Service was good and rooms were comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily during our 4 night stay and we had a great sea view

It wasn't overcrowded as many guests chose to go to the beach which is a very short walk away. There is a small supermarket close by and a few restaurants which we didn't get a chance to try due to being at the wedding

A hotel located in the best beach area – Raco Everything works extremely well organized. If you opt for the option – half board accommodation, I guarantee you that you will not need anything extra

The dining area was large and very clean with the staff clearing the tables as soon as guests left. They were also very welcoming and polite. I would definitely book this hotel again

The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does

Lovely Hotel in a perfect position between old and new end of Benidorm. Room was clean and comftable and food @ Breakfast & Evening meal was plentiful. We loved Cafe Paris for lunch which was attached to the property.

Don't read views of this hotel, Its 3 star and you get that, location, hotel rooms, areas of hotel, food and drinks. Missing Cuco hotel and Benidorm today, defo be back

Excellent hotel for the price, big and spacious rooms! Food was amazing, enjoyed all the meals I had.

Location is a little out the way of the main nightlife of Benidorm but that suited us, if you fit and able to walk it’s a 15 min stroll into old town which is beautiful and about 30 minute stroll into the hustle and bustle of the *****

The rooms are pretty standard and offer no more than a Uk travelodge motel. We did not include meals so I cant comment on the food There appeared to be Spanish entertainment/singer on each night

Every evening they have music or dance show. Good place! Heartedly recommend!

On entrance to the hotel, it feels impressive enough. Until you quickly smell the pungent aroma filling the place. Im not sure if it is sewage pipes as ither had suggested, but it is a bad smell

However the downstairs outdoor pool was uncovered and had the jets running every day. The hotel is conveniently located for shops , beach, etc and is not too far from the nightlife

I expected the out door pools may be closed if weather not suitable in December- However, all pools , including indoor pool, were closed

Overall it was an average stay I have definitely had better facilities in 3 star hotels and do feel that I upgraded from a 3☆ and paid the extra for no reason at all. The pungent smell is definitely off putting

Location was perfec for us, close to a small harbour, two beaches with long boardwalk. 3 busses close by, so you could either walk about 2km to old town or take the bus

Outdoor pool was to cold for us but there was a heated inside pool we could enjoy. Good buffet restaurant, with plenty to choose from. Room was big and the view nice

Second stay in the hotel for a bike holiday. Decent food, nice spacious rooms and friendly service. The animation in the evening can be very loud, but you have a second door in the room 😉

Underground parking was available. The indoor pool was actually heated and not warm to cold. Joel at the front check in counter was very friendly and very helpful. All the Staff spoke perfect English

Guests often touched food or utensils accidentally. The location is good, near the beach and scenic walks, but the surrounding area is unremarkable

7/8 min walk into the old town (downhill) and plenty of cheap taxies for the ride back. We found lots of places near by serving breakfast of all varieties

We had a great time in Benidorm (2. 8) hotel was great , stuff on reception was so gently and professional, stuff in restaurant, too

The food was fantastic, we had 3 meals, and really, so much choises for eating, salads, meats, fishes, vegetables, fruits, cakes, creams, I recommend this hotel because is on fantastic location, too

Lovely hotel situated not far from the beach in the old Town ! Food very nice very clean and lovely helpful friendly staff ! Very much cater for the Spanish entertainment wise no wild karaoke/bingo nights but you can go down the strip if that’s what you want ! Definitely stay there again

Cabaret style entertainment in the bar area, great coffee and drinks at very reasonable prices. We stayed in room 503, fantastic very, large bed, quiet at night as this is a residential area

Great hotel excellent location staff very attentative food good choice. I would recommend upgrading to pool view superior room they are massive rooms with great views

The location is good, about ten minute walk to the beach, and even less to the main entertainment

We had an absolutely amazing break here! The hotel is super clean, staff are amazing, food was delicious and the beds where actual comfy! We came as a group of adults but will definitely return with our daughter in the future!

I would like to have omelettes made fresh, some mornings there were premade ones, other mornings none. We were lucky enough to get some unseasonably good weather, warm enough to sunbathe

The noise from some of the other guests was unacceptable, and we never stayed in, just returning some nights before the bar closed, getting a couple of drinks and taking up to the seating area on the reception floor, where it was so much quieter

The pool bar, which was also the main bar was OK, no complaints about the drinks. This was also where the nightly "entertainment" took place, but it was very poor

First time in Benidorm so wasnt sure what to expect but wow what a find. Hotel is fab,clean, friendly staff and lovely food, two mins from the beach and on edge of old town

Fantastic location, within 2 min walk to the beach and all local shops. Beds were super comfy and tea and coffee making facilities in each room plus the added bonus of a fridge

Returned to same hotel as we enjoyed it in September and equally enjoyed the hotel again. Breakfast good rooms good staff and location good

I would like to give a special mention to Dave the Tui rep at the hotel , on the last day of our holiday l fell very badly while out shopping and fractured my shoulder , quite an ordeal, but Dave was so supportive and helpful, will hopefully return later in the year

Definitely upgrade to superior room if you can room massive balcony huge. Nightime entertainment was great and bar prices very good

The room we had was over the court yard and was very quite so slept well. The air con didn't work as its out of season and it was very hot on our last night so didn't sleep to well

The beach is 90 seconds away with loads of eateries and bars. The front balcony rooms can get noisy until about 10 at night but great for people watching! We would come back anytime!

The food was lovely, mainly catering for the Spanish visitors but also plenty of choice for us brits and the desserts you could die for! The Staff are brilliant and nothing too much trouble

Great hotel visit again! My wife and I went to the Avenida Hotel for a week and what a great stay it was. Our balcony room was clean, bright and airy and well cleaned every day

Enjoyed breakfast & evening meals at the Flash. Pool area was great with some entertainment. Pool bar only allows plastic cups which they charge you 1€ extra for

**Tip** Bring cups back to room end of day to save you paying every day. Just present next day, they always give you a fresh one

You have everything within walking distance from the front door, and they also have good entertainment at night with service with a smile

Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean

Dining room/restaurant is quite small & can get very busy - but staff ensure you get a table promptly (we never had to wait, some did for 4 or more)! Food was faultless. Great choice & replenished often

It was by far the worst hotel of our trip in Spain. The beds were hard solid, there was no European plugs for charging our devices, the room was extremely hot without AC. It looked and smelled the old property

The staff were very helpful whenever I needed assistance. I chose this hotel for its location near the train station and the tram, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. The breakfast add-on is inexpensive too

The only problem with the room was a small stain in the bath and a broken socket. They man working at the reception understood English well. The location is great as it is pretty much in the middle of Alicante

Beautiful view for the sea, tennis court available, easy to go to the city (by one bus, bus stop close to the hotel). We asked for ice cubes to take to room and iron, it was given to us without a problem

We stayed as a group of 11 friends from a zumba class with our instructor. Great location for us to do zumba on quiet beach or on tennis court. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable

Very good room with a terrace and sea views. It just needs a mini-fridge and a kettle, and it would be perfect.

However, as I have some mobility issues, a handrail on the 3 steps and/or short steep slope necessary to get to the lift would have been a great help

Supper friendly staff, actually terrific and hospitable staff! I will definitely say that I take my hat off to all Spaniards for understanding English because I really struggle to understand Spanish - the staff taught me the words in Spanish for microwave and macaroni cheese and was happy to show me where the microwave was to heat up my son's macaroni cheese

I really enjoyed my stay here! I had the best beach view and the best thing is that the beach is just in front of you. It has a great pool and the food is very good. It has a great variety of things to do

Ocean view room for 4 at less than half of a standard run of the mill hotel (for 4) in Barcelona. No pool towels (bring your own). Food was cheap (half board included in room rate) but pretty disappointing quality

Overall a good experience at the Peñiscola Palace hotel. The location is very good - right next to the beach and a pleasant walk from the town centre. The staff are super friendly and helpful

Gym equipment needs repairs (multigym weights broken, seat on legpress is broken) and air conditioning would be really good. Water cooler would be nice too but can bring your own

The room was for 3 adults, and a balcony was overlooking the pool, which had the sun for the morning. The room itself was a good size and had everything you needed. Sheets were soft and of great quality

It's a great location, very central, close to the beach and old town - literally minutes! Not what I would call a 'party hotel' instead one where you will be well fed, sleep well and if you are after the nightlife it's really on your doorstep

Breakfast bacon, choice of scrambled, poached or freshly cooked omelettes, beans, sausage, tomatoes (and more!)with select a of breads. Yoghurts and cereals, continental and fresh pastries

We chose this place mainly because of the pool and the proximity to the sea – and we definitely did not regret it! ☺️ One small suggestion: the pool closes after 8 PM, while in many other hotels it is possible to use it later in the evening

Perfect hotel, staff could not be more friendly and helpful, our shower was leaking so we told reception and within 20 mins we came back and it was re-sealed and fixed.

What a fantastic hotel! The view from our room was stunning! Rooms are great if a little tired in places, cleaned everyday with fresh towels, all staff very pleasant and polite, acts we saw were good standard

Super beautiful hotel, nice rooftop pool. Really a 2-minute walk from the beach. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so we didn't really go to the beach. The receptionist at check-in was less than ideal

" There was a popcorn cart in the lobby, but it was really dry and had zero salt. The beach right outside is ideal. Otherwise, very clean and nicely decorated!

Also only a 5 min walk to such a beautiful beach! So many great bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. We will definitely be staying here again

The breakfast area was small and unfortunately though it was not very busy other guests were engaged in video calls which were loud and very annoying we were on holiday and wanted a nice relaxing start to our days which we did not get

The hot options for breakfast were very limited and not replenished when empty this happened every morning despite there still being 30 to 45 minutes left of the breakfast service which is unacceptable

Nice hotel in the old town 5 minutes from the beach, the rooms are very clean with toiletries provided the pool area is clean , and the staff are very friendly I am full board but you can do all food options l am here at the minute eating lunch the food is very good with enough options to suit anyone I'm in room 111 on the first floor facing the pool

Never air con and heater Thankgod as was very cold a few days. Heaps of hot water and nice to have a bath and shower. We enjoyed the food 9 times out of 10. Pool freezing as never gets the sun

Great stay att a nice hotel in a wonderful location. The Marconi offers a bit of a familiar feeling and really good breakfast. A few meters from the beach and everything else just a couple of steps away

It was a great value for the price on last moment booking. The promenade is few meters away and located in a quiet area, so we had a good sleep.

2 drawbacks are the television is all in Spanish and I tried to change the settings as per instructions from others and Google but it wouldn't let me and the other drawback is the food, although a reasonable selection for both breakfast and dinner the food is cooked but then under lights for however long so cold or nearly cold we went down for breakfast as soon as it was open and the bacon was still...

The staff is friendly and they helped us in finding the absolutely best pastry we've ever tasted
