Lovely clean hotel found the staff friendly food good choice asked for a kettle no problem no charge mainly Spanish but found friendly and courteous as we were with them school next door but we loved hearing the young ones playing would definitely go again nice location 10 mins to sea front

The hotel is located close to the old town [full of character] and not far from the superb sandy beaches
Nice hotel in the old town 5 minutes from the beach, the rooms are very clean with toiletries provided the pool area is clean , and the staff are very friendly I am full board but you can do all food options l am here at the minute eating lunch the food is very good with enough options to suit anyone I'm in room 111 on the first floor facing the pool
Never air con and heater Thankgod as was very cold a few days. Heaps of hot water and nice to have a bath and shower. We enjoyed the food 9 times out of 10. Pool freezing as never gets the sun
The hotel is superbly clean throughout, the staff are most friendly and helpful and as a major plus was the superb and large variety of food at breakfast and evening meal
Even the drinks were fairly priced and we most definitely will stay at this hotel again

The hotel features an intimate pool and an excellent rooftop with a stunning view of the castle. The Fondillon restaurant offers tasty food at reasonable prices. The breakfasts are varied and enjoyable
The swimming pool has lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere, though a few of the jets were out of service this time, which our kids missed
The staff are warm and welcoming, and the hotel is in a fantastic location - close to the beach, museums, and plenty of great restaurants
Quite pricey for Alicante but lovely room and fab roof top pool (heated) overlooking Santa Barbara castle. Minibar / fridge, kettle and coffeemaker, UK etc TV channels. Very nice staff (a special shout out to Cristina)
The hotel is very comfortably furnished and located right in the center of Alicante. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful
Welcomed with a fresh glass of Cava and Ivan was very helpful with an amazing sense of humour. Room and facilities were amazing.
Can't wait to stay again.

20min away from sea front , Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias and old town on public transport. Satisfactory service and amenities. Our room views was dull bu otherwise comfortable room
clean nice staff and located on main road. city to hotel at night 6 - 7 Euro
in the morning and afternoon 10 to 14 Euro
book book book you will not regret trust me
The room was clean and comfortable with the balcony in it. It is 10 minute walk to the beach
The hotel is only 15 mins walk from the Port and beaches where there are lots of beach front restaurants. Felt very safe walking in the city and so much to do in this beautiful city
I really liked that the toilet and room were separated, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The location is also very good, making it convenient to go anywhere. I'll recommend it to friends if I visit again
I had a pleasant stay at Istayhotel in Valencia. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. The location is convenient and well connected, which made getting around the city easy

Great stay att a nice hotel in a wonderful location. The Marconi offers a bit of a familiar feeling and really good breakfast. A few meters from the beach and everything else just a couple of steps away
It was a great value for the price on last moment booking. The promenade is few meters away and located in a quiet area, so we had a good sleep.
Brilliant time thank you so much, staff so friendly and really looked after me as a solo traveller they made me feel so safe.
2 drawbacks are the television is all in Spanish and I tried to change the settings as per instructions from others and Google but it wouldn't let me and the other drawback is the food, although a reasonable selection for both breakfast and dinner the food is cooked but then under lights for however long so cold or nearly cold we went down for breakfast as soon as it was open and the bacon was still...
The staff is friendly and they helped us in finding the absolutely best pastry we've ever tasted

Hotel Prado II is located very well, near to castle, bars, restaurants and of course front to beach 🏖. The installations are very new cause the hotel was reformed a year ago
Fantastic location, right on seafront but limited views due to hotel next door. Ten minutes walk from historic old town on seafront. Good facilities with newer sister hotel
The staff is very pleasant with you and the food are delicious and varied. In relation with the parking you can choose two options, park inside the hotel or park in to underground hotel's parking
The places to park are huge so you are not going to have problem to park a big car. The rooms are good and very new
A very nice hotel with a central location! We ordered full board and the food is fantastic!
Good location. Reception staff not too friendly. Room walls a bit thin as you could people talking in next room. Good breakfast included in price.

Austins sport bar is good if your into the rugby and football! The beach is under 10 mins walk and really nice with some restaurants on it at places
Hotel lovely but very disappointed. I am staying here presently and went up to bar yesterday and they could only offer me a high bar stool at bar even though there were a lot of empty seats
The views from room 1803 (superior room with views) in fact that room has city, castle Santa Barbara , marina, and sea views along the coastline, the hotel is city based but one hundred metres from the sea and the esplanade which is lined with some wonderful restaurants and bars Palmitos is worth a visit, the hotel is within walking distance of the colourful floral old town, the castle (although we...
After all the rain in the UK we decided to go to somewhere dry! We settled on Alicante and looked around hotels in the area that were in a good location for the marina, restaurants, beach and travel links and decided the Gran Sol by Melia fit the criteria
Just returned tonight from the city of Alicante where we stayed at Gran Sol affiliated by Melia, (we read the reviews before we traveled and our fears were gone as we arrived at the reception yesterday (this is a twenty storey plus 1970s tower) but the service and the room we stayed at made our city break most enjoyable
The room had a mini bar which was at a charge if used. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was very nice with a lot to choose from cold to hot food. The hotel was in the perfect spot for access to the shops and waterfront

There are many breakfast options. The sea view room is great. The scenery is beautiful. The facilities are complete, with both a gym and a swimming pool.
So happy to have bumped across this hotel while booking our stay, coz not only is the service impeccable, but the location is perfect! Close to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the Peniscola Castle which is a tourist attraction spot here! Lots of restaurants nearby, but we are happy we chose to dine at the hotel's restaurant itself! The chef made the best vegetarian pizza for us on request...
The hotel is modern and new and just sea front we had booked room with terrace so we thought that we would have sea view room but there was no sea view, only next building. Apart from this everything was ok
Loved that they stressed on sustainability and reminded to ask for toiletries only if needed and mindfully use water. Overall a memorable stay and extremely helpful staff! 100% recommend!
Great little hotel with fantastic views of the beach and Castillo de Peniscola. Nice little restaurant and bar downstairs with nice lounge chairs to relax. Really loved this place.
WOW! What a gorgeous place! Staff was very friendly and the location is unbeatable. The breakfast was very good, and the food options are plenty. It was great to have access to the sauna and Turkish bath

Tremendous little hotel right on the beach, overlooking the marina. Spotlessly clean, welcoming and has everything you could need for a pleasant stay
But the staff are what make it - extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble and they were very patient with my terrible attempts at Spanish! A bus stop right outside will take you to Gandia town, the train station, the shopping mall or wherever
The restaurant food is very good, but they should put someone back to supervise the tables to see what's missing, as they did the other times we've been here. Three waitresses for the entire restaurant is insufficient
This is our fifth time here, this time with my parents so they could experience it, and we will definitely return whenever we travel to Gandía. Cleanliness is the highlight, both in the rooms and in the common areas
Highly recommend it for solo travel. You will sleep like a log too, the beds are great! I got a nice big bathroom and a lovely terrace to sit out on, and there’s a fridge, plus you can get the bbc news channel
The rice dishes, fideuá, ribs, melon cream with ham. are exquisite, and the desserts are homemade and good. I also want to highlight the customer service and friendliness; you feel right at home

Bed and air con good, food not great but found enough to eat, ideal for beach and bars. Up a small hill but not to bad. Didn't spend any time at pool or evening so have no comment. No fridge in room.
Had a short 4 day break at Mont-Park in Benidorm, the hotel is in a great location with the beach within a short walk, the Old Town was a flat walk about 15-20 minutes
You get what you pay for really. Rooms clean and cleaned everyday. Pool was lovely, nice small hotel so not too busy. Great location - close to the strip and all main restaurants/bars
the staff were really helpful and the pool area was great loads of sunbeds and the pool was bit warm instead of freezing. had some entertainment on but we were out every night
We found the hotel was clean and room cleaned every day and fresh towels if required although basic with no coffee/tea facilities. The lift is very small only four people maximum and that was tight

Hotel Benikaktus, Benidorm – A Fantastic Easter Getaway I recently visited the Hotel Benikaktus in Benidorm over the Easter long weekend with my two sons, and I'm delighted to say it was a brilliant experience from start to finish
The hotel entertainment was great fun and, as you'd expect given we were in Spain, had a strong Spanish theme to it which we thought was entirely fitting and added to the atmosphere rather than taking anything away from it! The swimming pool was a real highlight for us
It appeared to be heated, as it was wonderfully comfortable to swim in without any of that initial shock you sometimes get with outdoor pools
It was genuinely one of the best I've ever used so powerful it could literally take your breath away! To top it all off, the views from the hotel were simply amazing and added a real wow factor to the whole experience
Waking up to scenery like that each morning really does set the tone for the day. We had breakfast included in our stay, which was a very welcome touch. The food was lovely and set us up nicely for the day ahead

The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! I'll recommend this hotel to my friends if they go to Valencia
The hotel was quiet at night, with only a few other guests around, which made for a peaceful stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom included a bathtub—which I really appreciated
The location was great for the district I chose and the room was quite silent, which I generally prefer. I felt comfortable here and stayed a few days. Hope to visit again in the future.
The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal
The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs
Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by
Guests were extremely friendly & enjoyed great company night & day. Calm atmosphere wheather around pool area, restaurant or seating areas. On edge of old town so 15min stroll to strip or 5min in to town
Our room on the 7th floor has recently been upgraded with walkin shower and ceiling fan, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided (also towels available from reception for pool) All staff very friendly and do a great job Special thanks to David who kept us entertained with game around pool and quizzes at night
Not far from the main beach and old town. Quiet for those not wanting the noise. Pool area lovely, food excellent. Most guests return every year. Activities most days , evening shows were variable in standard
With it being a fairly small hotel, there is never a vast choice on offer, but more than enough to satisfy even a fussy eater like myself. The bar area is always clean and tidy and the waiters attentive
I was really pleased to see the refurbishment of the rooms – no longer tired and dark, the makeover gives them a clean, simple and bright feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything worked
A great choice of drinks on offer. If you’re staying all-inc through a package holiday, you’ll likely be “blue”, which gives you a good selection of wine, beer and other drinks

From the friendly and attentive staff to the delicious breakfast (especially thanks to the lovely blonde lady in the mornings!), everything exceeded expectations
The layout of the hotel is beautiful — the gardens are perfectly maintained, the pool area is spotless, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details
You can really tell how much care goes into every aspect of this place
Breakfast was really nice with many options and managed by a lovely woman who was very helpful. We had dinner twice and the food was delicious although the staff was spread very thin
We have stayed here a few times and it's a very pleasant hotel with a lovely spa and ideal location. Rooms are simple but comfortable with a large bathroom and comfy beds
For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected a kettle or coffee machine in the room and some slippers/ bathrobes so we could get ready in the room before the spa. Overall cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom of the room

Simply down to the amount of stag groups but more so the group of about 25 women on a hen party was awful. They were so loud, constantly, took over the pool and bar area and it was just too much
Rooms are nice and clean. Few minor issues but nothing can't can't be sorted. Shower is a bit temperamental. Good view from the large balcony
So clean lovely staff my 5 time to say bang in the middle off every where you need to be next door to market great shopping

Great SC place to stay, rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. All good
Hi, We stayed here for 2 weeks, the place is spotless, very friendly and trustworthy staff, Great location, right next to outdoor market, deposit is put on hold until room is checked for breakages, Great A/C, comfy enough, miss it already
I was a week with my wife and my son and the truth was that it was a success to have found this place. It is true that the closest beach is a ten minute walk away but it is the best and quietest to be with children
Newly renovated and had a super breakfast and service. The beds were comfortable and one of a very few hotels in Spain with a room safe. Easy walking for families to an entertaining walk to the beach
Hotel had nice boutique feel about it.
Two swimming pools.
Angela the main receptionist helped us get two day refund as we had to leave early due to family illness.
We really appreciated her quick response and help.😎

Highly recommendable!
Biggest room i ever been to!
The bedroom was huge!, with a sliding door to rest of the apartment!, wich was a couch in front of the TV, it was a small kitchen, that means a microwave, to stowes!, a kitchen-sink, and then finally a bathroom
The room was very large, comfortable and had everything you need to have a pleasant stay. We also took breakfast, everything is tasty and they have a lot of variety

Had breakfast at cafes nearby as I prefer that than in the dining room indoors (doesn’t have outdoor seating) especially as it’s all so close or just sitting with my own food on the lovely sunny balcony
Clean spacious room. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Parking off site is available for a charge. Able to unload the car outside the hotel was an advantage as the car park was too far away. Close to the old town.
This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day
Only one downside to this stay was the breakfast options - previous stay we enjoyed the breakfasts, this time we noticed their selection was limited and my partner had so little to eat so it was not worth the extra money for us this time
The room had no proper window which you could look through, but was in central location and clean. Overall, I was happy with the reception, the bathroom and anything else I needed. I stayed for a night in Benidorm.

because of the chic venue we asked for prices before ordering wine. 2euros a glass of delicious Rioja -Otonal- we sat on the terrace for hours enjoying several glasses of such bodily wine and the views
Stayed here for New Years Eve one night. My two grandchildren and myself. Hotel was lovely couldn't really fault it, people say outdated but we found it lovely

It also has a swimming pool, several conference rooms, a small but well stocked bar, and of course it is right on the beautiful beach at Cullera
There’s plenty to do in the area - we trekked up to the castle and navigated the bus and train into Valencia fairly easily but to be honest we mainly lazed on the beach, which is right on your doorstep
