Everything was perfect. My only complaint is that I booked half-board and they wouldn't let me change dinner for lunch. I thought that was a bad idea; they finally changed it, but it was a struggle 😂. The facilities are very new, and the pool is ideal for children. A bit far from the beach. When first arrived room smelt a bit funky like a damp mouldy smell think it was coming from the shower but after getting a shower and opened doors on to balcony the smell went. Fabulous hotel for all the family, the beach is on the doorstep and its child friendly. Beach was fantastic we didn't use the pool hotel is older but rooms and staff were excellent. We paid for the food for one evening dinner, food was ok, lots of restaurants close by which have better value for you euro. Great location.

Property is beautiful. It's a very quiet area so not much to do but relax. We were staying for 6 nights so we had to upgrade to a seaview. 18 euros a night.

I stayed here many years ago as a teenager with my parents and returned this September with my wife. And it was as good currently as it was all those years ago. The facilities, the food, the location and the staff are all brilliant. Special mention to Antonio and Daniel who went above and beyond to help us. I will definitely be back.

This property is right on the beach. Shopping center with multiple restaurants right store.

We visited in October , hotel was quite and surrounding areas were shut down as it was out of season, we ate at hotel which was only option at this time of year, big hotel good facilities with helpful staff, it is positioned on a promenade that is 3-4 km with a huge sandy beach, I would imagine gets busy in the high season , whole resort looks to be only 15-20 years old,

I booked a double room - clean and functional. Had a smart TV however no apps on it or option to download which was very disappointing. Only had access to handful of loval/ international channels plus some sports/news ones. Not ideal if you’re planning to chill at the hotel. Only thin sheets available which wasn’t the best as it can be a little frosty over night. No irons in the hotel - only dry clean...

Good location near to beech. Clean hotel and room plenty of sun beds and you carnt reserve them good idea. The food is tastlest and not warm enough plenty of chose though. While thare some people had up set stomachs. Staff are helpfull and polite. The out side restaurant is viseted with doves on the tables and near the food.

A very memorable holiday, from the moment we arrived until we left the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean throughout and you saw cleaning staff throughout the day. Just got back from this most beautiful of hotels. From the moment we arrived we could see how this is more like a 5* than 4*. The furniture is amazing throughout the whole hotel and the views from your room are beautiful. The best hotel we have ever been to. Food delicious and variety, everyday plenty to choose from. Drinks all original alcohols and well prepared , not deluded. Staff the most helpful and most friendly ever. Rooms spacious , clean and well equipped.

We've stayed here as a family three times now, we love it there. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do, the zoo and waterpark are particularly good. Food at the canteen is great, loads of variety. All Inclusive ultra canteen is amazing, less crowded and better coffee in the morning. Rooms are showing their age a bit, but we didn't spend much time in them any way, too much to do and see around the park

We love Magic Natura and have been several times. It is one of our Grand children's favorite places to stay when they are in spain. It was especially great this time as we had a day pass to the new park 'Pirates Island' next door to magic natura and it was a brilliant day. We have and would recommend the parks to everyone
