The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. There was a wide selection of food, although unfortunately sometimes there weren't many vegetarian options. Overall, I would stay here again.

Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! Beautiful, well kept hotel. Spacious rooms. Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights. Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value.

Very nice hotel with large swimming pool, spacious rooms and very good beds!

Arrived 29 Aug for 11 days stay, at 11h15; already got the preferred room ± 13.30. We liked the room very much with balcony at full ocean view to the south-east. Not what I expected and disappointed that the hotel describes as being a 4 star. Our initial room was facing a very busy road and when we asked to change room, the staff reluctantly agreed (eventually). This was the perfect place for me. High above Puerto de la Cruz set in beautiful gardens tended by two full time gardeners. I really liked the concept of a non-smoking establishment. The hotel itself is located among the city streets, 15-20 minutes walk to the ocean. The hotel has a great pool. The exterior itself is a piece of wild nature combined with civilization, everything is very harmonious. We stayed here for 10 days, rooms were spacious and nice, balcony was a nice treat, was an experience waking up to the sounds of birds each morning. 🌟 Hotel GF Victoria really surprised me! It's not a big-name brand, but the facilities are super new. It has two pools; one features a children's water park where you can let the kids loose. The Hotel its self was amazing. Our room was very lovely and the cleaning of the room was great. There was only 2 things that let it down, the Mediterranean restaurant and the bar. Hotel was beautiful. Excellent facilities and staff were great. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice but we did have a disappointing [and expensive] meal in La Parilla restaurant. The quality was nowhere near that which would be expected of a 5 star hotel.

The hotel spotless and fully staffed . The hotel is beautiful and rooms to a high standard . Had it not been for a huge disappointment of not getting as advertised garden view would rate higher . I loved my stay at the Hotel Botánico. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive at all times. The service was excellent, the breakfast was very complete and varied, and what I would highlight most was the impeccable cleanliness of all the facilities. Without a doubt, a place I would return to.
