Lovely hotel friendly staff good clean rooms. Lovely outside pool plenty of sunbeds. Right near old town. Inside pool ok did not use as something was being pumped into it, steps only to get into. Only downer for us was evening meal was 8 o'clock which is too late for us to eat. Roof top bar is good for views
Stayed seven night in Madeira Centro hotel. I feel the hotel owes me nothing and have very few complaints. Rooms were modern and very clean. The hotel is pleasant and has plenty of staff. Lunch menu was impressive, was not part of my package but after trying it on day one i looked forward to it each day. Elena cleaning the rooms was lovely and tried to do the cleaning at a time that would cause me...
Perfect place to stay if you like both the city and the beach. It's in "Centro" of everything you come to Benidorm for. My full recommendation. I will add that the breakfast buffet was excellent (but very noisy)
Location superb. Very central. Room great on the whole, we had a superior triple room, with a lovely view of the sea and bay and town, but is lacking some basic features to reach its 4 star status. - hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on when used and do not need to have towels changed. - small ledge in the shower to put shampoo etc. - hand held shower head should be higher as it is at waist height...
This was a much needed break in the current crisis and it more than exceeded our expèctations. We have stayed here many times and really recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was fantastic, our room was spotless as was the pool area and diningroom and their rooftop bar is amazing. Loved it!
I stayed only for 4 nights in November to be honest absolutely fantastic from check in to check out ! Breakfast was excellent 👌 Nadia who serviced my room was brilliant absolutely spotless . Indoor pool for winter and gym were great additions. Cannot wait to revisit

The lounge offered very little in terms of food, especially hot dishes. The room itself felt a bit old. Otherwise, no major issues. The minibar was completely empty.
Located in Barcelona's Eixample district, the surroundings are nice. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to public transport, which is a bit inconvenient. However, the nearby shopping mall is quite good.
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean, every corner spotless, and the bedding had a subtle fresh scent that made my stay incredibly comfortable. I absolutely loved the design style – modern and minimalist, yet with thoughtful details. The color scheme and furniture placement were very tasteful, making it perfect for photos. The public areas were also well-maintained...
There's a mall across the street, which makes dining very convenient. Getting to tourist attractions requires taking the subway or bus. It's perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The hotel also has a car rental company, so you can easily rent a car for a day trip to explore nearby towns.
First-row sea view, perfect for a vacation. Right across from the hotel is a shopping area, so you can buy whatever you want to eat. However, the location is a bit out of the way. If you're on a business trip, getting to the city center will take some time.
The service was excellent, but the sea view from the lower floor was partially obstructed. Overall, my stay at this sea-view hotel was quite good. The room was clean and comfortable, with a sea view from the window that was relaxing both morning and evening. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and...

You can't get nicer staff than here at the Kaktus Hotel. We were badly let down on an apartment and we called in to see if they had any vacancies. A really friendly man on reception found us a fabulous room, with a fantastic sea view. The room was really large and although older furnishings as others have said, it was spotless. Traditional furniture doesn't bother us and it made a nice change from...
The room was spacious and clean, staff in all departments were courteous and friendly excellent location
The hotel was fantastic. Was clean and tidy. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and bars to visit. Staff were friendly.
large spacious room with everything you exepct in a hotel with this star rating. Good choice of breakfast.
Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. Nevertheless, our group unanimously considered it a success, thanks in part to the facilities and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We will definitely be back.
Very good Away from benidorm craziness, clean, beach on the door step, overall good

Okay, this hotel is perfectly located with, depending on room allocated, great views of the beach and Peniscola Castle. If you want a ‘Full Board’ option with music and entertainment from morning to midnight (break during Siesta) then this is the hotel for you. We had not realised that it would be so noisy, so not the best choice for us as our room was right above the Pool area where all the activities...
Another great spot. Definitely a retirement vibe here and we were there before busy season. But the hotel was great, food was great. Having laundry services were an added bonus. We got to catch up on laundry. Pool area is beautiful. All around great stay.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Our stay at Gran Hotel Peñíscola was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s warm hospitality, spacious layout, and its unbeatable location right on the beachfront. Just returned from an amazing stay at Gran Hotel Peñiscola! 🌟 The service was top-notch from the moment I arrived, with a friendly check-in that set the tone for my trip. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I felt really comfortable throughout my stay. Plus, the restaurant service was fantastic—delicious food and attentive staff! Can't wait to go back! 🍽️
The facilities are awesome. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The service depends greatly of who you are dealing with. Some employees need a little of an attitude adjustment. I am sure that it becomes tiresome to keep Repeating the same to the guest questions, however that’s what none stop tourism is. The meals were ok. Just ok. Great hotel & great value for money. Food is good for the large variety that they present each breakfast & dinner. Bar staff are tremendous & enjoy helping you learn Spanish (when you try and order in the local language). Facilities all good and entertainment was good too. Bed was a little hard for my liking and the cleanliness of our room was more of a 4/5. Overall 4/5 stars but would stay again.
Recently got back from this hotel last week, the rooms are clean and dining area is clean! The only bad things are that the pool area looks nothing like the pictures, there is too many chairs next to the bar area then there is sun beds all seemed all over the place and was hardly anywhere to go in the sun. The 2 gentlemen that worked on the bar was really friendly. We had an early morning flight and...
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Best San Diego. Everything was nice the staff were polite and friendly, particularly Ivan was very helpful. Yesterday I came back from my all incl. trip. I think this hotel is max 3*. Rooms very clean, but the air conditioning stank of sewage, probably not cleaned. We stayed at the San Diego 10th to 20th September. I'd say it was a good Premier Inn with a pool. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel is mainly clean & tidy. Great hotel with everything you need. The staff, food, and service are quality. We never usually go the same place twice, but I would definitely return to AluaSoul!
We really enjoyed our stay at the AluaSoul. We did half board. The buffet options for breakfast and dinner were good. We ended up venturing out for lunch and there are good options nearby. The only thing which was a little disappointing was our experience the onsite restaurant Marea, we had our one "A la Carte"dinner in there and the food was very average, would not recommend. Outside of that dining...
We enjoyed the adult only/my favourite club option which was perfect for our requirements. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in the restaurants, bar areas and reception desks. Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations...
Great location and loved having the beach right on our doorstep. Very close to the local town but not much to do in the town and could offer more activities within the hotel but still a very enjoyable stay.

Location: The hotel is right by the sea, with bars and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The environment is decent, and the breakfast is great, even with champagne available.
Hotel is excellent, Staff is it's best advantage, but localisation is also great. Breakfast are of good variety, great quality and tastes. The pool makes it's job, and it's great to be open all year long! Though, here are few things taht wolud need fixing - the fitness room is too samll, having 3 persons inside feels like croud. And the equipement needs to be modernised.
Very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized, making us feel at ease from the very beginning. We would especially like to thank Daniel, who checked us in. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We can definitly recommend the experience here!
Had 3 nights here for a business trip and had a brilliant stay. Rooms are basic but perfectly fine with a comfy bed (2 singles rather than a double), new bathroom and big TV. Lovely hotel, was late checking in and missed the evening meal, went to the room to find a packed lunch and a bottle of bubbly to welcome us. Food was amazing always plenty of choice and warm
Service from everyone was fantastic. The choices and quality of food was exceptional.
The room was clean and tidy. Staff work friendly and hard working. There was a good selection of food and drinks on the all inclusive. My only negative would be that the lifts were small and there always seemed to be one out of service, which meant waiting a while for them.

Nice hotel, a little dusty but ignorable Near to metro and pretty okay breakfast selection and churros!
I've stayed here multiple times because the location is just unbeatable. El Corte Inglés is right next door, and it's super close to Plaza de España and Gran Vía. The newly renovated rooms are much more comfortable than before, and they still provide a kettle and disposable slippers. However, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and other toiletries. Other highlights: The gym facilities are comprehensive...
The food is very good but hotel But the hotel asked us for money for every service.
Good location, everything available by walking distance. Rooms are good value for money
Booked a two-bedroom suite, but it was just a connecting room. It's a standard five-star hotel, but nothing really stood out.
The room was very clean, and the hotel arranged for an early check-in, which I really appreciate! 👍

Just perfect. Everything was top notch from the rooms, the fixtures and fittings, and the beds with a choice of pillows and the best week of sleep ever! The staff were attentive and efficient. All the interior of the hotel was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and just felt great to be there. The food was amazing every day. Quality entertainment if you wanted it but plenty of other spaces...
Whilst this hotel is in a beautiful location. Stunning scenery, find hotel food lacking especially in the evening can be crowded and bit of a bun fight. Difficult to catch attention to get a drink with meal. Lunch time meal excellent fresh salads etc. Room has a wonderful view. Staff I've encountered are all friendly and attentive. Only been here a day and they started closing pool bar at 08:00pm...
This hotel and staff were excellent from arrival to departure. The room we had was very nice and overlooked the estuary and sea. The only downside was no light on the balcony, but this is a minor moan Food was presented very well and always plenty of variety, I love seafood, so i was in my element , breakfast also had plenty of choice. The facilities for guests include a gym ️‍♂️ with updated equipment...
Peaceful, relaxed, the hotel gives spa vibes! Very much an older audience and a higher end experience. Comfortable beds, large stylish rooms. If you want hustle bustle, this place isn’t for you. I’m baffled by some of the reviews about the food - there are different meats, fish, seafood every night. Beautiful salads and potatoes, different breads and cheeses. All the spirits at the bar are branded...
Third visit and still a fantastic hotel.Food is delicious, plenty of room to sit/lie outside round the pools and staff very friendly and helpful.Special mention to Carlos on reception who helped us upgrade even when hotel was almost full and to Julia in the dining room for her friendly and efficient service.

The drinks are reasonable 3.60 euro for a glass of wine which is very nice. We used to have our meals further...

The building gets older. And breakfast was simple and relatively low quality.
The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me
Convenient location and excellent service.
What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good. When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it. A huge thank you again for their assistance!
Nice space, but the staff makes a lot of noise every morning when they go to clean the rooms.
We stayed in Madrid for one night as a layover for our connecting flight to Porto. As we arrived quite early in Madrid, around 11 AM, and check-in wasn't until 3 PM, we decided to ask if we could leave our bags at the hotel. To our pleasant surprise, we were immediately assigned our rooms (two, in fact), which was a huge help for us to rest. This was excellent. The hotel is well-located, relatively...
