This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!
arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES
Would have preferred netting curtains on window as it directly overlooked the pool area and no balcony so felt a bit a bit like a fish bowl had to keep curtains shut when wanting to change or just had a shower
lovely comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. covid restrictions all in place. all in all nothing to complain about. will be going back again soon i hope
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Im giving 5 stars because I enjoyed everything. Great location, nice and very clean rooms, tasty food and very friendly staff
The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened

The hotel room was immaculate and I was upgraded to a much bigger room with a massive balcony, which was thoughtful of the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly busy, so my advice would be to go as soon as they start serving
I had a half board , and it was good value for money!!! They had activities to keep the guests entertained each day, honestly well thought out. There was fully functional pool and gym that were very lovely
Too cold to use the po,ol but the pool area looked lovely Definitely my "go to" hotel if visiting Benidorm, as it offers excellent value for money. Staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful
This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal
Always enjoyed the walk up to the hotel and going into the big super market and buying our water and crisps etc. Only problem was the food was a hit or miss bit bland at times
We were off to a rocky start because of the room but it awesome regardless. I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful

Enjoyed breakfast & evening meals at the Flash. Pool area was great with some entertainment. Pool bar only allows plastic cups which they charge you 1€ extra for
**Tip** Bring cups back to room end of day to save you paying every day. Just present next day, they always give you a fresh one
Special mention to front desk staff and room staff who cannot do enough for you to be comfortable during your stay. Highly recommended from us, and will relay details of the hotel to all family and friends
Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean
Dining room/restaurant is quite small & can get very busy - but staff ensure you get a table promptly (we never had to wait, some did for 4 or more)! Food was faultless. Great choice & replenished often
Rooms clean and bed spacious, staff friendly meals great and entertainment was lively would go back
The food was lovely, mainly catering for the Spanish visitors but also plenty of choice for us brits and the desserts you could die for! The Staff are brilliant and nothing too much trouble
Great location, Staff friendly and easy to get on with very helpful, Food was very nice as expected although more choice than other hotel's in the area. Rooms were spotless and very modern
The beach is 90 seconds away with loads of eateries and bars. The front balcony rooms can get noisy until about 10 at night but great for people watching! We would come back anytime!
We were there for 1 week end of October so the snack bar and air con were not on this in no way made a difference to the great holiday we had
I must say my son and I had a great holiday enjoying all of the hotel's features the WIFI was probably the best I've ever had in a Spanish hotel
We stayed full board plus and the selection is varied, healthy to stodgy, all well prepared. Rooftop pool is fine for getting the sun, although there are no umbrellas for us folks feart from the sun

The hotel is located in a quieter area just outside Benidorm but just a short 15 minute walk to the seafront. We stayed in the new building in a studio apartment
We had complimentary spa access, the spa is beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, in fact every staff member we dealt with throughout the hotel was helpful and friendly
Great, secure car park for a small charge. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh hot and cold food being brought out continually and an omelette station serving omelettes of your choice
Our serviced apartment was clean, luxurious and well equipped, great selection of teas and coffees, modern and quiet
Lovely hotel. Has everything you need. The only thing that would have made it would be a kettle. The breakfast was very nice and the drinks were good value. Comfy beds and powerful shower. Highly recommend
we were only there for a short time cause we went over for a wedding. we do plan staying there for a week when the weather warms up. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Yours sincerely Dorothy

We had a sea view room which was lovely. Hotel is positioned right near to the Poniente beach. The rooms are a nice size and cleaned daily and food was very good. Can’t wait for next year for our monthly stay
Great Hotel, Professional and Friendly Staff. food was to a good standard and varied buffet style. Just off the main Poinente Beach close to the Old Town Centre. lots of local Bars and Restaurants
We stayed in RH Corona hotel last week, we all were so impressed of cleanest, kindness of the staff and delicious food , everyday you could choose from healthy options, seafood, juices and fruits
Had a sea view which was incredible waking up to that view evey morning
This is one of the best hotels my husband and I have been to, everything from food to staff, very pleasant staff and very helpful helping us to let us know ways to get into Benidorm from the hotel, Isobel (housekeeping) was so nice and always looked after us and she was always smiling, this hotel is about a 20 min walk into Benidorm from the other side of old Benidorm there are buses also to take you...
My husband has a gluten intolerance and always found something to eat plus gluten free beer at the bar. David who was in charge of entertainment was so friendly and funny and had us doing all sorts of sports tournaments

Clean rooms and very good location with a great view if you have a room with frontal sea view, but in our case we had 2 apartments and when we booked in the description both of them had sea view but one of them had only a side sea view and we were asked to pay €45 to change to a frontal sea view
A beautiful view of the sea and room is spacious. However need to ask reception for hair dryer and kitchen amenities is limited. If plan to cook make sure be prepared
Absolutely fabulous location in a quiet sandy bay. The apartment was clean, well equipped and warm in the evening even in January.
Overall great stay, wish to have time to visit the spa. Ideal for relaxing break between the busy traveling in Spain and closed to Alicante and Altea!
away;
- as these apartments come with huge teraces, some noise from the neighbor's can be heard;
- we did not use breakfast, SPA, the swiming pool or the restaurants so cant comment on that - I guess these get very busy and there may be no enough spaces for everybody through the high season
Very beautiful resort, clean and spacious apartments with sea view. Our penthouse was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also enjoyed some great food and service at the resort restaurant

I stayed at Imperial Resort for 5 days in September. The most pleasant part of the resort is the view you have over the city from where you can see the sea
It is a quiet place, but you have to keep in mind that you need a car to get around, which is an advantage, because it gives you the freedom to move around the entire area. Parking was included in the accommodation price
The resort is not a luxury one, but the atmosphere is friendly and it deserves such an experience, especially for those with children. There were families there who stayed all autumn-winter
It is a real pleasure to sit on the terrace or by the pool with friends and have such a view
The imperial bungalows are not luxury but they are quite good because they have a terrace with good views, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was enough to cook the basics so you didn't always have to depend on going to restaurants or placing orders
I understood that there are heated pools in winter too

My room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The location is truly magnificent—everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Alicante
Modern hotel in old building. Excellent location near marina and restaurants. Very clean, Staff friendly. Breakfast plentiful and varied
I must admit, I was initially hesitant to book a stay at this hotel, with a rating of 4. However, the photos looked very promising, and the location seemed ideal, so I decided to trust my instincts—and I’m so glad I did
By far our nee favorite hotel in Alicante. Friendly staff, perfect location & the room was gorgeous! Large bathroom & nice interior.
However, as I have some mobility issues, a handrail on the 3 steps and/or short steep slope necessary to get to the lift would have been a great help
My husband and I loved our 13 nights stay at SERAWA. The staff was very professional, kind and caring. The breakfast buffet was great. We especially enjoyed their Christmas lunch and New Year's Eve dinner specials

I had a fantastic experience at H10 in Benidorm. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The reception team was very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy and pleasant
Especially Maria Jose! She was excellent as our waiter! Made our whole trip memorable. Extremely kind and professional. Beautiful location with an extraordinary roof top pool. Would go back again! Loved my stay!
We’ve just returned from an amazing stay in Benidorm and couldn’t be happier with the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful — nothing was too much trouble
The hotel had no problems and the staff was outstanding. Small details like suprise complimentary birthday champagne along with much more. The resturants was amazing, very delicious drinks and educated staff
A special thank you to the amazing girls working at the bar and restaurant on the 5th floor — they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and created such a great atmosphere

The worst thing is the lack of parking, and finding a spot can be difficult in high season. The good thing is there's an open area nearby with both free and paid parking, and if you find a spot, it's not far away
The rooms are cleaned every day, the buffet is great with variety and ample healthy food, the staff were always polite and friendly. The swimming pool is a great bonus and the location very good
Everything was great, the staff was super nice, efficient and professional. I would repeat without any problem and I would even recommend it to anyone who is ill.
My family stayed there for 7 days. That's grandparents, parents, uncles, aunties and kids. We all agreed it was a great place to stay
Excellent service, very complete breakfast, I would choose it again on my next stay in Gandía
Back home, I'll need tests and a doctor's visit. The food is varied and healthy, more so than some more well-known hotels. Salads and fruit every day, at least one stew, and a variety of classic, home-style dishes

Downside was the restaurant is buffet only, hardly any gluten free options and I only had the choice of paying full price for the buffet but only be able to eat about 2 items on it so we had to find somewhere else to eat that night and due to late arrival most restaurants were closed
The Cullera Holiday Hotel was the site of our conference in October. The staff were incredibly helpful, the food great and the meeting rooms were set up and functioned as we required
The dining room buffers offered a delicious variety of food, for kids and adults alike. The hotel, although not right on the beach, is very close to the beach and the lovely promenade for walking and buying ice cream
Convenient hotel, in a good location with lots of choices for the guests. They have a pool, great breakfast, good customer service and the rooms are spacious, clean, and worth every penny
I planned and hosted a conference at the Cullera Holiday Hotel recently and I was extremely pleased with everything. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional
The meeting rooms were perfectly set up as per our needs and instructions. The rooms were clean and the hotel provided housekeeping each day

Oh Wow what a fabulous hotel, my husband and I stayed 3 nights in a Romantic room with stunning Seaviews
Facilities, room, restaurant, service and staff were all excellent. A great place all together.
We are still here and it is coming to the end of the season so very quiet but in a way that makes it more special. Every individual we have spoken with has been friendly, helpful and courteous
Both are good - the formal restaurant was outstanding if you love fine dining! The gym is functional with a sea view and we plan to check out the spa later
Lovely sea view room and wonderful pool side sunbathing by the cliffs
Fabulous hotel with easy free parking across the road for great access. Quiet location, but still close to the bigger towns by car. Wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast room/restaurant with incredible views
Stayed here 2 years in a row all inclusive and it has been the best holidays I've ever been on, spa is fab! The food and services are 5 star. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday in Calpé.
I booked a room from 5th December to 10th December 2025. I arrived early and the room was ready for me to check-in early with no early charge
I have just read a horrible review for this hotel from someone & I totally disagree. My husband & I have been coming to this hotel since 2015, sometimes twice a year, we have always been treated well
We are british & no one discriminate's against us infact it's the opposite. EVERY member of staff from management to maintenance are polite & welcoming. We love the esmeralda hotel & the resort
We're just sad that they will be closing in October for refurbishment & we're not shaw when they will be re-opening. Thankyou all for the lovely times we've had in the past at your hotel

Everything about the Sol y Sombra was very good. The room was clean, large-ish and with a large bathroom. There wasn´t a view from the window but that was reflected in the price. I was very impressed with the food
good hotel in the location ,very comfortable. I will suggest to live 1 night i hope you will like it. We are like many things like food, entertainment ,music, pool party and more things that can be out standing
I was full board and I was pleasantly surprised to find that all drinks, including wine, beer and soft drinks were included. I´m hoping to return with my wife in the Spring
Fantastic, everyone very good, but the dining room employee, Valentín, a crack, phenomenal with customers, friendly and professional, a 10 falls short for this great guy.
food was superb rooms were spotless with comfy beds. all staff were equally lovely and accepting of us Scottish residents. lovely rooftop area with pool again well maintained and spotless
The location was good for getting to the beach - a 5-min walk - and for the Old Town. Levante end of town was a 20-25-min walk
The Hotel is ideally situated, with the seafront just across the road. A lovely walk along the front to the vibrant town centre
We ate out at a local restaurant on our second night due to the dinner menu not being great!
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future but only on a bed and breakfast option
Everything was perfect
Great breakfast also
We were staying full board with wine and water included, There was a good choice of food each day, well prepared and presented. The standard of service was really good with all staff very eager to assist
The apartment was very spacious, with a large bedroom and very nice bathroom complete with a bath as well as a shower. A large kitchen and living area complete with a second tv
Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice. Dinner was not so good!
Not a great choice and not quality food

Still, the whole process was done without a smile and with a rather strange, unhelpful attitude. It felt at first almost like a threat that I might not get my belongings back, which was very unpleasant
Lovely place to stay near popular tourist attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is nice and has a bathtub and even a bidet
I booked a package with Jet2holidays because it was quite a cheap deal, I wasn't expecting too much but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were very polite and courteous
I had such a lovely stay at Sercotel Maya Alicante. The team was always friendly and welcoming, which made everything even more special
Our main priority was location as we wanted to explore the castle, and we found that the start of the trail up was just about five minutes away, there was also a tram station nearby, we could easily walk from the beachside to the hotel, and there was a big shopping centre not too far away from the hotel
The hotel was clean and the bedroom comfortable - I didn’t want to get out of bed it was too comfy!!
The food was good! Plenty of vegan options in the evening but not so much for breakfast although there was lots of fruit and toast which was great
Amazing roof top pool with amazing view over the sea. Very close to the beach and castle. Castle and old town is a must see. Be Hungry, take a walk, some tapas. Leave some space to try several small restaurants and bars
Nice location very near the beach Easily walkable to town and shopping. Hotel was clean and well maintained rooms were nice size Bed was very comfortable
We had a lovely room with seating area; balcony with chairs and loungers. Excellent view of the castle and beach. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants
2nd time of coming to this hotel and it lived up to our previous visit. This time we had asuite again but we given the top suite on the fourth floor with a wonderful balcony. Superb views of the beach and castle
We always add this to our booking as we drive from England and need the car for our return journey! This visit had entertainment four nights out of seven

The hotel was close to the beach, a children's playground, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants including Los Molinos Restaurant opposite the hotel (tapas, breakfast, menu del dia and main meals)
A little gem.staff very helpful.
Went at easter saw the parades from the balcony prime spot.
Spanish hotel so entertainment in spanning. Food nice and hot, a good choice was surprised.
Now for the down side, at a small expense the hotel could fit those round felt under chair legs to stop the constant scrapping of said chairs. The other point is the constant slamming of doors
Do the Spanish not care about disturbing other guests? Door closures could be fitted but this I know would be an expensive outlay
Roof top pool ideal for a relaxing time. Bedrooms clean and cleaned everyday. Shower had a lot of power
Drinks bar very flash and modern. Very well priced good value for money
So many choices for breakfast that I would be here forever, needless to say many choices and not limited to portions

The hotel isn't very big, but it's new and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a new, quiet pool and views of the sea and the castle.
Beautiful hotel with rooms with view of the castle and beach. Friendly staff at front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping. Buffet restaurant has many options. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.
Location is great, right next to the old town, great sea views, superb customer service and staff, and especially awesome food if you book half/full-board, which I totally recommend! I don't tend to be a full-board person as I usually prefer to explore the area looking for local food, and hotel food is usually not the greatest, but this property offers great food quality and variety for a very reasonable...
The balcony view was beautiful ! Hotel is Modern & sleek. Breakfast buffet was delicious !
Great room with balcony overlooking (to the side) the beach, sea and castle.
The hotel is new, the room is clean, there is no refrigerator or kettle, maybe it's cold at the beach. There is an underground parking lot opposite, and it feels like it's okay to park on the roadside
