This is an excellent place to stay. We booked through Tenerife Royal Gardens agents Roberto, George and his team. We have had an apartment with them for many years. Excellent position beautiful apartments and cleanliness exceptional. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
Arrived at the apartment block and was sent a what’s app with the access code and room key box. Our apartment was A-03 and was down a dark corridor that smelt of drains! The apartment was dated but had everything you needed. Opened the patio curtains to look out from the balcony and realised our balcony was actually on the street between a shop and excursion stand! Disappointing as advertised with...
Fantastic venue with two pools one of them heated stones through from beach bars and restaurants. Make sure to visit restaurant Mumbia to Shangai fabulous food.
Clean room / staff amazing we had beach veiw will definitely be returning
I would highly recommend TRG , this super accommodation is the best place in Tenerife . Cleaniness is 10/10. To deal with the George & staff is 100%. Very helpful and attentive. Pool and amenities are spotless. The pool bar is excellent, Johnny , Sandra & hani (their daughter) are so nice and provide an excellent service
stayed for a week in september. room c120 it was perfect in every way spotless gorgeous pool view. The pool is perfect loads of beds spacious there are no umbrellas but a lovely shaded area beside it with arm chairs to chill. 2 pools 1 heated, Roberto and the guys in the office were very friendly and helpful, Better book with them. all in all perfect central but quiet place

What a beautiful, old style Spanish hotel. The rooms are lovely, the staff are superb and the pool area is so clean and quiet. An oasis in the middle of the town. Check-in staff were brilliant and the catering team were so lovely. The breakfast chefs, Rosa and Maria do a fabulous job and Ly, Loli and Carmen did a sterling job serving throughout the day. Our housekeeper for room 108 this week has...
A special thanks go out to the staff especially Eduardo who managed to sort us a room in a pretty desperate situation. Me and my wife were badly let down by a well known booking site when our accommodation was cancelled only when we arrived at Tenerife airport from the UK in the early evening. After one hour of phone calls / waiting for information/ complications we saw that this hotel had a room in...
A beautifully renovated hotel to a high standard. There is a large rooftop pool and bar area. The staff were polite and welcoming. It would have enhanced our stay even further to have lunchtime snacks and a bar in the evening.
It's the second time we've stayed here and we will be back. From the complimentary Prosecco at reception to the moment you check out, you are made to feel like a valued guest and not just a number. It's a lovely traditional hotel that's spotlessly clean, well maintained with friendly professional staff. It's in the heart of the town with everything you need on your doorstep. Stayed for a week with my girlfriend for my birthday celebrations. The hotel staff found out it was my birthday and made a fuss of me with Prosecco and Macaroons which was unexpected and fantastic. We had a great time at the hotel , the seaview was beautiful, fabulous breakfast also
The staff absolutely didn't care about guest requests. I asked for an extra blanket THREE TIMES, and on the third try, they brought towels 🤦. It wasn't until I made a scene at reception and made them explain the difference between 'blanket' and 'towels' (just to make sure they understood English) that they finally brought the blanket. They gave me a room facing the noisiest bars, which are loud until...
🅿️While there are parking spaces at the entrance, they are not always available as they are limited and often full. The hotel reception can hear the adjacent parking lot. It's recommended to drive to the lobby entrance first, unload your luggage, and then park. Otherwise, you'll have to retrieve your luggage from the parking lot, which is about a 5-minute walk down stairs. 🛀The bathroom drain was...
Great stay and service only let down by decor! As a family, we received a nice warm and friendly welcome upon our arrival. Not the best hotel, probably due to its location The hotel is dated and not upto Melia standards. For theall inclusive drinks you are given a token that gives you a cup. You then go back with your cup for a refill when your drinks finished. At the end of the day you give your cup back and they give you your token back for the next day. I really enjoyed my stay here. I was happily surprised that the room was spacious, balcony with sea view, wifi working very well, comfortable bed. It is an older building but I was very comfortable.
Tricky to find and get car parked it involves driving the wrong way down a no entry. Rooms could do with an upgrade cigateeyeburns on edge of the bath. One morning no breakfast on sight had to walk to the other hotel? Could be better
Clean, simple and good service. Good if you are looking for a cheap place to stay.
I was here last December 3, 2016 and I asked for a room where I can see a good view of Tenerife, and the day of my check-in, I was surprised that they put me in a room with a roof top. I was so happy! 😍 The service is also great and the staffs were cool from the reception to the limpiezas. 😎 They were so nice to me. The breakfast is also amazing! Rooms: Old made but nice, a little too dark due to thick stone walls and small windows. We had to switch rooms due to some problem, water didn't run down the shower, smoke detector was flashing for eyes at night. Second room was better. Shower pressure is great. Amazing property with love to the details! The staff is super friendly and we were absolutely happy with everything.
Authentic old farmhouse restored as a unique small hotel. Spacious bathroom, nice/varied breakfast, wonderful grounds; enjoyed upper terrace, sauna and underground thermal spa. Attentive service, fast responses from manager, very short drive from the South Tenerife airport, in quiet part of town and close walks to most places in town
Really cute hotel in San Miguel. The property is historic and decorated nicely to fit the history. The breakfast is simple but plentiful. All the staff very very kind. One day we were not provided with towels and by the time we returned for the day it was late, and all staff was gone. So that meant no showers for us. This resort is on a hill so be warned if you have Asthma, are disabled or an OAP. Our first Villa small room beds were super hard but the second Villa was okay! So given sleep score lower than a 5 as it is a quiet area.

It is what it says on the tin. its not luxurious, its old fashioned, but clean and the food is basic serve yourself. BUT for the price it is an excellent budget hotel
The facilities are noisy, especially when the toilets are flushed. Maintenance is practically nonexistent; the equipment and buildings are very old, and the curtains are outdated. The staff at reception and room service were very attentive, but not in the dining room. The person in charge there had poor manners and didn't treat guests well.
Okay, a bit old and neglected but very well located, good price and pool
Firstly, the hotel does not look like on the pictures. Rooms are quite old, very basic, they smell quite weird too, not perfectly clean. We were very upset on our first night, but we stayed here for a week and if you use your room only to sleep and maybe make a quick breakfast it’s alright. Service was really good and the location is great.
Great location. Rooms needed updated. No kettle or toaster or microwave. Cutlery only 1 of each for 2 people 1 pot and small frying pan for cooking. No washing up liquid or srubber for dishes no salt and pepper. Freezer frozen over no door on small compartment. Kettle was €20 which was refunded at end. Lovely basic budget hotel right in the middle of town. predominantly German (we were the only English staying here). For value for money this little hotel is ideal. Clean, centrally located and friendly. Esperanza and other reception staff excellent. Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!
The team are friendly and make all guests feel welcome. The property is in good condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. The room were cleaned daily and towels changed each day . Lots of opinions to dine out and the supermarket is 5 minutes away and is open until 10pm. Great value for money and central to the local bus station.
Nice Studio Appartment Nice studio appartment, well equipped and comfortable. It is ideally positioned to enjoy the restaurants on the seafront and the shops of Puerto de la Cruz. There’s is a supermarket nearby and a number of cafes and restaurants. The hotel also has a nice pool area and a lovely roof top sun terrace.
Cons: first night there was weird electrical noise all night long could hear through earplugs. Other nights it wasn’t as bad so not sure what it was. Hot water ran out most days pretty quickly. I wanted a bath a couple of nights as I’m pregnant but the hot water ran out when it was about a quarter full and then for some reason drained even with the plug in? Central location in a pedestrian area. Close to everything you need.
Clean room, comfortable bed, good location and very good value for money.
It needs renovation. It didn't have air conditioning, just a single-speed fan. You have to ask for a hairdryer at reception, and they give you a wall-mounted one, but it's loose. 🙄 You can hear all the neighbors and the street because the windows don't close properly. The service was good, and the location was excellent. No breakfast available.
Almost Daily cleaning but only to " surface", rooms noisy, the fresh air it's...not to fresh due to the fact that all rooms have a window in the inside square of 4x4m. In conclusion Central location but 2 * location...
Very spacious and very good facilities for the price they charge.
The rooms are very good for the price. Cleaned daily and convenient. Staff are great too. My one issue was an extremely loud guest next door he kept watching TV until 3-4 AM. The rooms do not have great sound insolation. I had to make complaints and reception responded appropriately. I suggest the hotel implement a policy of low volume after 12.

Loved the location in / near Puerto's old town. It's great for someone wanting a more authentic experience, as compared to the la Paz area. I loved the fact that the front desk staff spoke 100% spanish to me, which is the entire reason I am in Spain. There is a bit of noise from the street and at times, musicians playing at a nearby cafe, however you could consider this is part of the atmosphere.
We had a nice room with a sea view. It’s a nice bit of the town in the old streets. Excellent air con but the Wi-Fi was a tad slow. Rooms were clean and staff couldn’t do enough.
Nice clean very reasonable price for a short break in the North of Tenerife
The only problem is that it not A/C in the rooms. Other than that very good!
Amazing location, nice staff and spacious room. Although hotel is outdated, like it was last time renovated in communism. Extremely noisy, we talked normally around 12am and neighbors shouted to be quiet. For this hotel even 65€ is too much for a night. Either decrease the price either renovate.

The resturant over the road closed at the beginning of 2025, leaving no resturants or shops within easy reach of accommodation. Hotel located in the center of Santa Cruz, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.
It was about a 20-minute walk from the direct bus stop from the airport. There were many supermarkets and shops nearby, so the location was good. The room was clean. There was air conditioning, but it wasn't, so it was hot at night and difficult to sleep. The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from other rooms. It would have been nice if there was a place to hang towels near the shower.
Everything was great, as always. I've known him for years. And the Plaza is even better.
We regularly stay in Santa Cruz for our major shopping trips. This was our first time at Hotel Adonis, and we really enjoyed it. Renovated rooms, comfortable beds, no nighttime noise, friendly staff... that's all we needed. The breakfast was adequate, but without being excessive (and without food waste!). In short, good quality for a small price. We'll be back!

Old hotel in the center of town with free coffee, tea, wine, and bananas during the day. Free parking is arranged in the Drago parking garage a few hundred meters away from the hotel. The hotel has been sensitively and beautifully restored and certainly has the “wow” factor. Estefania & her staff are wonderful and are rightfully proud of this lovely building and their historic town. Amazing experience, very kind host and we enjoyed the breakfast made by Raquel don’t miss the chance to stay there
This 300 year old building breathes charisma and cozyness, we loved having our great breakfast in the courtyard surrounded by trees and ferns. The personal was super friendly and made us feel at home. Do note that due to the age of the building the sound insulation of the rooms is not great. Nonetheless a recommendation for anyone looking for a more authentic experience!

Front our lovely welcome from all the staff, our room was quaint and spotless plus a very huge comfy bed. Our breakfast everyday was delicious plus we ate in the Restaurant one evening and they couldn't do enough for us.
Really enjoyed this - Almogrote followed by fried chicken and canary potatoes with mojo sauces. Seemed pretty authentic. Particularly enjoyed the bill - last place on earth where you can get a beer for 2€. Would have said cheap and cheerful but one of the waitresses spoilt that description. Decor inside a bit weird too.
The starter was good , but down hill after that Pork tough chicken well pre cooked and wine well over the top Sorry to say not as good as the restaurant crosse the road Shouch a shame as the hotel is lovely Staff pleasant , location good What more is there to say very average

Very old fashioned simple hotel in the centre of Icod. No permanent staff, phone number on front door of pedestrianised street. Simple bedroom over looking street, with two single beds pushed together to appear as a double. No air-conditioning, no safe, very posh shower cubicle in small bathroom. Cool courtyard with 24hour self service coffee, tea and wine. Breakfast room attached to courtyard with...
A great one night stay A one night stay whilst staying in Puerto. Lovely room, well equipped. A comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast sufficient. Friendly staff. Quiet area, parking outside on the street. Nice restaurants in the area.

We only stayed for one night, prior to a flight from Tenerife North airport. Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and served in the internal courtyard area, behind the cafe. We parked our hire car overnight in a multistorey car park about a 10-minute walk from the hotel ( about 25E charge). There is no drop-off area or parking provided as the hotel is in a pedestrian...
I found this hotel scrolling the internet because I only needed one night before going on my cruise. I arrived very late. There was a very kind receipt and help with the luggage. The hotel is very old but in a super condition. I loved the patio. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated in the center of the town so shopping starts immediately at the front door. Everything was beyond my expectation...
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice pedestrian street. Rooms are super spacious and have a quirky old style. It was, still, a bit cold Luckily we got a heater but a kettle for hot water could also help. Also we wish they had double beds.
Lovely old grand dame in center of town and close to all shops, restaurants and local attractions. Very sweet kind staff who are anxious to please. Loved La Laguna!
We stayed at the hotel for six nights. The room was spacious and on the first floor. We liked the bed and also the large, renovated bathroom. As it is an old building, the floor was made of wood. There is no elevator and the rooms on this first floor are spread out in the courtyard. Daniel's service was excellent and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has a cafe with a direct entrance...
We stayed in the hotel for three nights. It is a nice historic building with a cafe at the ground floor. The hotel lays in the middle of town in a pedestrian area. Still it is not far from where one can take a taxi or get dropped off. Our room was spacious and quite at the third floor. The bed was comfortable and everything nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers...
