We've just spent a week at the gran oasis resort in tenerife and we've had an amazing holiday. The hotel staff are amazing... The cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff and the fabulous entertainment team.. Renata and the team are amazing with kids and fun with adults. The new year's gala dinner was amazing... Lobster tail... Beef wellington and much more and some amazing desserts... Well done gran...

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at the Atlantida Hotel in Santa Cruz. The service at the reception from Francisco was genuinely amazing. We saw how much he enjoyed helping us and how much he cared for us to have a good time at the hotel. He takes his job really professionally and we really see a lot potential in him.

The hotel has a great location, close to everything, and the breakfast is plentiful. There are parking spaces, but they are not easy to find, so it's best to ask about parking in advance if you need to park.

Would have given 5 stars if someone had taken our luggage to our room when we arrived. But we managed despite me being disabled. The bed was big and comfortable. We came to the hotel on recommendation from friends who had stayed here many times before. Great, just great for kids club. Ameile, Kath, Erica, Jasper, Sergio all fantastic. Such a great team. We loved that even with a 2 year old we can use the kids club, we stay with and play. The Hotel its self was amazing. Our room was very lovely and the cleaning of the room was great. There was only 2 things that let it down, the Mediterranean restaurant and the bar. I loved my stay at the Hotel Botánico. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive at all times. The service was excellent, the breakfast was very complete and varied, and what I would highlight most was the impeccable cleanliness of all the facilities. My partner and I stayed here for our engagement. The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and kind. When we arrived to our room, we were given a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit as a gift to celebrate which was such a beautiful gesture. It’s a perfect hotel if you want a quiet peaceful holiday.

The hotel is located very close to the Playa Fañabe beach and strip with plenty of restaurants available near by. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. We've liked this hotel so much we're going back for a fourth time. The staff the quietness and ambience of it all is great. Views and location is good, near the bus stops and the beaches and the center. Situated on a high cliff in the center, the views from rooftop terrace are especially great. There are sunbeds, 2 hot tubs and drinks available too at the rooftop. Mostly older people in the hotel, so nice and quiet.

An exceptional stay at Royal River. The rooms, service, interiors, facilities and food are certainly five star worthy. Staff are very attentive and friendly. A peaceful and relaxing hotel. Ideal location for golf and coastal walks. One tip would be to request a sunny room/terrace as the river rooms are quite shaded. Other than that no complaints!
