Staff is/was friendly. No complaints about that. We booked two rooms for me and my father to crash the night as we we had a long long trip. We specifically chose this hostel because it showed private parking included. When arriving that wasn’t the case. The car had to be parked in public. They said it’s only possible within a certain time frame to park privately but this was shown nowhere on booking.com. Quite the coincidence was that we literally just got our bags from the car , standing on the opposite side of the street when some junkie walked past looking in every car in the row to see if there was something to steal. I’ve witnessed it first hand. Finally in the hostel there were long hairs in my fathers shower. I’ve had a clearly unwashed cloth/blanket in the bed and there was this woman scraping her throat and spitting it down the window which our room bordered on too. I could hear my father talk while he was one floor down. All with all we decided to pack our bags (after i showered) and leave. Literally within thirty minutes. I was offered another room (kind staff member) but declined. The whole thing was too bad to stay for. I had asked for a refund of one room only to at least have a little reimbursed but that wasn’t possible. Will not stay here in the future.

Reaction : how is it when we have literally heard this woman scraping her throat numerous times and spitting it down the mentioned window and you try to tell it off as a cough? And this numerous times. As well, there’s not a single mention about the private parking being in limited hours. We didn’t even arrive that late. Literally a guy walked and checked all car windows to see if there was something to steal while we just left the car. Adjusted the rating.
