Beautiful and clean, apartment big, staff are very helpful , restaurant menu quite plain and the same everyday. A well organised and well run establishment. I see people complaining that their apartments were only serviced once in a week and it makes me wonder how often they change their bedding and towels. Location was also good, 5 mins from the beach, 15 to Loro Parque and 10 to the town centre (all on foot). I had the all inclusive which had a good selection of drinks available...

I've travelled all over Europe for work and holidays. I've been here for two days and I'm undecided about this one. Whilst there are some good points and also some bad points. The location not the best, the staff are good, downstairs whilst modern and very clean but is lacking in comfort. The bedrooms again are spacious enough but needs a lick of paint and some repairs here and there. The food is decent...

The hotel DOES NOT have a parking lot and it is extremely hard to park around. I drove for one hour trying to find a spot. Good thing it was just for one night so I was able to made it work somewhere else, but still I lost my money.

Near sports hall and very noisy. Food could be improved. Very tatty condition of room. Staff lovely
