Perfect place to stay if you like both the city and the beach. It's in "Centro" of everything you come to Benidorm for. My full recommendation. I will add that the breakfast buffet was excellent (but very noisy)

Room great on the whole, we had a superior triple room, with a lovely view of the sea and bay and town, but is lacking some basic features to reach its 4 star status. - hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on when used and do not need to have towels changed. - small ledge in the shower to put shampoo etc. - hand held shower head should be higher as it is at waist height...

This was a much needed break in the current crisis and it more than exceeded our expèctations. We have stayed here many times and really recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was fantastic, our room was spotless as was the pool area and diningroom and their rooftop bar is amazing. Loved it!

There's a mall across the street, which makes dining very convenient. Getting to tourist attractions requires taking the subway or bus. It's perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The hotel also has a car rental company, so you can easily rent a car for a day trip to explore nearby towns.

Our group of 15 cyclists enjoyed the service and the excellent staff. The food ranged from good to very good. The rooms could use updating. The mattresses, in particular, are in dire need of replacing. We stayed at the San Diego 10th to 20th September. I'd say it was a good Premier Inn with a pool. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel is mainly clean & tidy. Great location and loved having the beach right on our doorstep. Very close to the local town but not much to do in the town and could offer more activities within the hotel but still a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel is excellent, Staff is it's best advantage, but localisation is also great. Breakfast are of good variety, great quality and tastes. The pool makes it's job, and it's great to be open all year long! Though, here are few things taht wolud need fixing - the fitness room is too samll, having 3 persons inside feels like croud. I have visited Sol Barbados few years ago and it was much better in term of food and staff. The room itself reminds me of a 3 Star set up in Vegas. But my overall experience was EXCELLENT! They have decent wifi, outdoor/rooftop fun swimming pool, EVERYONE is having fun. Just perfect. Everything was top notch from the rooms, the fixtures and fittings, and the beds with a choice of pillows and the best week of sleep ever! The staff were attentive and efficient. All the interior of the hotel was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and just felt great to be there. The food was amazing every day. Quality entertainment if you wanted it but plenty of other spaces...

Whilst this hotel is in a beautiful location. Stunning scenery, find hotel food lacking especially in the evening can be crowded and bit of a bun fight. Difficult to catch attention to get a drink with meal. Lunch time meal excellent fresh salads etc. Room has a wonderful view. Staff I've encountered are all friendly and attentive. Only been here a day and they started closing pool bar at 08:00pm...

This hotel and staff were excellent from arrival to departure. The room we had was very nice and overlooked the estuary and sea. The only downside was no light on the balcony, but this is a minor moan Food was presented very well and always plenty of variety, I love seafood, so i was in my element , breakfast also had plenty of choice. Peaceful, relaxed, the hotel gives spa vibes! Very much an older audience and a higher end experience. Comfortable beds, large stylish rooms. If you want hustle bustle, this place isn’t for you. I’m baffled by some of the reviews about the food - there are different meats, fish, seafood every night. Beautiful salads and potatoes, different breads and cheeses. Third visit and still a fantastic hotel.Food is delicious,plenty of room to sit/lie outside round the pools and staff very friendly and helpful.Special mention to Carlos on reception who helped us upgrade even when hotel was almost full and to Julia in the dining room for her friendly and efficient service.

We have just packed to go home in the morning.This is our second time we have visited this hotel it is amazing from the staff that greet you to the cleaners waiters and top marks for all the chefs in the kitchens the food here is amazing so much chose all well cooked and displayed lovely. The building gets older. And breakfast was simple and relatively low quality.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me

Convenient location and excellent service.

What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good. When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it. A huge thank you again for their assistance!

Nice space, but the staff makes a lot of noise every morning when they go to clean the rooms.
