I've been going to plam beach for many years now and always enjoy my stay there it was first time I went for Christmas the weather was fantastic and the hotel really had a good time

Everything was great! ❤️ The location is just perfect, right on the beach and near to everything. Clean and nice rooms with wonderful views (we were on the 7th floor), the food is great (we had only breakfast but it had new things daily and everything was fresh), the staff was friendly, overall it was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone.

I don't understand the negative reviews. This hotel location is unbeatable. Rooms were clean albeit a bit 'used' looking. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool area awesome. I’m happy I chose palm beach hotel because it’s so beautiful and the staff are amazing and they have great facilities and they have nice food and they have good restaurants and they also have a great price, I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to come visit

Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

Lovely setting and a quick 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Access to the beach and great walks both ways along the coast. Food is tasty and there is lots of variety. Some nice restaurants in the area as well so you don't need to just rely on hotel cuisine.

A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. The room cleaning service is very bad. We stayed for 4 nights and the bathroom was still dirty and have hair on the floor after the cleaning service. One night we didn’t even have towels.

Great stay No english or Spanish tv, only German?

My friend's cash and credit card were stolen from the room while he was downstairs for breakfast. Luckily, the card was locked in time and the money on the card was not taken. The staff directly said that there was no thief and that it must have been lost somewhere else. I do not recommend coming here.

This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

The environment is great, very close to the beach and Loro Park, the facilities in the hotel are very complete, the garden is very beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.

it was a beautiful stay with friendly staff, very good food buffet and a nice room (we had junior suite with sea view). The sea view was amazing! The pool is heated so it’s highly comfy all the time to be in. As we had just breakfast and dinner included, we bought some coffee or soft drinks at the bar for very fair rates, all in all a very good hotel!

Overall, the hotel is acceptable but a bit dated. The rooms are at least three years overdue for a renovation. The cleaning staff doesn't bother, there's no oversight, they only mop the floors and make the beds. I wouldn't let them in at all. Spent 10 nights at this quiet and relaxing hotel but could definitely do with some small improvements. Room was nice with a lovely sea view but never cleaned fully on a daily basis.
