This is an excellent hotel in a great location. It is close to the vibrant restaurant, tapas, and pintxos food bar area. Great staff and service experience in all interactions. An eco-friendly approach is integrated into their servicing and environmental management. San Sebastian is a fantastic place to visit. When I return, I will not look elsewhere for a place to stay.

Nice hotel property and staff. But the A/C is terrible. The rooms don’t give out enough A/C air through the vents. So the room still feels warm. The hotel is in a great location right above the beach with a nice private cove close by. The breakfast was amazing and an overall great experience. Almost did not want to go outside the property grounds, it’s so beautiful. Highly recommended!

What an incredible experience. Our waiters Jay and Gavin were absolutely incredible and so informative about every dish. Each dish was so unique using local areas of Spain and inspiration from the chefs childhood as references for the cuisine. I highly recommend it if you want an unforgettable experience. Absolutely a hidden gem! A private residence turned 5 star hotel. Has a family vibe and private feel to it and in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood away from the touristy chaos.

The bathroom has a sauna, which is cool. The hotel restaurant is also worth a try. The swimming pool and other facilities are very suitable for a relaxing holiday. I traveled alone, and I recommend couples or good friends to try it.
