I don't understand how a 4 starts hotel has nor bar service. You must take your drinks by yourself. But prices are the normal from a hotel of this level. Food quality and staff helpfulness

We had a fantastic vacation here, staying for a total of seven days. The children really enjoyed their time at the hotel and had a great experience throughout our stay. Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, just a 10-minute walk away. There's a large shopping mall with a supermarket directly across the street, and plenty of restaurants nearby, including many century-old establishments in the old town. Getting to attractions from the hotel is convenient: it's about 4-5 bus stops or a 10-euro taxi ride, which takes around 25 minutes on foot.

The location is near to bus and train station, probably just 2-3 minutes walk. Opposite there’s two shopping mall, you can easily get groceries. However, the room itself is not so clean, I think they did not sweep the floor, as I can feel sands or crumbles in the room, the shampoo, body shampoo are almost finished, luckily they refill during the next day cleaning but still not vacuum the floor.

The hotel was pretty standard. A common issue in Spain is that check-in takes forever. The room itself was decent, quite clean, and the location was okay too. My only complaint is that the restaurant the front desk guy recommended was just so-so and a bit pricey.

The hotel's decor and rooms are quite nice. However, it's very noisy as it's located right next to a main street. Customer service mentioned that there's no air conditioning throughout the entire building, so the only option for ventilation is to open the windows.

Nice stay but just a few ideas to improve the hotel. 1 have signs up in the corridors to keep quiet when walking down. People coming home late at night having full-blown conversations heading to the room. 2 if the hotel could possibly have adults only section or an adults only floor. The room was clean and spacious with a delightful pool that never felt too busy as long as you selected when to go well. Our only issue came with the food which wasn’t ideal when it came to the dinner selections although the breakfast was solid enough and kept us going during our days. Overall a lovely stay

Stayed here from 16/09 - 27/09. We stayed in room 4128. This room was a pool view and right above the bar, but we had no issue with noise from the entertainment. My husband and I spent 11 days in the Conquistador and enjoyed every minute. This is a hotel for all ages, we are mid 70s and I have slight disability problems but the hotel is equipped with wheelchair facilities throughout. What a lovely Hotel clean the food is great in all the restaurants the dinners show is a must the Japanese restaurant was the best of them all. We had a 17 night stay on an All Inclusive basis in a Privilege Room. We requested a room on the 6th floor and were allocated 613 which is right next to the Privilege Lounge and very convenient for access to the sun terrace. This room gets no sun on the balcony as it is sheltered all day by the Lounge and the terrace door and windows rattled horrendously when it was very stormy a couple of times but...

Very good location for families

Don’t get carried caught with flies on you Excellent hotel resort. Lots to do. Mostly included in the price. However, you have to pay extra for spa pool , tennis and more well known drinks. By the pool we were sometimes pestered by flies. Don’t let them stay on you as they bite!!
