I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel and extensive grounds are immaculate. There are 2 large pools and one has a path to the beautiful Barrosa beach, where there are also restaurants. We had a very good time in this hotel. Our room was very clean and the food was amazing. For me what stood out was the animation team Javi and gisela, they organized creative activity's everyday and we had so much fun. We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. A very decent hotel within a short taxi/uber ride to the airport. There are a supermarket and a few restaurants with 10 minute walk. The neighbourhood is clean and safe. We visit the hotel for over 25 years now, we have seen a lot of changes. I won't say they all are positive but for us the hotel is fine. The hotel is close to the sea. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your room. It takes just a few minutes' walk to get to Peniscola Castle. Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back. Wonderful venue right on the beautiful playa de muro beach. The perfect size of hotel, not too big, yet everything you could want or need. All the staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Place is huge with a jungle theme, we stayed for 3 weeks and would certainly not come here again, if you are disabled to many stairs and more often then not lifts not working the one that takes you down to the restaurant never worked in the three weeks were there. Stayed here with my family as a teenager so was lovely to now bring my children here. Bus was relatively straight forward and the location is great, 15 mins to beach, old town a good walk away but plenty of food and bars on the way. Very good atmosphere people were friendly, staff were polite. Really good value for money considering the drinks that were included in all inclusive (and the measures)...

Very nice hotel for the price. Very good cocktails, food ok not too much choices. Very nice receptionist unfortunately do not remember his name but he was very friendly and offered places to visit and some restaurants. I think it would be nice to have toilet brush in the rooms otherwise it’s all good 🙂
