We really enjoyed our stay. We had room 1207 with nice views. I enjoyed the dinners, but wasn't too happy about coffee and juice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach and old town. We had sometimes trouble parking, but on the end find a spot. But I guess, it is a nightmare in the summer.

Hotel is beautiful with plenty elevators so you are never waiting long for one. Wide selection of food that caters to fussy eaters and those with a more adventurous taste. Staff are all lovely. Facilities are very clean. On arrival as we arrived late at night we were each given a goodie bag of a sandwich, water, cakes and fresh fruit. Great hotel right in the center of Bilbao. The museums are about a 10-minute walk away, the historical center is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. A bit pricey, but you can get a good deal if you’re flexible

Great location for a quiet family holiday. Close to the beach. Kids pool with a slide and large pool with a big area where little ones can play (about 0.7m depth). Food was good, small pre-made plates helped reduce food waste. Animation was fine. room was large enough for three. A bit dated and sometimes overcrowded at meal time with queues over 1/2 hour. Not a bad hotel for a budget holiday. Who prefers a VIP vacation - not here. Thin walls, excellent audibility of regular conversations between neighbors, tasty and varied food, close proximity to the beach and cafes. I recommend it not for picky people 👍

The hotel was nice and location was great. However for us the food was the biggest let down. We paid full board but we hardly ate there because it was not food that we would eat. Excellent trip at the end of October! The hotel is literally on the beach. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. Fabulous hotel for all the family, the beach is on the doorstep and its child friendly. Loads to do for kids including a small dedicated pool with slides, adults have their own pool and bar and no children are allowed. Rooms are excellent and very comfortable. We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone

Very good Hotel with a wide range of services and activities to do inside it. The food is good, where you have different dishes for all wishes and tastes. Fantastic hotel which is attached the the shopping centre and the major train station. Excellent buffet restaurant at the front and lovely staff who were very helpful with finding ways to get to the city centre. Room was lovely and big and bathroom shower was amazing!!!

Everything was fine, but I didn't expect that booking a room directly there would be more expensive. Also, when I was collecting my luggage, they didn't tell me that it had already been taken out, so I had to wait there.

The hotel has a fantastic location! It's right next to the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing! There are many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to attractions or the old town! A wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings! Highly recommended!

The location is convenient for taking the train to nearby places, such as Grenada. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel and it is also a 20-minute walk to the tourist attractions. The breakfast is good and the room is comfortable. However, the towels for the swimming pool on the 8th floor need to be picked up in the basement.

Great hotel, nice and clean got everything you need. We had breakfast included in our stay and what a great selection they put out every morning from your full English breakfast, omelettes, pancakes, fresh fruit and loads more! Room was lovely, couldn’t fault it and a great sea view. Would definitely stay again if we return to benalmadena!

This is a hotel I went to for business purposes. It is convenient because it includes a buffet meal. The facilities are a bit outdated and need maintenance. The people are friendly.

Place is huge with a jungle theme, we stayed for 3 weeks and would certainly not come here again, if you are disabled to many stairs and more often then not lifts not working the one that takes you down to the restaurant never worked in the three weeks were there. Stayed here with my family as a teenager so was lovely to now bring my children here. Bus was relatively straight forward and the location is great, 15 mins to beach, old town a good walk away but plenty of food and bars on the way. Large hotel in quiet part of quieter resort. Lots of space and sunbeds available. Room kept clean. Staff friendly to us. Nice Christmas decorations especially the tree.
