We shipped our motorcycles from Australia so to get them damaged in a car park of a hotel brand we have trusted for many years is both a sadness and a huge disappointment. The security gate only worked on the first night
The parking spot the van was in was not a designated parking area for any vehicle as it was painted red. There are big signs everywhere to park in the right parking spots or receive a hefty fine
The second night there were a number of cars coming in and out almost patrolling at around 3am clearly not residents. Third night there was a bang but couldn’t see what happened
Fourth night van came in at midnight and hit the bikes which set off the alarms and had the whole hotel awake. They clearly just ran in to the hotel and knew exactly what they’d done
Good rooms great staff but a little out of town which is no problem if you have your own car (free parking on site)
Nothing too much to fault inside the hotel which was clean and comfortable, except maybe the limited dinner menu
This is a fantastic little hotel with first line views of the beach and the sea. As a bonus, the rooms include a modest buffet breakfast in the price. The staff are excellent, always going out of their way to please
com, pictures looked good, but we ended up with a room has no view, well hallway view. They have nice seating area in the restaurant, breakfast is good. Walking straight ahead to the beach area
We came as a group of 4 for lunch, after reading a great review from a local tour guide. And luckily we weren’t disappointed. 23€ a person (June 25) and got a paella for 4 (huge portion), a starter each and a desert each
just leaving the review for the amazing waitress diana who served us today! lovely and charming, if we'll come back we'll surely do it because of the service. food was pretty okay, really enjoyed the vegetarian paella
The place was very beautiful and the decor was amazing. However, the red-haired waitress was not patient when we asked about the menu—she walked away and didn’t return to take our order for another 20 minutes
Had a beautiful meal with friends and one of the best parts was the service by Cristina. I have had a lot of great meals in Spain but the service is typically below average
We were given a receipt and also a sheet with terms and conditions which were fair (keep apartment clean, remove rubbish and take bedding off etc)
Rooms were basic but a lot better than we expected
The nearest mini supermarket is at the bottom of the hill and considering it is a self-catering holiday, the transporting of groceries is a consideration either by taxi or carrying them back up the hill, a 15-minute walk to the apartments
We stayed here for New Year 2025 for 1 week. Before arriving we read the reviews and were really worried about staying here to the point we were going to change hotels
When we arrived, the guy on the desk was friendly and checked us in as quick as he could, it did take a little while but there was 8 of us. We paid €200 deposit per room which would be refunded on checkout
Our friends paid via credit card and the money went straight back into their account. We paid via debit card so took around 5 days to go back in. Overall, a really good stay and would definitely stay here again
If you follow the rules, which is basic put your rubbish in bin, strip the beds you ll be fine and you’ll get the deposit back no problem at all. Rooms were best rooms iv stayed in for a while

How can a market-leading health & wellness hotel, with “personalisation” at its core, be so incredibly limited in its offering? Yes, the ingredients are high quality and the food was beautifully prepared
This leaves the customer questioning how appropriate certain treatment are for them. For example, when I asked the “therapist” if ozone therapy had any known risks, she said “no, it’s completely safe”
I also agree with some of the other reviews that whilst some staff are very knowledgable, others seem to be just salespeople who don’t know anything about what they are selling
When I challenged the nutritionist on why there is so little protein in the meals, she said the best solution was to buy protein powder separately and have it between meals
When I challenged her and said there’s plenty of literature out there taking the opposite view, she changed the subject. For anyone unsure, Google it
Regarding portion sizes, I found myself leaving hungry from most meals, and protein was rarely a priority for whoever creates the menus

So clean lovely staff my 5 time to say bang in the middle off every where you need to be next door to market great shopping
Rooms are nice and clean. Few minor issues but nothing can't can't be sorted. Shower is a bit temperamental. Good view from the large balcony
Excellent location. Staff friendly. Apartment clean and spacious and have everything you need. Balcony huge
Great SC place to stay, rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. All good
Hi, We stayed here for 2 weeks, the place is spotless, very friendly and trustworthy staff, Great location, right next to outdoor market, deposit is put on hold until room is checked for breakages, Great A/C, comfy enough, miss it already
Perfect for stags n hen do's. Definitely not for kids. Can be rowdy with drinkers but great atmosphere and friendly people. Wouldn't call it up market but definitely worth the money
room very clean and beds so comfy and pillows soft. , cleaned every day with clean towels
we were in bed and breakfast only but a wonderful breakfast choice , all hot a a good choice , fresh orange choice was amazing, all staff are so friendly and helpful
The hotel was just off Poniente beach. No view and overlooked by the apartment block across. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. 15/20 min walk to the tram station. Probably same to get Levante beach
Just got back from a week away and I must say this was a perfect find. nice welcome on reception friendly. room was on 6th floor lifts were a bit temperamental but got there
Room was basic but ideal for my needs as a base. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is something there for everyone. I would stay here again if needed
We were lucky to have had our money in a safe as if we didn’t I would hate to think how much money they’d have taken. Advised reception of this but not sure if they’d have acted on it

I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Sol Plays after the Valencia marathon in December. The hotel was good value and had a great location, right by the beach. It felt a bit quiet being out of season
Breakfast is ok for a cold set up, would have been nice to have some hot food also, beds are ok and was clean.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken and they didn't fix it for the three nights we stayed, nor did they change our room. They provided us with an electric heater and two blankets
Stayed here for a week for the MotoGP race in Valencia. Wasn't expecting much from a 2 star hotel but was very pleasantly surprised. Staff are very friendly and speak Spanish and English so no worries there
I stayed here for 3 nights and i was not disappointed. Very clean room with AC, clean bathroom, very friendly staff and excellent location, right at the beach and lots of cafes and restaurants
One thing i really enjoyed was the vending machine in the lobby where i could get cold drinks whenever i wanted. I will definitely stay here again when i am in Valencia again

The view from the terrace bar was stunning, we arrived quite late due to flight delay so the bar was closing 10pm expected on New Years Eve. All staff lovely and friendly highly recommend, definitely going to return
because of the chic venue we asked for prices before ordering wine. 2euros a glass of delicious Rioja -Otonal- we sat on the terrace for hours enjoying several glasses of such bodily wine and the views
Stayed here for New Years Eve one night. My two grandchildren and myself. Hotel was lovely couldn't really fault it, people say outdated but we found it lovely
Relaxing break in a beautiful spot!
Very clean corner room with double aspect and balconies overlooking beach and sea, beautiful views
The children want to go back next new years for a few days longer and loved it so much they want to go for a few days in the summer all to the same hotel. Breakfast was varied and plentiful
The furniture is very old-fashioned, and the beds are uncomfortable. We are a couple who booked a double room with a large bed and sea views, but they gave us one with three single beds (90cm)

First time stay, the room is clean, location perfect if you do not want to miss your flight, but you can take a bus to city just next door, however, there is no water or kettle / glass cup even inside the room! These are nothing compared to the room cost
Shower room sliding door was not straight and partially hanging off - no floor restraint so could be pushed away from its frame (it wobbled to and from the wall). Poor soundproofing so others closing doors was quite loud
Clean hotel. Friendly staff specifically very kind and energetic lady at restaurant Ms Yolanda is the best among all.
The hotel staff were great and really friendly, but the rooms themselves weren't very clean inside. There was also a water issue when showering; the water wouldn't drain, so it would accumulate for quite a while
Shower room curtain didn't reach floor so the whole floor of room was wet. Shower handle wall bracket did not allow tilting, so water only sprayed across to curtain and much too high up for us (under 6ft tall)
it was just okay for what you expect for the price. good location if you have to catch an early flight at the airport nearby. the breakfast was not worth the money you pay for it though
Great location in city centre and close to shops and restaurants. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Beds are uncomfortable to sleep on with the mattress springs can be felt when lying down
Breakfast is cheap but could be improved
Nice location,free baggage deposite,realky clean.
Few minutes walk of plaza de ayuntamiento
Nice staff
The location of the only electrical socket is near the door entrance, not practical to charge phones. Room Phone did not connect to reception desk. Had to go down to request an extension lead
The toilet was not securely screwed to thr floor, it moved when in use. The bathtub was very shabby and low quality. The is a socket in the bathroom that is half covered
Plz spend a little more and go for another hotel. The 4th Floor room we were in was small and the quality of the bathroom was very dirty unhygienic and dangerous
The bathroom was well equipped with nice toiletries and the shower was powerful. The maid service was great and she did an excellent job. The breakfast room was bright and had plenty of choice
Perfect location for both ends of Calpe. Friendly staff spotlessly clean, charming happy housemaid. Breakfast has a large selection beautifully laid out so first class
Just had a wonderful stay at Hotel Porto Calpe. It's a quiet hotel featuring just a small pool area. We had a front facing sea view room with balcony. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well
Stayed for a 2 week cycling vacation and the location was perfect. The hotel was more than we could ask for. Very clean and well cared for. The breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again.
Just spent 6 nights at this hotels was very impressed. The room we had had a lovely view over the port, was exceptionally clean and had a great shower. Breakfast was also very good with a great selection
Fabulous staff, so helpful and happy. The location is great, some fantastic fish restaurants just over the road. Nice restaurant next to the hotel too. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices.

Just returned from our 2nd stay here. It’s a cheap hotel in the centre of the Old Town. We were in Room 50 right next to the lift, so it was noisy, but I had earplugs which worked perfectly, and blocked out the noise
Yes the glass collection is noisy, yes the lift is noisy, but comfy bed, cleaned every day, good shower, lovely people, nice breakfasts with great coffee and a fantastic rooftop bar. Will always try this hotel first
Stayed for a week just before Christmas. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom had everything we needed. Huge shower with plenty of hot water
Roof top bar was nice but really busy. Only bad things we found was the balcony was tiny and there was a bad sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We found if we kept the door shut we couldn't smell it in the room
Perfect location right at tapas alley, 2 min walk to the shops or the beach. Beds were really comfy and shower was great. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were really nice and very helpful
Will 100% be going back and have already booked for April

Great location next to harbour restaurants ja beaches. Very friendly personnel, super clean rooms, good breakfast and shops around the corner. Less than 1 km from the bus station. Helped us with the taxi to the airport
The best two stars I have ever been
amazing! Probably the best two stars I have ever been. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed and spacious shower room. Spotless facilities, looked very new and very clean
I warmly recommend this hotel, it is newly renovated, very clean, mattresses are comfortable, showers have good pressure, there is a lift and reception 9-21. Centrally located yet very quiet
Perfect Stay by the Beach
Excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, very convenient, and in a perfect location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Just a short walk to the beach
Nice clean hotel with modern facilities. Breakfast was good but not the biggest assortment to choose from. Good location close to multiple beaches and a ton of restaurants.
Excellent service, nice comfortable and spacious bedrooms and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean, spacious, well attended to every day & well stocked with travellers needs like small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & electric kettle. There was a very nice welcome kit as well when we arrived
Repeat guests are especially treated with warmth at the front desk. It’s very near to the science & art museums, the saler mall with lots of food options, groceries & shopping
The service was excellent. Staff was very thoughtful, surprising my wife and I with chocolate and champagne in our room for our anniversary. Good wifi, nice rooms. This place was great!
Excellent place to stay in Valencia. Stayed for the 3rd time at this hotel. The staff go out of their way to make the guests feel welcome
Would definitely recommend if you're looking for accommodation in Valencia that's within close proximity to anything you may need 😊 (& the added bonus of a jet tub after long days of walking!)
We had a wonderful stay! The staff was excellent, very helpful! They even had the room decorated for my daughter’s birthday! The breakfast was very good. The rooms are nice clean and spacious

In future I will save the €7 each per day breakfast charge and just buy a coffee. They do offer food, but it seems to be only very expensive<€13/14)> burgers ordered from a local takeout
Not bad wud have preffered kettle already in room rather than get one wi deposit quite central so lots around beds comfy as owt
Have stayed here before, it is nicely located, quiet, basic but nice, clean and friendly
We do not eat breakfast, but where ever we stay, we buy breakfast, just drink the coffee and take a bacon sandwich / boiled egg to eat later, this it seems is no longer allowed, signs on every table state food must not be taken from dining room
Nice basic hotel in the middle of the old town with 60 rooms and not far from the beach, has a nice little bar next to the main entrance in the back street, very popular with people from all over the world, good value for money,
Nothing fancy but exactly as advertised.. Great location and very competitive price.

She spoke English and Spanish and used both languages for the children which helped us all learn more. There was regularly plain pasta and chips which the boys enjoyed and we enjoyed the variety of meat and seafood
Outside there is a pool, with a slide, baby splash pool and two bubble tubs to relax in. Excellent bar service to your tables. 5 minute walk to shops bars and the beach. Bus stops directly outside , which is a bonus
There is entertainment in the hotel, geared towards the Spanish, but, that’s fine as some of it is visual entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return next year
The food which is geared to Spaniards and is fine for me, I am in Spain, I want to eat Spanish food, is delicious and plentiful. The hotel is about an 8 mins walk to the beach
rooms are spacious with two double beds. Bedding and towels changed everyday. The bathrooms have been refurbished great walk in shower and water pressure is fabulous
All the staff I encountered were amazing, so friendly. A lovely bar which looks out on the pool

Amazing hotel in a wonderful location! Stayed 3 nights in one of their panorana rooms. The view of the sea straight from bed was stunning! Modern and clean hotel with great service
Nice hotel situated on the seafront, beautiful views if you book a sea view room. Avoid restaurant as service atrocious
No idea why this hotel is only 3 stars - from the last detail and design to the wonderful service and truly amazing breakfast, this hotel is probably the best place to stay if you want to be a 2 minute walk from the beach
We could not fault the hotel at all , lovly staff and so helpfull , the reception team were great rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels . The tram is 5mins walk away can get you anywhere 5 stars from us
The breakfast buffet is absolutely worth it and the in house restaurant is lovely too! Highly recommend for a relaxing beachfront stay not too far away from the city center!

The staff was helpful, informative and efficient and available 24/7. The place was very clean and central to everything. I would return 'tomorrow', if I was returning to Torreveija.
Couldn't have been more helpful, I have mobility restrictions so was pleasantly surprised at ease of access to my room with a wet room, plenty of storage space, comfortable bed, extra pillows, and a balcony, where I've sat at night
From the polite and courteous gentleman on the reception and the immaculately clean room this hotel is highly recommended.
Everything was fine. After a couple of days we even got our own fridge. A little minus that not everyone in the reception could speak or understand English. It was our second visit there. I think we will come back.
Staff friendly, check in and check out very smooth, room quite small but immaculately clean, lovely little balcony, pity about the bar not being open.
But overall a lovely hotel
Anyways, I would book again, we were happy wi the our stay in this hotel

Being a seasoned traveller this is one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure in staying in
I stayed at this hotel for one night whilst enroute to Alicante mid July 25. I have to say this is an easy 5 stars! Free secured carpark, half board for two in a great location just 2 minute walk to the beach 146 euros
I arrived slightly earlier than check in time but this wasn’t a problem and was given my room key. The receptionist Brenda was very nice and welcoming and I was greeted this way every day by her during my stay

Last week we have spend a lovely week in hotel Miramar. They did a great job in upgrading the hotel and the rooms. One of my favorite upgrades is the lovely fragrance of the shampoo, conditioner and soap
Great location and beautiful boardwalk. The food selection from all the restaurants in the row was fantastic. The rooms were nice and the personnel took care of everything.
This was by far the friendliest staff of our entire trip. The ratings for this hotel are not fair. I really enjoyed our stay here! It is so close to the beach, connected to a restaurant, and I am pleased for what we paid
Beautiful views and location facing the sea and waterfront. A bit far from the center, but that's logical given its seafront location.
The breakfasts in the hotel restaurant are simply delicious! As with all the other dishes, I've dined there and was very pleased. The hotel's location is very convenient—everything you need is within walking distance
This hotel is a real find! Cozy and pleasantly scented, it instantly invites you to relax. The beachfront location is a huge plus, especially for beach lovers
