Huge space plenty of room for all of us, clean, staff very helpful, food very good and atmosphere very good all round.

We had small children (ages 2 and 1), but they were able to warm up baby food and accommodate requests outside of the buffet menu, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very kind.

Our week at the hotel was really nice. Of course because of the weather, but mostly because of the staff. Particularly the 2 men at the snackbar by the pool. The one that cooks everything at the snackbar is Mamadou, he greets you every day with a smile and is very kind. I don’t know the name of the other guy, but he was also so lovely everyday. Having paid for a seaview upgrade and requested top floor we got one of the poorest views of the complex on the 2nd floor, as it was my friends birthday, a bit dissapointing. Facilities and food were up to standard, so we did enjoy our stay....

The sound isolation was super bad and I could even hear the click sound of next door playing Duolingo. It was also easy to hear them talk although their voice wasn’t high. They also asked for €20 cash deposit pp to borrow beach towels. They didn’t accept any other form of deposit like passport or credit cards.

We went here in 2023 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to, ever! at the time I had a couple of niggles but they were totally petty things compared to the overall holiday experience I've got to say the hotel and food was beautiful the service, excellent and the location is perfect, and I'm would return in a heartbeat. Excellent trip at the end of October! The hotel is literally on the beach. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. We had our first family vacation with a baby at Hotel Landmark Costa Los Gigantes. Overall, our experience was really good and the hotel offers many activities for families. Perfect location for beach and cafes, restaurants, shops . Very clean hotel everywhere inside and out . Staff are exceptionally efficient. Drink orders taken , and bar tenders bring to table.
