Location of hotel is convenient with bus stops nearby and a supermarket right beside. The staffs are very friendly and room is very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel. Would recommend. Bus stop emmenbrucke sprengi. One bus line 61 was right across the street and line 2 was down the street. A Coop and an ATM were just down the road. Breakfast was free. AC was included and controls were in the room which is rare in Europe...Only negative were towels were scratchy. Fyi if you're an American, the blue liquid is both body wash and shampoo.

Value for money I had a nice stay here. Being on a budget, I was OK that the hotel is about 15 mins easy bus trip from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Considering the price compared to the downtown hotels, I found it fantastic value for money.

The hotel isn't within walking distance of Luzern station, but it's easily accessible by bus. The bus stop is right across from the hotel (I forgot which bus number). There's a restaurant downstairs with delicious pizza and a very nice manager. There's also a Co-op supermarket nearby.

This hotel has a beautiful view on Lake Geneva. I stayed in an apartment room with a spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very clean and cozy. This hotel was so charming and perfect for our stay. We had a very comfortable room, and a beautiful view of Lake Geneva, just across the walkway. The staff was very helpful and cheerful and we enjoyed sitting on the veranda every night. I would recommend Hotel Rivage to anyone staying in the area.

Hôtel Rivage provided us an excellent location for visiting friends and family in the area. Our stay on the whole was first class. The reception staff were wonderful as was the room with fantastic the lovely view. However, it was just a shame that we were rushed to finish our drinks on our last evening in the bar.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area near Kunsthaus. You can take the tram or walk downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to stay and a good base to explore Zurich.

Food was good and big portions. Fast and friendly service. Homemade pasta was nice. Restaurant was fully booked at 8pm and thus rather noisy, but nothing unexpected.

The hotel is in good location close to bus terminal and Migros. My room is cozy and clean but bathroom items (such as shower head, ventilator) are old and a little bit fail to function normally (they are clean diffinitely). 4th time staying here and we love it. Great location great breakfast great rooms and great staff. Easy walk to the shops, bars and slopes. Can be quite warm in rooms and bit noisy with late night party goers returning if have the door open but I am picking faults here really. We will be back !!

Man - these hosts couldn't be more friendly and helpful and the hotel couldn't be better located: busses are few steps away, and the best restaurants even closer. A very basic room which did the job for one night. Quite aged and could do with a refresh. They also asked for a deposit for an adapter which I thought was not very good. The location is close to the main station and walkable into town (down a steep hill).

The staff at Hotel Alex were very friendly and helpful in providing information for our stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a finicular and their own steam rooms and spa services for guests to access on property. It was very relaxing and they made sure I had gluten free breads available for my breakfast. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is super well located. It has a private lift (“Alex Express” :-)) that leaves you ten meters way from the cable car to go skiing. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lovely and friendly service. There is even a game room for kids of all ages with foosball table, air hockey and video games, ping pong table. This is a wonderful old hotel. We stayed on the top floor with a balcony with views of the lake. Very clean rooms and very rustic elevator. Walkable to everything if you are able to climb hills. Train and metro 5 minutes down the hill.

We booked a deluxe double room. The cleanliness was a four-star because there was a black hair on the bedsheet, but everything else was fine.

Very good location , walk only 3 mins from train station . Though room is small, everything needed are there. The balcony is perfect facing the mountain view which we can have some drinks there. All day have coffee and tea ready for us.. They are not allowed to cook at room but with a microwave in the small area of dining room. This is good . Great stay at Hotel Bernerhof Grindelwald! Super convenient location just next to the train station. Really appreciated the thoughtful touches — there’s a microwave, free coffee, and kettles available, so you can easily heat up food and eat comfortably in the breakfast area, which many hotels don’t offer. Just an amazing place for a vacation and getaway to get a true mountain Swiss countryside feeling. The staff friendliness and hotel amenities are a class above what you will find anywhere. The location of the apartment is at a walking distance from the railway station with many restaurants and shops around. Basic amenities in the apartment , but this is OK for a short stay. Easy check in and check out process.

We needed an inexpensive spot for a spontaneous change of plans and found this apartment. It has a small kitchen which we didn’t utilize, and a small sun room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was adequately stocked with shampoo and towels. There is no A/C if that matters. FYI: The room key also unlocks the entrance door.

Unfortunately, we didn't particularly like the apartment 😔. Above all, we felt that it was not clean. There are coat and urine residues on the curtains, probably from pets. There are also puddles of urine on the floor that have not been completely removed. There is also only a limited selection of kitchen utensils. But the beds and towels were clean. The location was a bit remote. There was a lot of smoking in the house and it smelled bad. The kitchen was lacking in ingredients.

The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and runs every 10 minutes. The room was very clean. There was a very good selection for breakfast.

The hotel is one of my kind. They can't fo much to improve. Everyone do kind and helpful! The only thing that I miss is not beeing able to dinner during the days of the festival. But I understand they like to give the employees the option to assist to their town festival, considering this is one of the best all around the world.

There is a bus, but it seems difficult to get there if you are not used to it. It is close to Montreux, so it is very convenient if you use the Golden Pass!

Very close to Lucerne station. Google Maps said it was inside a shopping center, but it was actually next door. You can use the hotel's photos to guide you.

The location is fantastic, very close to Geneva's main train station – just a short walk away, which was really convenient. The environment is also excellent, very quiet as it's in a residential area, not right on a busy street.

The hallway was narrow, and the room doors were very close together. We could clearly hear other guests opening and closing their doors; we didn't sleep well and were woken up early this morning by the noise. Aside from that, considering the price, the cleanliness and facilities were acceptable.

The Alpin Superior is located right next to the Alpin Express gondola - ideal for skiers. The hotel itself is friendly, bright and well furnished. The wellness area offers a Finnish and steam sauna, as well as a whirlpool. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back!

We stayed in the Mattenhof Resort during our trip in Switzerland. We missed our last bus and hence had to stay in Interlaken. Luckily we got a booking at a very low price in this resort and the stay was pleasant. The hotel is pet friendly and Nice location :)
