We've been coming to Benidorm for over 30 years & The Orange Hotel is the best we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean & well maintained , Well done to all the hardworking staff

So good first time, booked again , and will be booked again next year .

3rd stay at hotel orange, stayed as a large group as the hotel is perfect for our needs, location is ideal, hotel is spotless, food is of a good standard (breakfast is excellent) and the staff all very friendly

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of options. We went as a group, no problems. They just operate a zero tolerance policy. Would highly recommend and would stay here again

The breakfast was first class, with lots of choice and their pool and terrace area was really a highlight. The best thing about this hotel though, undoubtably, is the staff

Then came the 50 minutes oriental massage which was heavenly. Both Silvia and Joan were very professional, making the experience calming and so enjoyable

What a great hotel this is, located just a few minutes’ walk from town and only 2 minutes to the beach. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a great size, with terraces and everything you could need

Nice touches like dry towels both before the swim and before the massage were an added bonus. We enjoyed a glass of Cava by the hotel pool afterwards

Really enjoyed our short stay 4 nights. Hotel close to beach, town centre and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. Bed was rather hard to our liking but that's a personal opinion

We absolutely loved everything about it :) we stayed Bed and breakfast :) first of all , Diago the perfect host, very kind and informative, the lovely breakfast staff Anna and her quiet gentilman helper, excellent, how much food can you eat :) and the lovely lady who kept our room sparkling clean and left us goodnight treats, we thank you x fantadtic facilities for cloudy days as well, perfect

I lost my power adapter and ask if they would charge my phone for me, and they rejected right away without explaining. When I come back at the night another man In charge told me they couldn’t accept guest’s phone

Fine room and location, It’s right next to the bus station and close to metro. However, my complaint is that the dinner was 25 euros but didn’t include alcohols. The front desk was not patient

Breakfast buffet was top notch with all the continental and Spanish items. They even allowed me an early check in and late check out at additional charges but that helped me a lot. Overall it was a wonderful stay

My son has severe autism and they made his holiday a pleasant one. especially when we told them to change the table so he wouldn't be in the middle of the crowd. We felt like home but with extra services

Beautiful sea view from our jacuzzi room, location is very good for shops and restaurants and bars everything in a good range! Room kept stunningly clean every day

Rooms-Super king bed and small double pull out bed. No balconies at all which we missed. Food-we were AI and plenty of food but themed so one night was pretty much all seafood, one night all Chinese based foods etc

Pro’s: location Branded drinks Free water machine on room floor Sun terrace great view, bar, comfy chairs and beds Room size was good and comfy beds (no balcony’s) Cons: Sewage smell all week Only one lift working so you will wait a long time Small dining area, have to book time slots and you’ll be queuing in height of season NO ALLERGEN markers on food!! No children’s area/ Very limited options...

Lots of floors to walk! Overall, if a fit couple wanting good drinks, have no food restrictions and are after a quieter location it is good. If a family or anyone needing access or help, they are simply not interested

We did have a Seaview room with a jacuzzi which was really nice. A perfect view down the beach. Only one thing was not right in the hotel, only one lift was working and that did cause a queue at times

Chosen for location and looked like it catered for kids but was disappointed. Opposite beach in quieter area so perfect for beach holiday. Not many sunbeds for April so in high season definitely wouldn’t get a bed

Just an amazing property, beautiful location is of the charts, staff could not be more helpful. Gorgeous and spacious rooms, the only thing is those carpets could be cleaned a little more often or a little more thorough

My recent stayed in Westin was very pleasant! The room was spacious but what made it different was the service. I was impressed the service provided by every staff member at the concierge especially Juan

The room type was great, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was just average, but everything else was really good.

Lacks overall 5 Star Service , we checked in around 9PM and as well during the day no one is standing next to the entry to help out or greet , reception is hidden , water comes in plastic bottles at room temperature, no other welcome snacks and you need to call for a toothbrush

Had been in other JW and Westin and was treated like a queen , but overall this time in Valencia is more a YMCA self service check in feeling

The entertainment starts quite late 8. 45 ish and is all in Spanish so we didn't really get to enjoy that. The soft play was good and the pool but lacked baby changing facilities and the changing rooms were freezing

The room we were in was on the second floor and it was to noisy from the entertainment so we moved to the 15th floor which was a bit too high and scary with little ones but was quiet

45 am and again we didn't have the option offered to us of a packed up breakfast which was disappointing compared to previous hotels. Overall the food was good but was a bit basic

The management and employees wish you a happy birthday bringing you a bottle of champagne to your room...very nice of them.

I stayed here for 5 nights as a solo parent travelling with three children. We booked via easyjet holidays. 1 - arrival was great bus transfer with beni express no issues

We arrived late though meaning we had missed dinner. A small sandwich offering would have been a good gesture instead We had to find somewhere to eat as soon as we got there. Second day was the new years Gala ball

Great location, plenty of food choice for everyone. Dining staff and bar staff not overly welcoming, not horrible but as I say not welcoming. Amanda on reception was excellent and is an asset to the hotel.

They have a surf shack vibe and the bathroom and balcony were brilliant the pool area is great not too busy and getting beds for the day was no problem at all in the evening they have entertainment in two areas first is by the pool on the stage where they have multiple acts on throughout the evening

Just got back from a week stay at this hotel. The staff on the reception were brilliant. Explained everything that we needed to know. The rooms were very modern and look like they’ve just been renovated

The location is perfect right on the strip and if you’re worried about that don’t Be? The rooms are very well insulated from Sound. I have been to Benidorm numerous amounts of time

And in the explorers bar which is a fantastic little bar they have three acts on nightly absolutely fantastic

Have stayed at the Ambassador 4 years in a row now. Rooms are always clean and a high standard. Service is always friendly and polite. Hotel is right on the strip, with everything you could want within walking distance

I have to mention few names, special people, very professional, nice and helpful, without whom our vacation would not have been ok: Francisco, (probably) the best Hotel Manager I have met, Victoria and Alex at Reception, and Adrian in the restaurant

Having a family anniversary, we were convinced by our travel agent to choose Hotel CABANA, one of BALI GROUP hotels, one of the reasons was "You will meet nice people there"

The services are ok, for the price we paid we were satisfied. The location is 10-15 minutes from beach by foot, lot of shops and bars on the way

The transfer from the airport takes about an hour; Thank you for everything!

Also all the other staff were great, I just didn't get their names. The breakfast was lovely and there was enough options on the menu. The staff were helpful in changing and swapping a breakfast item for something else

My second time stopping at RH Canfali and it won't be my last. This occasion was a 5 night stay with my wife and it was perfect. Christian on reception is a real asset to the hotel

His friendliness and attention to detail is perfect. We had a slight problem with our room and Christian dealt with it in a professional and timely manner

The bartenders; Gabrielle, Maria, Marco, Vanessa and Carolina were awesome people and the receptionist girls: Anabel. Virginia, and Maria and Lucia. There is one person I forget to mention, she was tall, brunette

Hotel was great, we took room only as wanted to explore the area and eat at lical restaurants, however, the dining facilities at the hotel did look good

Drinks were well priced although only one draught beer on tap, and there was nightly entertainment aimed for the children. Overall a good stay and worth the cost

Although the swimming pool is unheated, the children had a blast. The reception staff was very helpful whenever we needed information

The only downside was the bathroom – we had a wet room and the floor would get very wet after showering. Next time I’ll request a room with a proper shower and hopefully a pool view too

In a great location for all of Benidorm. Got a Seaview room was ok not as big as I expected but otherwise couldn't fault. Lovely rooftop bar and decent prices for wine and beer

2nd time staying at the Primavera Park, this time for a month so we opted for B&B in one of their comfort rooms. We have a small kitchen with hob, microwave/grill, kettle coffee maker, toaster and fridge

We stayed in this beautiful hotel from January 26th to February 5th. The staff was very friendly, also at the reception. The room was excellent (909), very clean. Breakfast and dinner were more than enough and delicious

Rooftop terrace vat is amazing with awesome views of Benidorm and beyond. Most of the rooms have sea and Mountain View’s and balconies are very large

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated

Fantastic stay bteween 30/09/2024 and 07/10/2024. Only downside was evening meal was at 8pm which is too late for us, but the Spanish eat later

The hotel is hemmed in, up the hill from more or less the Red Lion (1 mile) The hotel is a little dated but extremely clean

The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm

I would only appreciate some raw vegetables for breakfast as there was none and highlight that depending on the season, the sun might not be shining on the pool after 5:30 pm which is a pity

Location near the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect for our visit to Gandia. The parking is limited (do reserve ahead if needed) but we were able to find street parking within a few blocks

The floors are not carpeted, so if other guests are moving around furniture in the middle of the night, you will hear it :-) Staff was excellent and all else really great

There is no park available in the hotel, be aware that you have to make a reservation before. There is only 12 parking places for the entire hotel. We could parking around the hotel, but was difficult to find a place

4 days stay The hotel seems new. The room has a good size but the beds are little hard for me. The breakfast is poor, we have the same food every single day, the same fruits (only two options, kiwi and orange)

This place is even more lovely in person than in the photos! Most of the guests are families and breakfast can be a bit chaotic but you are still always able to get a table and get to the buffet easily

The pool area could also do with some parasols for us English people who rarely see the sunshine at home (appreciate the majority of the guests are sensible and go in between 2-5) Overall would highly recommend!!

We took a taxi to benicassim which cost around €50 - it’s about a 30 minute drive away from the hotel but definitely worth visiting if you want a nice meal out and good nightlife at a reasonable price

Great! Modern 4* in lovely location, everything spot on for us. Of course the photos on the listing are clever, the gym and pool are much smaller irl; but still all good

The receptionist also helped us book the taxi and that was very much appreciated! The pool area is very relaxing despite there being quite a few kids around

I had to use towels to soak up the water and had neighbours knocking on my door. Shower was not fixed so was unable to use the following day 😢

Solid and reliable with helpful staff. The hotel is UK 3 star standard. if you aspire to better quality other (newer) hotels are available, but always at a higher price and none are as centrally located in Torrevieja

Nice garage to park motorcycle at a cost of 20 euros a night but worth that for piece of mind staff friendly. The rendering outside on level 4 needs to be addressed as it’s not safe !

Clean hotel and convenient for Torrevieja sea front. Basic room, comfy beds, some outside noise on a Fri/Sat night and no kettle, tea or coffee in rooms but there is a coffee machine in reception

The noise from some of the other guests was unacceptable, and we never stayed in, just returning some nights before the bar closed, getting a couple of drinks and taking up to the seating area on the reception floor, where it was so much quieter

I would like to have omelettes made fresh, some mornings there were premade ones, other mornings none. We were lucky enough to get some unseasonably good weather, warm enough to sunbathe

Clean room and comfortable bed. Bathroom is small for North American standard but it serves its purpose. Friendly hotel staff at reception. The only down side to the stay was the temperature of the room

Staff were not overly helpful but I loved my room and it was a great location. The corridors are a little bit noisy but the room was so good and bathrooms/showers were great.

It was too hot despite lowering the thermostat in the room

The fridge in the room was not very cold and I had to throw away the food I tried to keep in there, the air conditioning was not working in our room, but we able to make do with the ceiling fan
