Bed and air con good, food not great but found enough to eat, ideal for beach and bars. Up a small hill but not to bad. Didn't spend any time at pool or evening so have no comment. No fridge in room.
Had a short 4 day break at Mont-Park in Benidorm, the hotel is in a great location with the beach within a short walk, the Old Town was a flat walk about 15-20 minutes
You get what you pay for really. Rooms clean and cleaned everyday. Pool was lovely, nice small hotel so not too busy. Great location - close to the strip and all main restaurants/bars
the staff were really helpful and the pool area was great loads of sunbeds and the pool was bit warm instead of freezing. had some entertainment on but we were out every night
We found the hotel was clean and room cleaned every day and fresh towels if required although basic with no coffee/tea facilities. The lift is very small only four people maximum and that was tight

Staff are welcoming and extremely helpful, location is less than a minute walk to the beach. Intelligent layout with elevators off reception with dining room one side and bar and pool the other
9% of guests are Spanish, however most of the staff could understand some English, rooms were excellent, very clean and well maintained, pool and pool area were excellent, however the pool is does not have a lifeguard on duty
Pool is cleaned meticulously in the mornings. We had the pool view over the mountains which was beautiful. We also booked full board and I would highly recommend it, incredible the quality and variety for the price
The hotel is very clean and modern, right on the beach front. The spa is small but perfectly adequate. Nice warm temperature and everything works and it's never crowded. We've been twice and most definitely will go again
Bev's Birthday 2024
Well We put excellent on all of the questions because everything was flawless from reception to leaving, many thanks to all the staff
It is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and without a doubt has the most amazing views right on the sea front. We were upgraded to a suite as a birthday treat and given a bottle of Cava and cakes

It was also lovely to see how friendly the team are, from the front desk right through to the housekeeping staff everyone was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay
Hotel Gala Placidia in Benidorm Alicante, April 2026. Great vibes. Room on 7th floor. Fantastic value for money. Staff extremely friendly and Hotel very clean.
Also, something on every evening, from live acts to quizzes etc - Gala makes an effort to do this - we have been many other places that do not. Plenty of outside space around bar pools and main pool
Note: look out for the sweet cats that live around the main pool. Regardless of cost, we will remember Gala Placidia as one of the better (2* to 5*) hotels we have stayed in the past 30 years
Went the week before Easter 26 for 9 days. flights/transfers) for All Incl. Just a getaway at the end of winter, so had no unreasonable (or particularly high) expectations. I think we struck lucky with the Gala
Choice of lunch/evening food much better than expected (we stayed at a 5* in Croatia last year where the choice was better, quality of food similar, but Croatia cost double)

Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult
Their outstanding service made a real difference and deserves special recognition! Additionally, the food was outstanding every day, both at breakfast and dinner. We are looking forward to our next visit already
Its been a wonderful experience in Daniya Alicante. The staff are very pleasant and ready to help at all times. Valentina was really helpful, she was all over the place ensuring our comfort at dinner times
I would like to highlight Valentina from the restaurant team. She was very kind, attentive, and professional, and her excellent service made my experience even better
My stay at Hotel Daniya in Spain was wonderful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and always ready to help
If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away and stay. Even though the staff were polite and friendly

Also the bathroom - well equipped, spacious and modern. The location is great, also the beach. The staff is helpful and with nice approach to the guests. The food is OK, the fish, the fresh salads and fruits are great

We have stayed att Koral Beach Hotel before and revisiting it confirmed the fantastic vibe that we felt the first time.
The staff make you feel more than welcome and the food is incredible!
The spacious room that have been recently renovated, the Lounge, the restaurant, the pool and nightly activities makes this the best experience I had in Spain
I have been pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. This 4 star hotel on the Mediterranean Beach North of Valencia, has all what I expect and then more
Wonderful hotel!!
Second year running to this lovely hotel. great service, very clean, ideal location with the beach out the front
there is nothing not to like! Quiet hotel where you can relax! Looking forward to booking next year for another long weekend break!
The days were sunny and the nights were breezy. The hotel was fantastic! It's just across the street from the beach, and there are poolside performances in the evenings. There's a bar and an infinity pool on the rooftop
Directly on the Gandia beach with amazing view from rood top. Good place as a couple or with kids. Nice to walk on the beach, enjoy the view from infinite pool. Highly recommend this place for couples and kids
Best price/quality ratio! Hotel is located on the first line, literally on the beach. Great views on sun rise and sun set, good food and drinks. Ideal for the end of season relax :-)
Was on honeymoon for a week, and probably the best hotel I've ever been. Nice place, the beach is near, 3 pools (1 rooftop infinite). Great staff, always ready to help
The view and windows in the room are awesome, and the food is very tasteful and different each day. Also a lot of activities like evening concerts, aquagym, padel in the nearest tennis club (all included in price)
If you're coming for a vacation, you can book a room that includes two or three meals a day. The food is quite good 👍 and much cheaper than restaurants outside! My stomach can totally handle the Chinese food!
It's very close to the beach. It's also only a five-minute walk from the old town. The rooftop pool offers a direct view of the castle. The fact that it even has its own parking lot is a big plus.
Amazing location, 3 mins away from the beach and the town center, amazing service and very clean. Will recommend!!
Room was great
Staff super friendly and ready to help
Breakfast choice had a good selection
Location - near beach castle and shops.
Only down was air conditioning we couldn’t get right !
Very helpful staff, spotless, rooftop bar and pool. Room plenty of space, fridge, nice shower. 2min walk to beach, bars and restaurants.
Positives
-24 hour reception
-A great central location. -Ideal for the beach and marina
This place is a great place to stay to really get around Alicante. Walkable to several great restaurants and the beach! A very clean place, which I care most about when traveling; Modern, sleek, and simple

We had one evening meal whilst there and whilst it was a bit expensive it was beautiful and very tasty. Location we caught no 2 bus a 5 min walk away to city. Be aware the no 2 is different buses going out and coming in
Lovely hotel in residential part of Alicante
The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom lovely and beds comfortable
We had Breakfast which was plentiful and many different things to choose
We must give a shout out to young lady who worked so well and was delightful even when I spilt beetroot smoothie. She made our breakfasts enjoyable and pleasant to be there
The rooms are spacious, the bed was really comfy, and there are comfortable seats in the room and on the balcony. The bathroom is very modern and clean
Great hotel with a luxerious feeling. Everything you need and good service. A little far out of the cetre. Recommended if you have transport, like a car or bike.
The mini fridge was also very useful during our stay. We stayed at the hotel in January 2026, and unfortunately the rooftop swimming pool was closed at that time

This hotel is 3 stars and fulfils that and more!
Had everything we needed, good food, lovely pool, ample sunbeds, great drinks at the bar, clean, friendly service and helpful team all around! Only point taken away is the location is slightly out the way and located on a steep hill
We stayed here for a week in June , at first I was worried because there was work going on , but it was okay me and my husband enjoyed watching the trucks coming and going to the site we especially enjoyed catching the bus to the old and new town of benidorm , we found the room lovely and clean , the cleaners worked really hard , the reception staff were very professional and we were checked in quickly...
Excellent rooms. Full and halfbord great, hotel tidy and clean 24/7. Large swimming pool quite warm, nice bar to. Does sandwiches as well
Comfy rooms, helpful staff, delicious food. Location could be better - uphill walks required. Go for a frontal sea view room if you can!
Only downside is the lack of English at reception, some didn't understand anything i said which made life difficult & the beach is a long trek not great in 30+ degrees and a long walk uphill to the hotel
Just arrived but impressed already. My room is just right for me and a great view of the beach and the whole of Benidorm. The bathroom is superb and a large shower
I would only appreciate some raw vegetables for breakfast as there was none and highlight that depending on the season, the sun might not be shining on the pool after 5:30 pm which is a pity
The same for dinner, the same food every single day. They could do better in this matter. The swim pool is good, the beach in front the hotel is perfect
Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location close to the beach and many possibilities of free parking nearby (mid-June)
There is no park available in the hotel, be aware that you have to make a reservation before. There is only 12 parking places for the entire hotel. We could parking around the hotel, but was difficult to find a place
4 days stay
The hotel seems new. The room has a good size but the beds are little hard for me. The breakfast is poor, we have the same food every single day, the same fruits (only two options, kiwi and orange)
Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks

The rooms are okay, nothing special and a bit small, as well as the shower being narrow. All of them have a balcony with views to the pool. They gave us clean towels every day and made the beds
The pool is on the lowest floor, as well as a cafeteria which has chairs on the inside and the outside of the hotel as well. The cafeteria is okay, not much variety but good prices
The pool is shadowed for some time during the day, but it's not bothering in summer as it is a relief from the hot weather. Some more sympathetic than others
The pool is cool, with a great slope. Main and only problem, some guests robbing from the dinning area and being rude, which the waiters deal with so well
The problems I noticed were regarding the water in the dining area, as you had to go refill a tumbler every time you drank it, which I would solve with jars, and that sometimes the elevators didn't work (there are just 3 and sometimes they get too busy)
You usually have to wait to enter the dining are as it is small. Most tables are for 2-4 people so if you are a larger group, you may have to wait more (max 6 people and they don't allow you to join two tables)

It has everything for pastries, cold meat, eggs, cereals, fruits, etc…
The frontdesk scaned passport without asking customers. It is illegal in spain. Dont go.
Very friendly staff and speaks English. Clean hotel with all amenities. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA in the hotel. Nearby is a beautiful park, museums and the largest oceanarium in Europe
Nice location with two shopping centres just next. Breakfast included and have all you need. Outdoor swimming pool is great
The sea is 15 minutes by transport
Rooms were clean and luxurious, service was attentive and friendly. Location is a hit or miss, not the most walkable but close to centric places like the oceanographic and arts museum
Great hostel, friendly service, beautiful location, nice swimming pool area. Everything is perfect. Just make sure you have irons and ironing tables. That seems silly but very important to those who need it.
The hotel was great, kind staff clean and cosy room and great breakfast
The bes was very large and comfortable, great views of Albir and Altea from the balcony. Plus the room was lovely and warm. The breakfast had plenty of choice and overall was very good
I called the reception and they said, if I wanted to use it, they had to bring a key to open it and they couldn't do it right away because they were short staffed. Why not just use 1234 and tell visitors to change it
Actually chose the wrong hotel, however its not too far from Albir centre, a bit of a hill to climb on your return journey, but over all ok
Location was perfect, in short walking distance from everything you could need, Cheap supermarket, local restaurants with loads of food options if your fussy! Fully expected the Long hill on return to the hotel so I wont complain about that as if you do your research it shouldn't put you off, Was always made easier with an ice cream on the journey back up

Needless to say I saw friends I hadn't seen for years at said venue so 2 pints later I continued to Hotel Dynastic and eventually arrived via The Green Door (for those regular visitors to Las Vegas, it's not the same) and no I've never been
Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated
Fantastic stay bteween 30/09/2024 and 07/10/2024. Only downside was evening meal was at 8pm which is too late for us, but the Spanish eat later
The hotel is hemmed in, up the hill from more or less the Red Lion (1 mile)
The hotel is a little dated but extremely clean
I paid €77 for a room (Travelling alone)
Including breakfast which I thought was very reasonable
The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm

First time staying there, will def be back, great location,
Clean,friendly and very relaxed atmosphere
We had pool view rooms which were spot on all rooms have plenty of storage with hanging space as well as drawers , bedsides & dressing table Safes are available in all rooms but are chargeable, as are fridges
We had breakfast on our last day which cost 10€ & was paid at reception. Cereals, pastries, cakes fruit, full cooked breakfast with hash browns & black pudding, breads, toasts, hot & cold drinks
Booked here for a lads holiday. All the staff were really friendly & went the extra mile for you, nothing was too much

We had a sea view which was amazing waking up looking out over the beach and harbour. Some early morning niose from delivery vans and buses The shower and hair dryer was great so powerful
What can I say about this 3 star hotel. The location is beach front right opposite steps to poniente beach. Opposite is a children's play area and a bus stop. Right near all the bars restaurants and shops of the old town
Sea view room was adequate with stunning view of the sea but not very big, nowhere to sit inside unless on the bed. There are no tea making facilities and no fridge
Lovely hotel, we book the VIP rooms when we go. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Great location and lovely views in the sea view rooms. Highly recommend 👌
Room brilliant very clean. Staff fabulous.
View from balcony absolutley amazing.
5 minutes from the old town beach and view absolutely fabulous
The roof top terrace bar is a calm area to sit and have a nice relaxing drink before heading off (5 minutes walk) to the hustle and bustle of the old town, special mention to Deni the barman, serving our drinks everytime with a brilliant smile
Food: alot of choices, recommended to come early for your food as it could get really busy and queues when you get in later
Staff are all friendly and helpful
Hotel is 5 mins walk to the beach with a variety of access on different side streets
Quick check in with friendly staff a lovely room 10th floor with two rooms which was perfect for us and a jacuzzi bath! Food a thumbs up catered for everyone and hot which you don’t always get
I would suggest though taking tea bags and coffee and get milk for fridge. Will definitely go back to this hotel a great location
I was very surprised as did not expect a nice hotel on the Benidorm strip but was very pleased with the whole experience
Though it would be noisy you could hear the music if you go to Benidorm you expect that but slept well
spoilt for choices for food just outside the hotel, aswell as supermarkets
We had a large room with balcony overlooking the large pool, quiet, modern, great bath and shower with a complimentary wash bag, it was light and airy
Very nice hotel with very friendly staff and excellent facilities. The room was rather small for a junior suite. But other than that: recommended!
Only a shirt walk to beach and to main strip
Hotel food was unreal !!
Drinks well each one we had got stronger and stronger haha 😄
On the last day there we got to have a spar which was amazing felt so refreshed afterwards 😊
The whole experience there was unreal and we can not wait to book in the same hotel for 2026
Very well appointed Hotel, good breakfast, clean and spacious Room, helpful & friendly Staff, well worth a week !
They have got exceptional high quality. The location was perfect, service and facilities exceptional.
Despite confirming my room number and inclusion of breakfast when placing the order, I was later charged for the full meal at checkout, the story flipped, stating that the receptionist made this information clear to me, when i actually spoke with room service staff

It wasn't overcrowded as many guests chose to go to the beach which is a very short walk away. There is a small supermarket close by and a few restaurants which we didn't get a chance to try due to being at the wedding

Location was perfec for us, close to a small harbour, two beaches with long boardwalk. 3 busses close by, so you could either walk about 2km to old town or take the bus
Outdoor pool was to cold for us but there was a heated inside pool we could enjoy. Good buffet restaurant, with plenty to choose from. Room was big and the view nice
Modern hotel near the beach and Calpe’s beach front walk.
Across from the salt lake and flamingoes.
Second stay in the hotel for a bike holiday. Decent food, nice spacious rooms and friendly service.
The animation in the evening can be very loud, but you have a second door in the room 😉
Underground parking was available. The indoor pool was actually heated and not warm to cold. Joel at the front check in counter was very friendly and very helpful. All the Staff spoke perfect English
Guests often touched food or utensils accidentally. The location is good, near the beach and scenic walks, but the surrounding area is unremarkable
