The hotel is beautiful. We managed to secure a room with a view of the lake. Very clean. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice. Location is walking distance from food, shops and buses.

after baddest experience with ibis, I must admit this is a very nice hotel, just 5min walk from the train slation, just a little higher up, offering a nice view of the lake even from lateral hotel windows. modern ambiente, upgraded facilities, comfy lobby and fast WiFi, will chose this again in march.

Selected this hotel for a week of vacation and no cooking. Enjoyed the short walks to the Torrent and Gemmi lifts. We ate out at good restaurants nearby and shopped at the Coop for materials to cook healthy vegetable-rich meals at our friends’ rental. Thai and Indian food not easy to come by in town. Kudos to Martin and staff for very clean facilities and convenient umbrellas for snowy outdoor activities...

Thh hotel staff and owner are impeccable in customer service all they do. The hotel is immaculately maintained. The breakfast is extensive and essential for manuvering the daily hiking, climbing, biking regiment. The beds are like heavenly clouds and the balcony breeze and views are stunning. The quietest place and the most beautiful surroundings i have ever experienced.

We only stayed one night but this hotel provided us with our most enjoyable meal in our two weeks in Switzerland. The food was top quality, great flavours and service. The hotel is very close to the thermal baths (Walliser Alpentherme) and our room had a nice balcony and was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful.

We were upgraded to a suite as the hotel wasn't busy. Spacious room with balconies, separate shower room & bath room, plus large table & benches to sit at to eat or work. The restaurant was closed on Monday night. Breakfast was relatively simple. Staff were friendly & helpful. There was a nice garden area. The road is not a through road so there was little to no traffic noise.

Really delightful spot, lovely couple running the place. Our room was clean and great for a family. Not far from town or far from the lift. Really a great overall location. The breakfast in the morning has plenty to offer. They could add a bit more to the apres ski scene but not sure the town needs it.

We loved our stay at the Bunda, the staff was very friendly, our room was always clean. The food in the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced compared to other places in town. They even had gluten free buns that I could have at breakfast. Amazing

A nice hotel, situated on the edge of town but not far to walk to local transport and restaurants, Beds are nice and there is a fair bit of room for your clothes. Accommodation is either in the main part of the hotel or a building next door. There is an underground passageway between the two buildings.

We have recently spent two weeks at this lovely hotel. We were in the Residence part with a good room with balcony, that has sunshine in the afternoon (if it comes out!). This is linked to the main hotel both outside and via a tunnel if it is wet. The room was very comfortable with a bath and shower. There are tea and a coffee machine, but bizarrely tea bags are supplied daily, but not coffee pods...

Everything was more than perfect - this is a one of a kind hotel which combines a historic building with modern amenities. Both the decor and the staff create an incredibly comfortable and cosy atmosphere - I have not stayed at such a special hotel for a long time

We loved the apt that we stayed in at Hotel Edelweiss. It had 2 bedrooms with beds, a loft with a bed and a very comfortable couch which can also sleep one person. The kitchen was well appointed. The table and living room area was gorgeous with incredible views. We were so exhausted from our trip that we got pizza and wine and ate in. We’ll be back!!

Really cute and quiet spot near the town. You can walk from there to the train station in about 20-30 minutes. The elevator is hardly large enough for 2 people and luggage. Good location on a quiet side street. 5 minute walk to the Parsennbahn ski lift. Sunny balcony to the south. A small and clean sauna section. But you shouldn't expect much from the evening meal. Accommodation 4+/5, food 2/5.

Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. I think Alpenblick is a nice hotel to stay for when you're in Zermatt. The room is big with balcony, when you can have your lunch, dinner or supper with some views of houses on the mountain. It's abit deep to walk from the Zermatt train station, literally you have to walk until the end of the village and they do not offer any free shuttle to pick or drop you to the station. The balcony doors cant close from outside making the wind blow the door open into the room. Pillow and blanket not enough cottons.. very hard to sleep. Have to go and collect my own ice cube instead of th them delivering. Also mever advise tv channel programme. Have to switch channel one by one to find the programme i want to watch. Four of us stayed for one night in two rooms at Alpenblick Superior during our trip to Switzerland. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and it was very clean and peaceful, as it's not located near the main street. Do note that you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Everything is good except the location is pretty far from the Zermatt station. Our room has the view for Matterhorn and we really enjoyed it!

The location is very convenient, just 2-3 minutes’ walk to the main station. The room is cosy with air con and enough amenities for us. The staff are very polite and patient. Since the hotel is under renovation, we were arranged a room at the Hotel Monopol.

Clean and spacious! They have a microwave, cutlery, and a water dispenser! They also provide a visitor card for free public transport within the city. My only minor complaint is that there's only heating in winter.

Room was good, although there is no air-conditioning so the windows had to be opened to let air flow. The ground floor had a bar/club which created some noise through the night, so that is something to take note when the windows are opened.

I originally booked the 3-star Hotel Alpina, but upon arrival, a sign directed us to check in at the Hotel Monopol next door. We then found out we had been upgraded to the 4-star Hotel Monopol. The room was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, and the room was spacious. The service was incredibly prompt and efficient. When we reported that the main room heating wasn't working, the staff immediately provided us with a portable heater， which made the room warm and comfortable. Great service!

Bellezonia is a quaint, beautiful city and Hotel Unione is near the center with an easy walk to/from the train station. We stayed 1 night and the room was clean, quiet with comfortable beds. Reception was very friendly and gave good recoms. Swiss hotels in general are expensive, but I thought Hotel Unione was a good value given location and quality of room.

This was the second time we visited Zermatt. Although the family room is not spacious as we reserved the last room just one day prior to our stay. We truly had a good stay because their friendly staffs, good breakfast, clean room and the pick-up service they provided. Also, they are near by the gondola station of Matterhorn bergbahnen.

WOW! We had an amazing stay in hotel holiday zermatt! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours and there was a key waiting for us. The rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are great. After checkout, they allow you to leave your suitcases as long as you like while you go tour the beautiful sights. Close to the train stations. Beautiful sunrise view of the matterhorn outside.

We stayed here last March, service was great , breakfast is the best . Rooms were clean and just had a mountain views. Would definitely come back here one day. Furthermore, we are grateful for the global shipment of the jacket. Having forgotten ours, we contacted them via email, and they generously sent it to us without additional payment, exemplifying superb service.

Only one night spent @the Steinbock, which is too short to enjoy all the amenities this great property offers. Very friendly staff; nice, clean rooms of a locally-designed standard, wonderful breakfast service. What a great hotel. Very nice personnel. A beautiful big spa area with a pool where you can swim. Even against a current if wished. Great bubbly jacuzzi too. The breakfast very good as well. The rooms had everything you need with great mattress and sheets and a nice bathroom. The only thing to mention is there is no elevator. So don’t take top floor if not ready to walk steps.

My only improvement would be a second pillow in the room, maybe it was because I was in economy room , if you ask they would probably give you one anyway. My late flight was cancelled and I made a last minute booking. Due to the nature of my last minute booking I arrived late and left before the reception team arrived in the morning. The staff member at check in booked me a taxi for the morning. The room was basic but very comfortable.

This was a relatively affordable stay for Zurich. The room wasn't big, but the location was excellent as it was close to a tram station and only a 15-minute ride to the main train station.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and peaceful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to Lucerne city center—just a 10-minute drive. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the city center and also offers a free electric scooter for exploring the farms and lake. I highly recommend it for those who enjoy relaxation.

It's very old and inconvenient if you don't drive. There's nothing around. 200 guest house level. The scenery outside is OK. There are no advantages.

The air conditioning is sufficient, the environment is clean, the waiters are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the buffet breakfast is cost-effective. If you are afraid of heat, you must choose this store. The parking lot is free.
