Great hotel been back 20+ times. Great for Port Aventura Park. Staff are great especially bar staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean. We generally eat out for evening meals as loads of place we love in the area to eat. Usual do bed and breakfast as evening meal in hotel is not for us. Definitely recommend and we will be back next year.
I chose a small suite, and I thought the facilities were well-maintained. The view was also decent. However, since the room didn't have a coffee pot, I rented one, but they charged a 20 EUR deposit and a 3 EUR daily fee. This was a completely disconcerting experience I'd never experienced before. What was even worse, as you can see in the photos, despite the high price they charged, the floor was covered...
Really nice hotel. The staff where very friendly and welcoming, The room was nice really good views looking from the the balcony the sun rise is amazing. It would of been nice to have an actual double bed rather than two singles pushed together as quite often found my self lying in the gap. The food was lovely with a variety of different things to choose from, sometimes though its abit off putting...
Stayed here during October half term with my partner & 7 year old and already looking to book here again for next year!!! An immaculate hotel with super clean rooms & facilities, with a fresh smell throughout - all day, everyday!! The staff are friendly & helpful and the entertainment team are wonderful - they provide fun for all the family during the day & night. The breakfast & evening meals were...
We encountered friendly front desk staff, but the room lighting was a bit dim and the noise from the next room was quite loud. Anyway, it was acceptable. The room faced a large amusement park, and at 12:55 PM there were fireworks. However, all swimming facilities were closed because they were already closed at check-in. We had a great view of the sunrise and a delicious breakfast in the morning...
This was our first time at this hotel. First impressions on entering the hotel was very good, light, bright and spotlessly clean. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.Allocated a good room with pool view, great views. If I could put in a recommendation for the room, have a full length mirror in it as the only one was in the bathroom. The hotel has 4 bars, all open at various times. The main...

Clean room, friendly staff, great location
smiling and service-minded employees, clean everywhere, beautiful view, good pool areas
Pros: Staff do their best to accommodate your stay and work through any issues. Decent amount of food selection for those without dietary restrictions. Shuttle to the beach although the schedule is limited. Most of the food is pretty good actually, although variety doesn’t change too much day to day. Hotel views are great. Lots of pool options (although water could be warmer so we did not swim). Location...
Lovely stay at Riu Vistamar. We loved the effort the made with Christmas decorations throughout the hotel. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. 1.5l bottles of water available as well which made things much easier. The Hotel offered a free bus service to the beach and back and did this throughout the day. Downside was the elevators. There were only 3 on our side of the hotel, and we felt we used...
We stay at this hotel, at least once a year with or without family. The staff are warm friendly people, who cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard, each has it's own private balcony, to relax on. The restaurants cater for all dietary requirements and offer various cuisines, all cooked to a high standard and very tasty. The restaurant...
What a beautiful hotel this was, I recently stayed with my 2 children and would definitely return. The hotel staff was very friendly, location was beautiful although get ready for the steps around the pool areas 😊 the food was always freshly cooked with a good choice and the sea view suite we had was stunning. Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. Make the beds. But at the expense of washing floors as it is difficult. 2 weeks never and not washed under the bed. But if you don't pay attention to it, you can live. Only really very hot. Was in June, no idea what's going on in July or...
Just got back spent 5 days there ... ok seen the reviews and thought no way but for the price it was far better than the reviews state .. lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect ..close to beach and nightlife a budget hotel at a budget price
Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter
Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.
It would have been nice if not for the drunk German youth.
Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

We stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed. The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected...
Everything was first class, reception, room was fantastic, staff, food and the entire hotel was faultless. 5 Star for sure.
Been to this hotel 5 times and would go back again. Rooms need updating a bit. Restaurant is busy but big enough to accommodate everyone. Staff all friendly
Large pool good food but didn’t like killing 59 cockroaches in my room in 2 days and had to ask twice to clean my room properly. Front desk staff we’re great shame about lack of communication
Not bad but won’t be back Long walk (5-10mins) from entrance/reception to our apartment. Air con in apartment was useless - not sure if adhering to Spains 27 degrees Celsius lower limit… felt like it!
Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

Although the hotel is not the most modern, it has everything the one needs and the quality of the food was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations.
Could be better. Went with family, got family room. Not cosy, wet, without sun, without heating, with mouse on the walls. Food was normal, but breakfast all the same 7 days. Wouldn’t give 4 stars, only 3.

We went as a family of 12 all of really really Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Food quality was excellent we had fussy eaters but they always found something to there liking. Staff always greeted you with a smile on there's faces. Cleanliness was spot on towels changed everyday. If you do holiday here the tap water and pools are salt water. This hotel is also suitable for the disabled.
Nice hotel, very clean. The people working there are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, there is a nice beach with turquoise water 5min walking from the hotel. The food is fine. The swimming pool is very big and quiet.
Nice hotel, lovely helpful staff, food is great, with great selection. Every night entertainment, enough sun beds, and great stuff for kids. For us as a couple was not ideal because of the many kids, but we chose it, so not the hotels fault, as they done everything to entertain families and kids. So it is a good choice for families.
Nice hotel. Most of the place is new. Other things are a bit worn. Location is super good. The cleaning staff does their best. Same with the waiters. The food is ok and varied. Pool areas are fantastic. Especially with a child. However, it is a shame that you are not allowed to use inflatable swimming animals other than at the beach. The lifeguards are not super active. Welcoming, relaxed and excellent amenities. Great breakfast.
We chose the hotel because it’s close to our friend’s house. The hotel is good, we wanted to try the spa, but it was not available during our stay.
The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. We stayed here for a very special family holiday last week and the hotel, staff and food was excellent. The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly.

We arrived on the opening day of the season on a very wet and breezy day. Check in / check out is an absolute nightmare. The room was clean and hygienic, and all the facilities were new. I loved the cute, vintage telephone. The staff were also very welcoming. The only minor issue was that the walls were a bit thin, so the soundproofing wasn't great.
Second stay here, and the service at this hotel is excellent. We booked a room that included welcome drinks, which we could redeem at the bar. There was also complimentary juice upon arrival. The gym is very professional and spacious. I accidentally left my scarf behind when checking out, and they helped me retrieve it in the end. I'm very impressed with the service.
This is a business hotel that I stayed at temporarily for a video conference. It's very close to Sants station. The front desk and restaurant staff were warm and patient.
The location is fantastic, right next to the train station, making it easy to get anywhere by subway. The twin beds were placed vertically, which made the room feel a bit cramped. They offered complimentary drinks at the third-floor bar. There's a large supermarket downstairs, perfect for picking up souvenirs.
Landed safely at Barcelona Airport around 7 AM. Got my luggage and arrived at the hotel by 8:30 AM. Although the booking page said check-in was at 3 PM, the staff member let me check in early!!! So happy, so warm, so blissful!!! I took a hot shower, had some snacks, and rested up. It was just a short walk to popular spots like Plaça d'Espanya, and there were plenty of metro lines nearby – incredibly...
Environment: The room was quite cramped, with hardly any space for luggage! Location: However, the location is excellent, right near the train station, about a five-minute walk. There's also a subway station nearby, a six or seven-minute walk, making transportation quite convenient. Facilities: The third floor has a lounge area with plenty of seating for chatting and relaxing. The hotel also provides...

kettle /tea coffee took 3 days to be put in room even asking at reception twice welcome pack was 2 days late and put in hot room through the day when i was out went off . was first put in room at back off hotel that was noisy had to pay 105 euros to move it was take it or leave it /
Staff are excellent, particularly the Bar Staff. Rooms always clean 👍
The hotel was ok for the price we paid. It is stretching it to call it 4*. The hotel appearance is a bit dated. The concrete exterior doesn’t give you a feel good factor. Whilst the rooms are of a decent size they need modernising. We were B&B. The food in the restaurant was good. I’m glad we were not AI. The entertainment of the evening was outside at the front of the hotel which seemed strange. The...
The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy.
Great food & majority of staff . Couple of blokes with attitude behind the bar , cleaning staff great . My only gripe was being on the first floor above the bar & cleaning staff moving furniture at 7.30 am every day . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend other than that . Would definitely go back
Staff were excellent. Rooms were a decent size. Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping. Great other than that.

Came here for my daughter’s 1st birthday. The whole family had an amazing time. The food was good, something for everyone breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kids entertainment in the evening was the highlight of our daughter’s entire birthday holiday, she loved going to the show every single night. The drinks were quite good as well and the self service cocktail machine was a fantastic touch in my opinion...
We have just finished a wonderful 9 night stay. We cannot be more complementary about the hotel and staff. The hotel is immaculate both inside and out. The staff and attentive, helpful and thoughtful across the departments. Our room was upgraded on the 2nd day and the facilities were fantastic. The Adult only pool and bar area is quiet, clean and a nice place to get away from the not so quiet main...
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly. Help yourself to beer & Prosecco (avoids any queues at the bars). Lovely & clean. Can find something for everyone to eat at the 3 food bars. Good choice of alternative drinks (cream liqueur/Baileys etc). Went after Christmas light switch on, it was simply magical. Will definitely be returning.
This was my second stay here and I loved it again. I stayed in the Tabitha side rather than the Maspalomas and the rooms were of a better standard and more modern than my room last year. The hotel is great for all age groups due to different pool areas and one side offers more of a kids entertainment vibe and the other a lively bar with more adult entertainment at night. The all inclusive food and...
We visited in November, upon arrival I was impressed by the layout & the efficiency of the reception. We had a 3rd floor room overlooking the gardens. The room itself was bright & spacious, huge walk in shower(which i am led to believe not all rooms have),the bed was fairly firm which I liked, but there was no tea/coffee making facilities which for a 4 star hotel is very poor. The hotel boasts 3 restaurants...
Absolutely beautiful! i’ve never seen a hotel so well run and clean, pools were immaculate, food was absolutely amazing! a very wide selection of all different kinds of foods, WI-FI was perfect, rooms were clean and tidy house keeping came everyday of our stay and would change our towels and bedding when requested! all the staff made us feel so welcomed. honestly didn’t want to leave, best hotel i...

Perfect location and nice Hotel with a lot of amenities.
Great place, lovely vibe. Rooms are super spacious and cozy, mattresses are made of stone, internet is barely useable, also from the stone age. (the wifi is 1.5Mb down... phone hotspot 40Mb down...which is also wireless... l o l ) Fine for a night though!
Lovely hotel, rooms a little basic. Breakfast was a challenge as the hot food was always on the cool side and the bacon was like chewing rubber. Location is on the quiet side but the grounds and pool area definitely the best bit of the hotel.
Been there in May. Amazing hotel. Good parking. Next year I'll surely be back
It was the perfect place for a business conference. The building and rooms were well taken care of. The food was excellent and plentiful.
We have loved this hotel from the very first time, so we returned again after 2 years, the place near the sand afore, gardens of the hotel very nice, the town clean but poor in services and restaurants out of season, lots of buildings all empty end of may, must be very very crowded in high season. The period we have been there, mid may, there has been lots of children (school classes), running around...
