Where to stay in Majorca island

Such a wonderful hotel and people working there. This is our off season bday trip for my husband and they helped me to surprise him at breakfast plus we found in our room happy birthday voucher for drinks at the bar. Everyone is nice and atmosphere is beautiful. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice and fresh fruits.

Nicely refurbished hotel just a few minutes from the beach. The place feels bright and welcoming, and the staff — especially Fira — were amazing. The buffet was huge, and we loved the local cheeses, cured meats, and paella. The downsides were the long waits for elevators with a stroller and some dishes that looked better than they tasted. Check-in and Check-out was quick, if your room is at most at third floor, use stairs - two tiny lifts are slow and unreliable. We booked a short break for 4 nights. The location rooms, pools, staff and bar are all very good the lunch menu at the pool bar serves great food (which you have to pay separately). The restaurant however for breakfast and dinner is quite poor, mainly caters for the German guests, whilst you won’t die of starvation you may find choices are limited. Very convenient location with a nice pool, outdoor bar, and well-equipped spa. Rooms are minimal, as one would expect, shower and bathroom are well-appointed. Daily housekeeping service will attempt to enter your room without knocking as early as 8:45am. There is baggage self-storage available on site.

Relax and relax I like to stay here. So close to the beach, nice pool area, close to the A32 bus stop to/from the airport or to Alcúdia and to Palma. 5 mins walk to Can Picafort shoping and food street. Friendly staff, good food. The staff are amazing. We had a good holiday. We needed to keep the plug in the bath though so we could not smell the drains. 3 out of 10 of our family group caught a bad stomach virus and had severe gastrointestinal issues. Which I'm still recovering from.

As a 3 stars the expectations was not to high, the location is very close to aqualand wich is great for kids. The queue at the bar and for the meals is a bit tiring. The hotel have a little to few staff to be efficient at the bars. The evening entertainment was ok.

A pleasant hotel on the outskirts of the resort, but still within easy walking distance of everything. I was very disappointed that no lilos were aloud in pool which it didn’t state on the website, however they would allow the noodle floats, so made do with one of them. We went as a family of 12 all of really really Enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. Food quality was excellent we had fussy eaters but they always found something to there liking. Staff always greeted you with a smile on there's faces. Cleanliness was spot on towels changed everyday. If you do holiday here the tap water and pools are salt water. The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. The only redeeming quality is that the staff at the restaurant's grilling meat window are very friendly.

In general I must say, that the hotel meets more or less the expectations. The property is old, so there are multiple things people might notice, it is missing a fridge in the rooms and good internet connection. But on the positive side: the staff is friendly, the food is tasty, they give you a gratis crib for the baby, the area is made family friendly, has ramps, aqua park, umbrellas, baby food chairs...

I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car.

The "adults only" experience was quite nice during the day when there was a DJ playing at the swimming pool and no kids running around, but it's gets worse by night. Young people coming back front the parties on the middle of the night and waking you up isn't something desirable. The breakfast buffet was great, with plenty of savory and sweet choices. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.

We stayed mid-week only in August and found that the start of the week is more relaxed and quiet. There was some fun party events towards the end of the week and a saxophone player (who was great!) on the Thursday/Friday which brought a great vibe to the place. Beautiful hotel with great vibes, rooms modern and clean. Buffet food had a good selection but food not very warm and quality was above average. Drinks expensive at dinner and in bar and bar service was poor, not once were we approached by a member of staff to order a drink we had to flag people down. Pool is lovely and good amount of loungers. Overall the hotel was lovely

We arrived Friday 10th October and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was spotless and room large and clean. We went half board and the food choice was amazing! So many different salads and meats! I’d like to give 4.5 but can’t! We are a Family group of 8 age range 24-84. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week at Exagon park. The rooms; clean , spacious, plenty of hot water. What can I say about the exagon park....loved every minute of it from check in to check out. Check in explained everything youd need to know. Two sittings for buffet dinner however it didn't matter when you turned up. Waiting staff helped you find a table or cleared one quickly . Its busy but its for 500 so it will be. Drinks order taken at table. Food I found was great. All sorted to choose from...

Good: comfortable beds. Decent rooms with balcony. Opening door to toilet v quiet (suits elderly kli Shower controls intuitive. Cleaned well. Reception staff helpful. Daytime pool based entertainment based on old fashioned board games good. Food in hotel should suit all but the most picky.

Good but not 4 star Perfectly adequate hotel in a good position for the main beach and harbour. Nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds; guests weren't reserving beds and not using them. We booked a pool view and asked for a top floor room but were given one on the 5th floor. We didn't complain about it. Breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of choice for all tastes. The cooked food let it down a little....

Easy to get to on the bus. Near shops and the beach. Friendly and polite staff.

The hotel is good value for money, but I booked it temporarily when I went to the wrong place. You get what you pay for, and don’t expect too much luxury or great service. Very close to the station, suitable for traveling to other cities.

Very good. The only downside was that the breakfast wasn’t great.
