, with treadmills in need of replacement.

I booked a double room - clean and functional. Had a smart TV however no apps on it or option to download which was very disappointing. Only had access to handful of loval/ international channels plus some sports/news ones. Not ideal if you’re planning to chill at the hotel. Only thin sheets available which wasn’t the best as it can be a little frosty over night. No irons in the hotel - only dry clean...
Good location near to beech. Clean hotel and room plenty of sun beds and you carnt reserve them good idea. The food is tastlest and not warm enough plenty of chose though. While thare some people had up set stomachs. Staff are helpfull and polite. The out side restaurant is viseted with doves on the tables and near the food.
A very memorable holiday, from the moment we arrived until we left the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean throughout and you saw cleaning staff throughout the day. We had upgraded our all inclusive experience and the rooms was a good size with a nice balcony looking out to the sea and there was a daily maid service with fresh bottled water daily. As we had upgraded we had...
Just got back from this most beautiful of hotels. From the moment we arrived we could see how this is more like a 5* than 4*. The furniture is amazing throughout the whole hotel and the views from your room are beautiful. The branded drinks from the spirits to the San Miguel were an added touch we didn’t know anything about. We didn’t upgrade to Esencia as it was full but felt like we didn’t need to...
This hotel was recommended by friends but we weren’t impressed, we paid extra for the “Esencia” upgrade and personally I think this was a waste of money, in my opinion the upgraded room was no better than the standard room, there was a mirror in the bathroom and a full length one by the door so a struggle for two people to get ready to go out and only one bin in the bathroom when I asked about this...
The best hotel we have ever been to. Food delicious and variety, everyday plenty to choose from. Drinks all original alcohols and well prepared , not deluded. Staff the most helpful and most friendly ever. Rooms spacious , clean and well equipped.

Overall good, a few tweaks needed to make it better. We were on the 2nd floor and had booked a sea view room which was spacious and had a good sized balcony and fabulous views. Perfect location close to the sea and all the shops and restaurants. Positives: Clean spacious room with great sea view. Comfortable bed and choice of 3 pillows each. Good quality bed linen and large towels. Nice Rituals toiletries...
The hotel is in a fabulous location, on the sea front and close to the old town and many bars and restaurants. All staff were friendly and professional and Fatima our room maid was particularly wonderful. Our room was serviced daily and linen and towels changed frequently. The lobby bar was great and very reasonably priced. Breakfast offered a good choice with omelettes cooked to order. They offered...
The hotel is located by the sea, which is a good location, but the breakfast wasn't very good. I think if you want peace and quiet, don't come here; choose another hotel.
Honestly can’t fault our stay here at all. The staff are super helpful and friendly, we decided to enquire about the upgrade on check in and went with it, definitely worth it for the room view alone but the tapas and drinks are a great touch! Tapas is served from 4-6 along with the top shelf spirits and the breakfast is till 11 and worth going down for as I’m not really a buffet person so this suited...
Plus points - Pleasant, clean and quite smart hotel - Staff are kind, friendly and helpful - Very well located just on the edge of town and an easy walk to lots of cafés restaurants, etc. - Nice bedrooms & public areas Issues - Lack of vegetarian food especially at dinner. A lot of food isn’t labelled so you have to keep asking. Even the mixed salads and the soup are usually not veggie. There’s no...
We had nice Fantastic stay at Melia Costa Atlantis in September 2025. For 7 days. For our wedding Anniversary. We booked through Jet2. The Hotel is a VERY nice hotel. The room we was in was very nice with comfy bed. We was a corner room and had 2 balconys! Amazing. Both Balconies offered amazing views of the beach and the mountains. The Bathroom was also very nice with a powerful shower. Staff...
