We've just spent a week at the gran oasis resort in tenerife and we've had an amazing holiday. The hotel staff are amazing... The cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff and the fabulous entertainment team.. Renata and the team are amazing with kids and fun with adults. The new year's gala dinner was amazing... Rooms are big and comfortable but should be more thoroughly cleaned between customers. The staff is very reactive and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I was a little disappointed that the indoor pool advertised on Google was part of the spa at extra cost. Access to the spa has to be booked - not really spontaneous for holidays.

It is definitely one of the well run hotels that we have come across. We spent 10 days in here. The staff are so friendly, food are delicious, everywhere are so clean. First time in Tenerife and picked a perfect hotel in my view. Very central and easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. However spent more time poolside due to the adult only nature of the hotel, was nice and quiet and perfect for relaxing.

The room cleaning service is very bad. We stayed for 4 nights and the bathroom was still dirty and have hair on the floor after the cleaning service. One night we didn’t even have towels.

Great stay No english or Spanish tv, only German?

My friend's cash and credit card were stolen from the room while he was downstairs for breakfast. Luckily, the card was locked in time and the money on the card was not taken. The staff directly said that there was no thief and that it must have been lost somewhere else. I do not recommend coming here.

This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

The environment is great, very close to the beach and Loro Park, the facilities in the hotel are very complete, the garden is very beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.

it was a beautiful stay with friendly staff, very good food buffet and a nice room (we had junior suite with sea view). The sea view was amazing! The pool is heated so it’s highly comfy all the time to be in. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at the Atlantida Hotel in Santa Cruz. The service at the reception from Francisco was genuinely amazing. We saw how much he enjoyed helping us and how much he cared for us to have a good time at the hotel. He takes his job really professionally and we really see a lot potential in him.

Well located with a stylish old lobby and large modern rooms. Beautiful pool area on the roof. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast and excellent evening meal which was unbelievably good value. Just a shame more people weren’t there to add a bit of atmosphere. Bar and lobby were always busy and lots of atmosphere

Lovely hotel perfectly situated to explore La Laguna and the surrounding area. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet with everything we needed. The reception staff were all delightful, friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with excellent service! On my first day I connected to the Wi-Fi and got a request for feedback. I said that a kettle would be nice in the room to be able to make some tea. 30 minutes later two ladies knocked at my door and brought me a kettle, a few teabags and two glasses. That’s service! They have a good gym, too. Hotel overall with nice interiour.

A delightful discovery! The hotel is very charming. The small lounges are a great place to relax and unwind. The rooftop, bar, and gym are all excellent. I didn't try the pool, but it looked fantastic. Unfortunately, the spa wasn't operational. Also, despite what was advertised, there was no parking available. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near the main streets.

Flawless hotel, we had a wonderful one night stay here. Bike friendly. Comfortable, quie, clean, spacious rooms and beautiful decor in the common areas. Wish we had time to try the cafe & food and enjoy the facilities. They kindly left us a very nice packed lunch as we had to leave before breakfast. Staff were great, highly recommend.

The room itself was quite large and okay, but the opposite side seemed to be an abandoned house, which was quite scary at night.

Positives - the hotel location is 10 /10, the staff are really friendly and helpful, sadly that's the only positives I can give. Arrived back from here today and the negatives outweigh the positives... official 4 star rating must have been some years ago, 2 star I would say now. The whole place seems like it's had no maintenance for about 10 years. Very tatty everywhere you look - the outside is dirty...

We had a great time staying at Hotel Tenerife Golf and Sea View! The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. Although we didn’t get the chance to enjoy all the facilities since we were busy exploring the island, it was definitely a great place to come back to and relax.

For a 4 star hotel, it definitely fails for me. I've been in other 4 star hotels which almost felt 5 star, whereas this felt more like a 3 star. Let me cover the positives - the entrance to the hotel is open and airy with a view of the pool beyond. There's someone at the reception to greet and get you settled in. The dining area is large and there is outdoor seating too, although we never sat there...

Stayed for one week. Lovely staff, and excellent service! Nice & clean hotel. It could sure need a little bit of a makover, but that didn’t affect the quality of our stay. (It rained two days, and water came trough the roof in the lounge…) We slept in an average sized room with a large dbl bed, balcony & sea view. The breakfast buffet is very good, and there’s a good variaty on the meny at the bar...

Second time at Vincci Hotel and really enjoyed it again. The staff are what make this hotel so great- they can't do enough for you - always cheerful and kind. The staff in dining room for evening meal were always on hand to explain some of the dishes and ready with my glass of wine and later a cortada coffee. Didn't get your names but thank you. Our room was beautiful and spacious, we had a great view over the sea and beautiful sunrises and lighting. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The mountings in the bathroom were old and very used. Breakfast was ok: it was plenty but felt like canteen kitchen food.
