Room was clean but dated. Shower was the best i have experienced in a hotel. Pillows were too soft for me but others may like. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel needs modernization but i would definitely stay there again.

We headed over for a European Track day and this is the second time we’ve been and it is an absolutely fantastic hotel, it’s kept impeccably clean and the staff are so very nice and welcoming and what’s more there is nothing they won’t do to make your stay and experience even better. This is the second time here and Im already looking forward to returning next year.

We stayed for one week full board. Everything was perfect. All the staff we met were friendly and courteous. A special mention goes to the maintenance men who were replacing the large glass door. Ok hotel, nothing special. Basic room. We had B&B basis, breakfast was nice. No tea/coffee making facilities. No English channels on tv. Very, very quiet in November. We had a lovely stay at Best Negresco. The sea view was stunning from our room even though we didn’t book it! The beach was a 2 minute walk, perfect location. The hotel was very clean. A dated hotel, pools are saltwater, no entertainment in English but rooms and towels clean ever day, breakfast has a great selection, free parking although sometimes very very full. It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

Stayed here over the summer, beautiful hotel in such a beautiful little town. Accessible to the beach, shops, and restaurants with a short walk of 5-10 minutes. Love how there are 2 pools to accommodate for children and adults. Food was also delicious each day.

The front desk staff were very considerate. I booked an extra room, and although the platform stated that it couldn't be cancelled, Ctrip still helped me cancel it for free. I was really anxious because I couldn't speak the language abroad, but the money was refunded in less than half an hour. I'm very grateful. The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient and easy to get to attractions

Do yourself a favor and don’t look anywhere else and JUST BOOK THIS HOTEL! The service was incredible, we were only there for a night and wish we could’ve stayed longer. We were treated so well and the staff is so accommodating we couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to be back!!!!!

Hotel is perfectly located right on the beach . 2 pools . All areas spotlessly clean. Great selection of food . Hotel rather dated in places. Friendly staff. First arrived and the room we were given had broken floors that would slide, the toilet was broken, and the window was broken and would not open. When we contacted the front desk they sent maintenance who removed the window handle and left our door to the room open and the window open with no latch. The hotel was nice, however it is a old hotel and lots of things are broken or to be broken. Our first room door was broken and needed some maintenance, but the staff repaired quickly. Secondly, our first room faucet was broken and needed to change room. The second room was a bit better

I’m not sure what to think about SB BCN Events. The hotel itself is fine — clean rooms and generally correct service — but there’s no minibar, which is surprising for a 4-star superior hotel. What’s more disappointing is that no one answered the phone for two days in a row. That doesn’t really match the level of service you’d expect from this category.
