I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel and extensive grounds are immaculate. There are 2 large pools and one has a path to the beautiful Barrosa beach, where there are also restaurants. We had a very good time in this hotel. Our room was very clean and the food was amazing. For me what stood out was the animation team Javi and gisela, they organized creative activity's everyday and we had so much fun. The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

This hotel needs a total overhaul, starting with the owner/management. The staff looked over worked and could hardly raise a smile, which I felt was reflected over the whole park. Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! Hotel is quite nice and the location is excellent, close to everything. The pool is also very nice. The food is really good. However, the rooms are too small and there is no kettle to drink coffee. But I would go back there again.

I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The bar staff were also friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the rooms could be a bit bigger, but aside from that, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. At the moment we are staying here and the hotel and service are just fine. The reception is helpful and tries to think along with you. Breakfast is good, although it can sometimes get busy. Excellent place, beautiful a view, great swimming pools and amazing water park, varied food, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean. I recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is well located with a lovely beach and nearby facilities. What we enjoyed the most is the variety and quality of the evening entertainments, great also for families with kids. Also another small but important aspect was that the outdoor pools were heated so the kids could enjoy the water play even in a cooler weather.

Unsecured WiFi, WiFi unavailable most of the time, no tour pickup/drop off by 95% of the local tour companies, no drinkable water except vending machines, overall looks pretty but feels scuffed. It’s perfect if you wanna stay in the hotel all day with a book by the pool and nothing else.

It seemed as if they used the cheapest option instead of whole food in some cases, especially for guests with all inclusive. We also tested the spa area where most of it was out of order. Our week at the hotel was really nice. Of course because of the weather, but mostly because of the staff. Particularly the 2 men at the snackbar by the pool. The one that cooks everything at the snackbar is Mamadou, he greets you every day with a smile and is very kind. I don’t know the name of the other guy, but he was also so lovely everyday. The sound isolation was super bad and I could even hear the click sound of next door playing Duolingo. It was also easy to hear them talk although their voice wasn’t high. They also asked for €20 cash deposit pp to borrow beach towels. They didn’t accept any other form of deposit like passport or credit cards.

We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. A great experience as usual. Thrid year going to the this hotel and the Aqua group becomes one of our favorite in Cataluña. Super quiet even with full capacity, the service in the restaurant is awesome and professional, you can ask for anything and they will do their best for you. The overall hotel experience was good and we couldn’t fault the staff. However, the bed sheets didn’t appear to be changed that often and I had to request clean towels as we were still using the same ones after 4 days. The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy.

We have been to the resort before it is great for families as well as couples. If you fancy a change of scenery it's a short taxi ride into Benidorm. You can always find somewhere to get something to eat.

My mum and I have been staying at the Delfin for a few years now. We like it’s a bit smaller so the staff get to know you. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s an ideal location just a few minutes walk the beach, promenade and lots of shops and restaurants. There are at least 3 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. We stayed at the h10 for a week at the end of August/start of September and our room had some issues in the bathroom but the staff were so good at sorting it out, they got a maintenance man up straight away and when the maintenance man couldn’t resolve the issue, they insisted on moving us rooms to get us a better room with a better bathroom, the staff genuinely cared about the quality of our trip...

Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Room service in the evening was very reasonably priced. This was our second visit within a month, and if the same golf break deal is available, we will go next month as well

First time we stayed here, and if possible we will be back . What we didn’t understand: the first day we were directed to Botanic restaurant for BF, the second day we had to go to Mosaic restaurant for BF and the final day that restaurant was closed when we arrived for BF so we went to the Botanic again were we were welcomed .. so that was a bit weird. Excellent spa and massage experience. The spa in this hotel is truly top-class — calm atmosphere, very clean, and professionally run. Patricia is a real professional: strong, confident technique, works deeply and precisely, really knows how to release tension and tight muscles. One of the best massages I’ve had. Had a vacation week with family. The hotel is nice but clearly is not an outstanding hotel. Bedrooms felt a little empty but were clean and comfortable. Breakfast complete but I missed some more fruit variety! Might return for the marvellous beach and sea!!!
