The staff throughout the hotel were absolutely outstanding, from dinner plate collectors to waiters to cleaners, bar and reception staff, absolutely amazing and great with children! My 4 year old absolutely loved playing in the games room in the evenings and between the children's water pool and park during the day

A little out 10min walk to beach but peaceful area. Great atmosphere with good entertainment. Rooms clean and comfortable. Great value. Hotel is always very clean.

There's plenty of sunbeds stacked on the side, so easy to help yourself and find your own spot! Entertainment was good in the evenings, at 8:30pm the kids disco started then 9pm onwards are 3 different acts

No aircon but hot - it was hot during our stay in April however the air-con only produced hot air which was not useful. Pool 11:00 til 5 - oddly, the pool opens at 11:00 and very slowly as the lifeguard takes his time

Mainly to counteract all the negative that I had read prior to going, which caused me a lot of anxiety as I was travelling for the first time in 7 years—this time as a single mother with my 5-year-old son

Yes, the hotel is located just off the “yellow brick road,” but honestly, this wasn’t an issue for us at all

The hotel is located in a quieter area just outside Benidorm but just a short 15 minute walk to the seafront. We stayed in the new building in a studio apartment

The pool areas are clean and well maintained. Great Padel court bookable for a small charge and a well equipped gym

The location was great for us, because it is close to the Benidorm Palace, where we were going, but if you were going for the beach, it may be a bit far

4 elevators was ample We didn't use the Spa facilities, or the pool, so I can't comment on those

Great, secure car park for a small charge. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh hot and cold food being brought out continually and an omelette station serving omelettes of your choice

Really nice hotel! The rooms are quite big, clean and very well decorated; the bathrooms are also really spacious, clean and have luxurious vibe. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Standard business room in new area, but the renovation is a bit tired. My room was near the elevator, was a bit noisy

I thought this hotel was price competitive, but the price suddenly increased over the weekend, so I gave up the extension of stays. There are a lot of group tourists, and when they stay, the price seems to go up

The parking is comfortable to manage for a big car, but unfortunately they don't reserve a place, I guess when the hotel is full it will not be possible to park

New, modern, quiet location. Plenty of pools to choose from. Nice decor inside and very comfortable beds.

I arrived on Friday evening for a four-night stay and from the moment I walked through the doors I knew this was going to be a special experience

The property itself is impressive, beautifully maintained, and has a wonderful atmosphere, but what truly elevates this hotel is the team behind it. My room, A401, was absolutely excellent

It was spacious, spotless, extremely comfortable and clearly very well looked after. Everything was exactly as it should be and throughout my stay I genuinely could not find a single thing to fault

Great pool on the roof, with a bar with loads of space to enjoy the sunshine. Rooms are spacious and to a high standard, could not fault the hotel at all for cleanliness, service and attentive staff

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay in Benidorm and couldn’t be happier with the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful — nothing was too much trouble

Great hotel overlooking the port in Alicante and with fantastic panoramic sea views. Breakfast had a good selection and included freshly squeezed orange juice which was a nice touch

Pretty good hotel room breakfast nice dinner nice only downside is room doesn’t have a kettle or a fridge but still is a pretty good room bathroom spacious balconies spacious overlooks the pool which is nice flatscreen TV about 40 to 45 inches so not too shabby overall it’s pretty good, but I’ve got to give some marks off because it doesn’t have a fridge or kettle

The Old Town is also about 15 minutes away, so you can easily get everywhere on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly, just like so many people in Spain. And the food… absolutely amazing

It's a 3* hotel so was actually above our expectations. Very attentive staff, excellent breakfast choice and easy walk into the old town. Happy to recommend 👌

Everything was 1 to 10 minutes walk including beach/prominant, pubs restaurants, supermarkets, retail shop

He did remove towels during the week but this was people who had been gone for hours and we never struggled to get a sunbed during the week as it was quite quiet

The lifeguard was friendly and found us sunbeds on our first day when it was quite busy

I have just read a horrible review for this hotel from someone & I totally disagree. My husband & I have been coming to this hotel since 2015, sometimes twice a year, we have always been treated well

We are british & no one discriminate's against us infact it's the opposite. EVERY member of staff from management to maintenance are polite & welcoming. We love the esmeralda hotel & the resort

Stayed at hotel start of april, 2 adults 2 kids,family had a nice weeks holiday in hotel. room was a decent size with 4 single beds in room ,bathroom was ok for the family and room also had a balcony

breakfasts had plenty of selection ,cooked ,cereal ,yoghurts,fruit coffee etc Lunchtimes had a few different selections for fussy eaters, Dinners had a good variety of various things ,was only 1 time we didnt fancy anything so we went out Pool ,,pool was very cold but plenty of room for the amount of people in hotel ,only downside was kids werent allowed floaties (rubber rings)🤷in pool Entertainment...

There was one person who works at the hotel called Tery she was so lovely, funny and very kind every time we went to the bar to get more drinks we would always have a laugh and she even offered to make a tery special which was amazing

There was a wide variety of food available, with the menu changing daily, which kept each meal enjoyable and fresh

The hotel didn't use wristbands and we had to use our room key cards to get a drink and we could only get one drink per card so we couldn't get more than one drink

It's an OK hotell. Rom is clean, and have daily cleaning.. good aircondtion. not the best minibar. The hotel is close to everything.. old city, city center, taxi, tram, ect.. 15 min walk to the beach..

The perfect location. Close to everything all in walking distance. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean spacious room and comfy bed. We will definitely book again as it was very good value for money too.

I came to this hotel for my anniversary with my partner and the service from the hotel staff was just amazing! The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast had a huge variety and was delicious, and the location was pretty central

Got a good price and wasn’t sure what to expect. Butnabsoutkey needn’t have worried. We thought location was great- if getting the bus from airport there is a stop right opposite. Good sized twin room on third floor

We were in a corner room and Non noise from other rooms. Some noise from outside as next to a busy road. Bathroom in good order and shower quite powerful. Didn’t have food so unable to comment on that

Location was great and the room was clean. However the heating in the hotel is too high. Even if the heater was not turned on, the room was too warm. It got better when they switched to ac instead

The kids never got bored of this! Daytime entertainment around the pool was good, but on an evening was very repetitive. The surrounding area was very quiet, with a small beach only a 5min walk away

James Taylor When we first got to the hotel we got our room straight away but put us on the 9th floor when we had 2 young children witch was unideal but manageable but then when we got to the pool there was no signage of were the deep end of the pool was so my youngest Nearly drowns and then was told to buy floats for her as we did and then they have a no floats in the pool policy witch is prothetic...

Had the best week away in the sun. The hotel was perfect for us (family of 5). The pool was fab, with lots to do for all the kids, especially the slides

This brings me to the pool area which was absolutely fantastic… splash area for the little ones, medium slides for kids, jacuzzi, large pool area, and the big flumes for the big kids

Glasses are not permitted around the pool area, so they ask for a 1€ deposit per cup which you get back once they are returned

We visited the local market and arranged a day trip to Mundamar. You can upgrade to Ultra AI to receive a few extra benefits, but this was going to add another 600€ to our holiday, which we didn’t think was worth it

Stayed as part of a convention. Everything very well catered for, even with so many people there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well cared for. Public areas are very attractive with plenty of seating

Lots of glass! The outside pool area is nice and secluded. We walked along to the Esmeralda to meet friends. The promenade is only a short stroll away

Nice hotel, room and bathroom, close to beach. But it has a couple of flaws, It is not a tourist hotel. We found out that 80% are bikers that practice in and around Calpe

Use of the inside swimmingpool including spa cost you 33 euros (ridiculous price. I only wanted to swim but not for 33 euros. All in all mixed feelings about this hotel

What an amazing place to come for my children's first holiday abroad, all the staff are really helpful and friendly and are quick to answer any questions you may have

The location of the hotel, there’s 2 supermarkets, cafe’s and restaurants around, clothes and shoe shops, and a beautiful beach just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Great views of the mountains from the hotel

We were all inclusive, but the for the value it’s definitely worth it, especially with the use of the indoor pool and sauna, as well as the use of the gym

The entertainment for the kids with Manel & Alex was next level, my kids loved Manel and he made them feel really included with all the activities from calling the numbers out in bingo or doing a tiktok trend to ping pong and even football ⚽️ nothing was to much

A few members of staff : Marina , Gasper , Victoria, they were great and made us feel very welcomed! The entertainer Carl, he was fantastic, very bubbly and making everyone feel included

Still, the whole process was done without a smile and with a rather strange, unhelpful attitude. It felt at first almost like a threat that I might not get my belongings back, which was very unpleasant

Lovely place to stay near popular tourist attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is nice and has a bathtub and even a bidet

Our main priority was location as we wanted to explore the castle, and we found that the start of the trail up was just about five minutes away, there was also a tram station nearby, we could easily walk from the beachside to the hotel, and there was a big shopping centre not too far away from the hotel

We have not done a lot of research since it was very last minute, but found the hotel when looking at comparison websites and headed to their own website to book directly and get a better deal

We were also welcomed with a hand written welcome letter, box of chocolates and a decorated bed as i had previously mentioned we were there for our anniversary, which was a lovely touch

Breakfast was perfectly adequate, with fresh orange juice, various egg dishes, delicious ham, and fresh fruit. We had a room facing the courtyard. It was very quiet, and the bathroom was completely renovated

The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

We went for work, so I didn't use the facilities much, but overall everything was fine.

We're currently staying at this stunning hotel, right in the heart of Benidorm. The room is beautiful, it has just about everything you need and all kept spotlessly clean but the cleaning staff

One of the best hotel if not the best in Benidorm. I was just having my best life in this place and the way they treats you from the first day till last day is unbelievable and amazing

Special mention to Mido who works in the sky bar and the Arches lounge, he is fantastic, a real credit to the hotel, nothing is too much for him and it's always service with a smile

The hotel is central in relation to the strip and only 5 minutes from the beach front so easy access to everything. The rooms are massive and cleaned thoroughly

My only niggle was the pool bar staff were sooooo slow it took ages to get a drink but you know what good on them for not running around like headless chicks they were so relaxed ! Would 100% stay here again

Outstanding room with fabulous views onto that private deck with loungers and heated pool. Full bathroom with a double sink. It's all about the outside space😊. The restaurant is well lit and appointed

Booked a couple of rooms here for family for Christmas. Popped in earlier in the year to speak to staff and found them very helpful. Rooms were large and great views over the beach

I have been a few times this week for a drink at the poolside. Today because it was a little windy they wouldn't serve me outside which I found ridiculous. Not going again

Food was good, Christmas buffet was very good, lots of traditional Spanish and European dishes, huge amounts of prawn and meat dishes with a chocolate fountain too! Singer was very good at the buffet as was the other entertainment

Rooms a bit claustrophobic for four women 2 double beds, clean but wasn't keen on the design of the room, bathroom was small and had a frosted door which had at least an inch gap all around it, not much privacy! pool was fine, plenty of sun loungers

In the annexe, the rooms either overlook the Calypso pool, or the flash pool. A302 overlooks the Flash pool and for those who enjoy sitting on the balcony, it has plenty of sun

I must give a shout out to Merche & Jose. Their welcoming smile, sense of humour and attentive service was outstanding. In fact every member of staff that we encountered couldn’t have done anymore for us

The breakfast is among the best I’ve experienced with the welcomed bonus of fried bread & black pudding etc. For those who maybe don’t want the full english then there was plenty of continental options

My room was in the Annexe building, I had requested a room overlooking the Morgans Tavern area but the hotel was clearly busy and this could not he honoured. However, the annexe was absolutely fine

In this hotel, as a half-board guest, you can swap your evening meal for lunch purely by just turning up at the restaurant. This was great especially when heading off for afternoon/evening drinks

It was such a special touch, thank you! The pool area on the roof was nice and we even managed to sit out when the sun was out

Just came back from a 4 night stay and we can’t really fault it the location is in the old town away from all the loud night life but it’s literally only 10 minutes walk so it’s quiet if you just need to relax but a short walk and your in the hustle and bustleof things we went at the end of November for my youngest daughters 21st and found that we were probably the youngest people in the entire hotel...

We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and found the food and drinks offer was good. Staff at the Olympus were all very professional and friendly. There was entertainment in the evenings which was lively

We had a lovely surprise when a lady on Reception (sorry didn't get her name) who was celebrating her same special big birthday the next day, arranged for a bottle of fizzy to be sent to our room to celebrate

We stayed at the Olympus Hotel for a week to celebrate Christmas and a special big birthday on the 29th December. The rooms were extremely clean with fresh towels every day

There is a kettle but no teabags to make tea! The bed was comfortable. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Everything was just luke warm. Plenty of choice with pastries which were nice
