It is really nice for traveling! And the location is very close to city center so you can walk around.
We had a lovely room with a sea view, our first room had a musty smell but reception offered us a room swop swiftly. Breakfast had a great selection, fresh made omelettes and pancakes. The sea view was spectacular, we watched the sunset in the evening. Kettle was €8 to hire, €30 refundable deposit for beach towels and free room to freshen up before leaving for the airport. A late check out was €...
This is an older hotel. The room itself was quite small, though the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The room was clean, but the furniture like the desk and cabinets showed their age. The balcony faced the sea, but it was on the side of the room, which meant the room didn't get much sun and felt a bit dim. The sun loungers by the public pool felt a bit cramped. The location is excellent. The back...
The room was very noisy; I wouldn't recommend it.
We had a good stay at the H10 Las Palmeras. The absolute major drawback was that the walls are paper-thin and you can hear conversations from the next-door rooms and all hallway activity when trying to sleep at night. Aside from that, the stay was pleasant, the food was decent, the location was good, and the rooms were nice. I did have one issue with the fact that you have to pay a 15 Euro deposit...
Arrived with my partner on 14th of December until Christmas Eve from our arrival a fast check in greeted by friendly staff and during our stay I can’t say a negative thing about this place it was honestly perfect in every way. Room has an amazing view! Non of the pools were open. You have to pay for everything on top including the safe! Not coffee machines or kettles in room. Kids club 1 person for 15/20 kids. Food was good the stabilised program for kids in the app did not run as scheduled
Lovely hotel great selection of food in the restaurant and location was superb. Staff on reception need to be more helpful and not so disinterested as there were a couple of issues within our group with the room where water had leaked in due to heavy rain and towels had been left on the floor. Also the balcony door in my room had a broken lock, but that was fixed immediately. Room cleaned every day...
Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful beach. Only problem was no amenities open in the area. We did have a great night in the bar though.
Arantxa in the kangaroo club made our stay very relaxing! Our 3 year old absolutely loved the kids club. So rare to get a hotel with such a good set up for free for 1-3 year olds. Our daughter went for a couple of hours every morning and loved it. Evening entertainment also great. Accommodation very nice and location gorgeous as on the beach. Walks every morning. Food good but not brilliant. Restaurant...
An excellent and welcoming stay for families, couples and also larger groups of people. Very welcoming staff who was having fun while working, making the stay even more fun. What we didn't know prior to coming was that there was a Reuse station where various accessories for kids could be found. Probably not enough to satisfy all of the hotel guests, but good to know to not have to bring too much...
Amazing place for holidays!! Perfectly located in front of one of the best beaches in south of Spain, with direct access to it. The room was perfect, especially with kids: a suite with a living room so we could have in fact two bedrooms as we were traveling with our two kids. Very nice decorated, following the concept of “less is more” which helped create a spacious place for the four of us. And the...

Room was clean, beautiful view. Staff super nice and the food brilliant. We didn't had a car so the location was perfect for us to use public transport to visit the island.
Everything was more than i hoped for. 5 stars to all catagories. Excellent
Very nice hotel, good location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Nice rooms and the hotel has all amenities you need. Nice gym and the breakfast is really good.
Everything was perfect except the check out. The staff seemed quitecrudecand affronted that we asked fir a late check out. We asked prior to our checkout as we have 2 children under 2 and were told to ask on the day. When I asked that morning, the staff (different from the rest of the week) seemed surprised that i would ask such a thing and were disinterested and told us flatly no, but we could get...
We had a really nice stay! The staff were wonderful they went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute request for a room close to our friends, which we truly appreciated. The location is great, about a 1.5 km walk to the beach, so it’s easy to get out and explore. The food was okay overall. As a vegetarian, breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but there were still some good options to make it...

This is the 2 stay at the Hotel. It is one of our favourite stops on our journeys. The room, fantastic and roomy with a bathtub, the view of the Atlantic across the street, spectacular. Nightly entertainment enjoyable too. The Spa massages could use improvement. Technique is critical. A full 60 min massage requires the hands, feet head & face to be done. It wasn’t for me. However, last year the German...
Very pleasant hotel, meets all needs. The only negative is that the use of the wellness area is only possible for a separate fee, even for hotel guests. I think it should be free or very discounted with a certain time limit.
We had a wonderful stay at PuertoBahia & Spa! The staff were super friendly and always helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious with great variety and quality. The facilities are new, modern, and very well maintained. The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I don't understand how a 4 starts hotel has nor bar service. You must take your drinks by yourself. But prices are the normal from a hotel of this level. Nontheless, the breakfast has large variety of product and its quality is fine. Ms or Mrs Director, i sincerely recommend tu put a waiter to attend the bar in order to high the ratng.
Nice hotel, good position and room with balcony. Unfortunely we didn't have ocean view.
Fantastic experience as always. I've chosen this hotel in summer for decades and it's a source of great pleasure to recharge your batteries. Unbeatable location and astonishing lobby, with a fantastic swimming pool and bar that justify its 4 stars after being a 3 start hotel for long time for some reason (tax savings?). I could hardly ever complain about anything after the great times here, however...

Priorities for us are entertaining a small child and feeding a coeliac (gluten free) adult and the hotel has been perfect. Everything is immaculate, it's incredible. The heated pools and outdoor softplay are excellent. The hotel is so spacious, well catered and I was very well looked after as a coeliac. We had a fantastic vacation here, staying for a total of seven days. The children really enjoyed their time at the hotel and had a great experience throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Ivan from the Teens Club, who was very warm, friendly, and took excellent care of the children. We would love to come back again if we have the opportunity.
Lovely room, cleaned daily. Bar was really nice. Staff very smiley, friendly and helpful.
We had our first family vacation with a baby at Hotel Landmark Costa Los Gigantes. Overall, our experience was really good and the hotel offers many activities for families. Met at reception by attentive staff, bags taken to the room which was lovely although looked directly into the street where people could look straight into the room if the curtains were open.. My daughter and I went for a four night break, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and cleaned every day, the food was lovely but could have been warmer, the entertainment was fabulous. Great hotel and excellent location. Food and staff are very good. Evening entertainment was good but as a pair of pensioners it would be better if it was a little earlier. Our stay has been great. Enjoyed every moment of our stay . Staff were cheerful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Food was good . Especially the breakfast was excellent with variety of cheese bread biscuits fruit and English breakfast.

Service is top. Very very nice and helpfulll.
I must say the food surprised me with how nice it was however after a few days it does get a little bit repetitive if you're staying there for 7 days +. Rooms were always cleaned well. Stayed for 4nights with the teenage child. This was our first hotel where was no music in the restaurant , inside bar either outside around the swimming pool. It's close to the beach. However, the restaurant has a considerable queue. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms has to be improved. A few employees are not amiable.
The photos are accurate in terms of the amenities, but the actual experience was much less of a “resort experience” than expected. Firstly, there are constantly lineups for everything. Four star hotel, but a kettle in your room is extra? And parking at €15 per night? In our room the sliding doors to the patio kept jamming. The hotel is nice, but the area it's in could do with a makeover: cracked and crumbling pavements, lack of dropped kerbs for wheelchair users. If you are healthy, this is recommended. Wheelchair users beware.

Great large place, nice food and very close to the board walk. We had a family room for 4. Pay attention for balcony, we did not have a balcony and that was very sad, kind of expected for the price of the room.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay here has been completely overshadowed by a constant, loud mechanical noise (like an engine or AC plant/room) that makes it impossible to relax or sleep properly. The only plus is good location. Drinking water only 2 small bottles free on 1st night. You have to buy if u want more. Late check out even for 30 minutes is not allowed.
Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, just a 10-minute walk away. There's a large shopping mall with a supermarket directly across the street, and plenty of restaurants nearby, including many century-old establishments in the old town. Getting to attractions from the hotel is convenient: it's about 4-5 bus stops or a 10-euro taxi ride, which takes around 25 minutes on foot.
The location is near to bus and train station, probably just 2-3 minutes walk. Opposite there’s two shopping mall, you can easily get groceries. However, the room itself is not so clean, I think they did not sweep the floor, as I can feel sands or crumbles in the room, the shampoo, body shampoo are almost finished, luckily they refill during the next day cleaning but still not vacuum the floor.
The hotel was pretty standard. A common issue in Spain is that check-in takes forever. The room itself was decent, quite clean, and the location was okay too. My only complaint is that the restaurant the front desk guy recommended was just so-so and a bit pricey.
The hotel's decor and rooms are quite nice. However, it's very noisy as it's located right next to a main street. Customer service mentioned that there's no air conditioning throughout the entire building, so the only option for ventilation is to open the windows.
Seville is known as the 'City of Oranges,' and the scenery is lovely. Even though the railway has been a bit unreliable lately, the hotel's location is excellent, right by the train station. It's a highly recommended hotel, really great!

Just spent a week here with my family. Great hotel and staff, food was great and the pool area and slides were great. Location was good centred between portaventura and the beach. Entertainment at night for the kids, the staff played games and dancing with them before going on to live acts. We were there during there Halloween time and they had the haunted tour for the kids which was brilliant. Definitely...
Nice stay but just a few ideas to improve the hotel. 1 have signs up in the corridors to keep quiet when walking down. People coming home late at night having full-blown conversations heading to the room. 2 if the hotel could possibly have adults only section or an adults only floor. Food was good but could improve no grapes or other fruits. Just Menon and pineapple an apple orange banana and peaches...
The room was clean and spacious with a delightful pool that never felt too busy as long as you selected when to go well. Our only issue came with the food which wasn’t ideal when it came to the dinner selections although the breakfast was solid enough and kept us going during our days. Overall a lovely stay
Stayed here from 16/09 - 27/09. We stayed in room 4128. This room was a pool view and right above the bar, but we had no issue with noise from the entertainment. The room was clean, bathroom looked new. Bed was comfy enough. There is a hairdryer (not the best) and a fridge in the room. Safe available for extra cost. Housekeeping was also great, you can also request things on the app and they bring...
We three golfers have been coming here for years and we would not change a thing. The recently refurbished rooms are top class with very comfortable beds and a monsoon shower in an excellent bathroom. Food is varied with plenty of choice. Lots of fresh food cooked in front of guests as well as the standard buffet offerings and cold cuts etc The minibus service to and from tye airport and our golf...
Just arrived home after a week here and this is my honest review First impressions of the hotel were wow, clean, smelt great. The reception staff were nice. Our room was spotless, bathroom looked new, lovely shower, toilet sink area very very clean. The bed was huge, for me the bed was uncomfortable giving me back ache but my husband was fine so it depends on your own preference. Was great for sitting...

My husband and I spent 11 days in the Conquistador and enjoyed every minute. This is a hotel for all ages, we are mid 70s and I have slight disability problems but the hotel is equipped with wheelchair facilities throughout. There are pools suitable for all ages which we always found warm, we even used one of the kids pools at times. The adult section is really nice, we enjoyed it very much, and again...
The hotel was amazing from the food, room, location and atmosphere. I would always question if going all inclusive if the wine they offer you is on the all inclusive plan. As I was charged for a bottle of wine and not advised at the time it was extra. I disputed this charge with the duty manager and his response was well my staff are highly trained and would mention this before serving to me which...
What a lovely Hotel clean the food is great in all the restaurants the dinners show is a must the Japanese restaurant was the best of them all. The spa is always my first stop for a massage to start my holiday the staff are all so friendly and helpful it’s not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in life
Just spent a brilliant all inclusive week at the hotel, all the staff were friendly, kind, courteous, happy and professional throughout my stay, they couldn't do enough for you, the hotel it's self was excellent, from the pool areas with plenty of sunbeds (not a problem getting one, maybe different in summer) to the bars where there was plenty of staff never had to wait long to be served, there's also...
Staff very very good in restaurants reception and bars too many names to mention but Anna , Abbey , Esti Natalia Franchsca. All 10 out of 10 men staff also.
We had a 17 night stay on an All Inclusive basis in a Privilege Room. We requested a room on the 6th floor and were allocated 613 which is right next to the Privilege Lounge and very convenient for access to the sun terrace. This room gets no sun on the balcony as it is sheltered all day by the Lounge and the terrace door and windows rattled horrendously when it was very stormy a couple of times but...

A little gem of a hotel Have stayed here 3 times now and everything about the hotel is fabulous from the service ,food ,freindleness ,thet cant do enough for you
Very good location for families
Don’t get carried caught with flies on you Excellent hotel resort. Lots to do. Mostly included in the price. However, you have to pay extra for spa pool , tennis and more well known drinks. By the pool we were sometimes pestered by flies. Don’t let them stay on you as they bite!!
