Great hotel been back 20+ times. Great for Port Aventura Park. Staff are great especially bar staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean. We generally eat out for evening meals as loads of place we love in the area to eat. Usual do bed and breakfast as evening meal in hotel is not for us. Definitely recommend and we will be back next year.

I chose a small suite, and I thought the facilities were well-maintained. The view was also decent. However, since the room didn't have a coffee pot, I rented one, but they charged a 20 EUR deposit and a 3 EUR daily fee. This was a completely disconcerting experience I'd never experienced before. Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

We went as a family of 12 all of really really Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Food quality was excellent we had fussy eaters but they always found something to there liking. Staff always greeted you with a smile on there's faces. Cleanliness was spot on towels changed everyday. If you do holiday here the tap water and pools are salt water. This hotel is also suitable for the disabled.

The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. Rooms are very basic. Unfortunatelly the bathroom is not a good design. They had a bathtub made as a shower cabin. Feeling very claustrohobic as no space for you to stand in properly (only sideways). We came to stay here for a family holiday with a 3 yr old. The hotel was accommodating and very child-friendly. The animacion team were great and the entertainment and kids club was good for young children. The room was clean and hygienic, and all the facilities were new. I loved the cute, vintage telephone. The staff were also very welcoming. The only minor issue was that the walls were a bit thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great.

Second stay here, and the service at this hotel is excellent. We booked a room that included welcome drinks, which we could redeem at the bar. There was also complimentary juice upon arrival. The gym is very professional and spacious. I accidentally left my scarf behind when checking out, and they helped me retrieve it in the end. I'm very impressed with the service.

This is a business hotel that I stayed at temporarily for a video conference. It's very close to Sants station. The front desk and restaurant staff were warm and patient.

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station, making it easy to get anywhere by subway. The twin beds were placed vertically, which made the room feel a bit cramped. They offered complimentary drinks at the third-floor bar. There's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for picking up souvenirs.

The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy.

Great food & majority of staff . Couple of blokes with attitude behind the bar , cleaning staff great . My only gripe was being on the first floor above the bar & cleaning staff moving furniture at 7.30 am every day . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend other than that . Would definitely go back

Staff were excellent. Rooms were a decent size. Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping. Great other than that.

Came here for my daughter’s 1st birthday. The whole family had an amazing time. The food was good, something for everyone breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kids entertainment in the evening was the highlight of our daughter’s entire birthday holiday, she loved going to the show every single night. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly. Help yourself to beer & Prosecco (avoids any queues at the bars). Lovely & clean. Can find something for everyone to eat at the 3 food bars. Perfect location and nice Hotel with a lot of amenities.

Great place, lovely vibe. Rooms are super spacious and cozy, mattresses are made of stone, internet is barely useable, also from the stone age. (the wifi is 1.5Mb down... phone hotspot 40Mb down...which is also wireless... l o l ) Fine for a night though!

Lovely hotel, rooms a little basic. Breakfast was a challenge as the hot food was always on the cool side and the bacon was like chewing rubber. Location is on the quiet side but the grounds and pool area definitely the best bit of the hotel.
