I had booked another hotel in Mallorca, but there was a problem so I quickly booked this hotel instead. I booked with just 10 minutes' notice, but they were happy to accommodate! I was lucky to get a corner room on a high floor, with a fantastic view of the mountains and ocean from the balcony. One thing that surprised me was the large number of families with small children. I didn't hear any children...

I have visited Sol Barbados few years ago and it was much better in term of food and staff. Most if not all staff were rude and not easy to approach especially the bar men as well as the restaurant workers. I wanted to go again so we can have some memories back but unfortunately it wasn’t as expected

The staff were great but the food was not nice at all not many options and we asked for a double bed we got 2 single beds even though we asked on the first day to have a double bed. It needed to be more clean there were no toilet paper or hand soap in the toilets by the pool . .

What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good. When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it. Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

The room was clean and hygienic, and all the facilities were new. I loved the cute, vintage telephone. The staff were also very welcoming. The only minor issue was that the walls were a bit thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great.

Great hotel with attentive staff. Very clean with plenty of food at service times. All inclusive experience. The gym is a bit poorly stocked, with treadmills in need of replacement.

I booked a double room - clean and functional. Had a smart TV however no apps on it or option to download which was very disappointing. Only had access to handful of loval/ international channels plus some sports/news ones. Not ideal if you’re planning to chill at the hotel. Good location near to beech. Clean hotel and room plenty of sun beds and you carnt reserve them good idea. The food is tastlest and not warm enough plenty of chose though.
