We visited Paradise Park on January 26th for 9 nights as a family of 5, when we arrived we were given a room at the bottom of the hotel which wasn't what I booked as I had paid for a pool view room in annex. We were moved 1 floor up with a view of a path and trees but took it as it felt safer as the bottom floor room had a gate that people could access our outdoor area. The room wasn't as pictured...

It was our third stay at the hotel. Unfortunately on this stay we had cockroaches in our room. Our room was on level 1 (Ground Floor). I spoke to the hotel manager who said he was aware of the problem and he had employed a pest control firm to try and eradicate the problem. Just got back and I can not fault this Hotel. We stayed for 4 nights with our sons partners and grandsons. Two of our grandsons are only 3 and they loved it all. The room was very clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with great service. However, the room we were given was quite noisy. The garbage truck passed by on the street outside around 6 AM and 10 PM, and it was really loud.

Charming hotel in a very central location. Some features, like the showers, could do with modernising, but the grounds are beautiful and the pool is large and heated all year round. Try the sandwich menu and drinks at the bar outside. Rado and Jacob will be outstanding hosts. There are 5 restaurants, but takes a lot of work to find their menus. Easier to just go there and ask to look at it. Ask for garden view room on 3rd or 4th floor. They have a nice view of the hotel grounds as well as the hills above.

Very satisfied. The hotel environment is great, with a small botanical garden right next door. The room also has a large balcony where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view. There are also many supermarkets around the hotel. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Nicely renovated and immaculately kept. It is a perfect hotel if you are NOT into the „classic“ all-in-tourism. If I had a complaint, it was the lighting concept in the room. Fantastic hotel - clean modern rooms, 2 main outdoor pools, plus a quieter 'infinity' pool, a wellness centre (including jacuzzi, steam room and sauna), gym and a large buffet style restaurant. The hotel is also ideally situated in Playa de las Americas, a stone's throw from the beach and within walking distance of Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos.

Are 5th stay at this hotel , this year we where disappointed with the food . Breakfast was fine if you got to the restaurant early . Lunch was ok . We went for dinner once it was so busy and the food was cold we where so put off we didn’t bother again and ate out every night . Amazingly clean . Staff are so helpful and great location

The hotel is in a fabulous location, on the sea front and close to the old town and many bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful experience staying at the Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club hotel in Tenerife. The hotel felt spotless and well-maintained. What a great hotel, every staff member is so helpful. From the reception, Waiters/Waitresses, Chefs. The hotel is very clean throughout, public areas and rooms. Food is very good with the Buffet and Al a Carte There are a lot of steps but you can avoid them by using lifts and other walkways. We will be back next year. Thank you!
