This is an excellent hotel in a great location. It is close to the vibrant restaurant, tapas, and pintxos food bar area. Great staff and service experience in all interactions. An eco-friendly approach is integrated into their servicing and environmental management. San Sebastian is a fantastic place to visit. When I return, I will not look elsewhere for a place to stay.

Nice hotel property and staff. But the A/C is terrible. The rooms don’t give out enough A/C air through the vents. So the room still feels warm. The bed was pretty good, and the hotel's location is super convenient, close to all the main attractions and markets. However, it's right on the street, so it got a bit noisy at night with some road construction. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't stay open properly, which led to some unpleasant smells.

The shower in the room is right in the middle, and with three glass walls, it felt like a strip show for the family, which was quite embarrassing. What an incredible experience. Our waiters Jay and Gavin were absolutely incredible and so informative about every dish. Inside is a different story, we just checked in and the room is beyond basic, needs upgrade, cheap Furniture, 250 euro a night feels like a total rip off. Absolutely a hidden gem! A private residence turned 5 star hotel. Has a family vibe and private feel to it and in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood away from the touristy chaos.

The bathroom has a sauna, which is cool. The hotel restaurant is also worth a try. The swimming pool and other facilities are very suitable for a relaxing holiday. I traveled alone, and I recommend couples or good friends to try it.
