The Robinson Club is nice, but unfortunately, the watersports offerings have deteriorated. The head of the base is unfriendly and lazy. Ultimately, his focus is on preserving his equipment and selling courses to the guests. We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish. We visited Paradise Park on January 26th for 9 nights as a family of 5, when we arrived we were given a room at the bottom of the hotel which wasn't what I booked as I had paid for a pool view room in annex. Back in Barcelona from Madrid, and I stayed here for another three days. The hotel is right above the train and metro stations, so there's no stress about catching trains, and it's super convenient for getting into the city or going on excursions. The space-themed design of the hotel is really unique, and it was a very comfortable stay!

Poor experience in this hotel. First, the hotel has multiple buildings and they did not inform us which set of elevators we should use. Next, the wifi-password they provided was outdated, and they gave us new login details only after we went back down and asked for it. The location and surroundings are excellent. From the balcony, you can see the snowy mountains and the Alhambra. Directly across the street downstairs is the bus stop for the airport, which is super convenient. The #33 bus goes directly from the train station to the hotel. The only downside is that the room still smells like new装修 (renovation), otherwise everything else was perfect.

Beautiful resort with incredible views, fantastic food, and very kind staff. We had a problem come up and they helped us resolve it right away. A great fit for families who want a low key trip where they can relax and not worry about planning a thing.

A fantastic all-inclusive holiday hotel and a great choice for families. The food and drinks were plentiful and of a really good standard, and the all-inclusive offering made the whole stay feel relaxed and easy. Amazing Hotel right at the beachside; from the roof top you can enjoy the panoramic view on at the sea, while having a cocktail from the bar at the ground floor - recommend that bar as a Top one! Baristas proved to make top cocktails, and to a huge surprise the taste is not waterish as you can experience in other hotels ;)

A great hotel to stay at, rooms immaculate, food excellent, staff really helpful and very friendly. I arrived late on and was not happy with my room, I went and spoke with reception and was told to come back the next day and they would change my room. True to their word they swapped my room. The hotel has a really lovely chilled atmosphere.

Stayed here May 2025. Its a very short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the new town. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The food was good and had lots of options. The restaurant got very busy, to avoid disappointment get down early, especially for breakfast.
