The view from our room is outstanding!! The location is just perfect, 5 minutes walk from the Main Street and the lake. Room is just perfect as well as the bed. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t the fact that we had to pay 12 euros for the parking and on *******, it was mentioned included.

Just a quick review to say that the staff here is fantastic and very very helpful. Wife left her watch in the room and they promptly mailed it back to our home. Not for nothing but the views are also incredible.

As always, we were given a very friendly welcome and the stay was very pleasant. The specially reserved parking space and the check-in and check-out worked out well. A very nice gentleman introduced himself as the master of the house and was very uncomplicated and accommodating. As always, we are happy to come back, as we have done for years👏👍

Very centrally located hotel. Rooms in a clean condition, usual standard. The only thing we missed was a kettle to make tea in the evening, but that's just a side note and not a criticism. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and well-stocked. We booked a room with breakfast. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the hotel, with its friendly staff, with a clear conscience!

Even though the rooms are a bit old - especially the bathrooms - they are very clean and functionally furnished (including the bathroom). Everything works. The reception is very warm and courteous. You really feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is beautifully presented and the products are fresh and regional. We felt very comfortable. :-)

Hard to comment on staff and service as the interaction with them across our entire stay would surmount to under 5 minutes. You could say they were efficient though not engaging. If you are only looking for a bed for the night then this dormitory would meet your needs. Budget accommodation without the frills in a handy location to the railway station. Entrance to the accommodation doesn’t stand out...

Close t Rooms were small but comfortable. One of the smallest elevators I’ve ever seen. The area around the train station where the hotel is located is not the best. It’s convenient if you need proximity to the train station.

Breakfast is very good and the accommodation is comfortable. There were many restaurants around from different nationalities but nothing traditional from Switzerland.

Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. Amazing team who went the extra mile on everything that made us feel so welcomed. Will definitely go back.

Great location to Old Town Zurich This hotel was perfect for an overnight layover between flights. It is in a perfect location to walk around the Old Town. Many very good restaurants are within walking distance as well as the major train station (HB). It’s only ~ 20 min from the airport. I stayed at night at Hotel Adler and really enjoyed my time here. The room is small but cozy, and has good amenities. The shower pressure is great. Breakfast is provided and there is a small lounge where beverages are free. The location is amazing in the old town and beautiful walk along the lake.

This hotel is located near the beautiful lake and schadau-Park. There is a good bus connection from the Thun station. And it is very easy to reach other places like Spiez with Bus using travel-card for free! The room was the also nice and clean.

The room is big and clean. The bathroom is clean , no bad smells. There are toiletries. The location is in the center. There are many bistros convenient stores nearby. There are services to drop guests at railway station. The breakfast is very good. The taste is very good, delicious. There are no air conditioners and fan. But the weather is cold in early June.

We stayed 1 nite but there was construction of roads outside hotel until about 12 am. The hotel could very well have informed us earlier for us to make changes to construction around the areas and be given the option to change hotel. Staff were very nice and apologetic. The rooms we stayed in were a little run down. It should consider upgrading soon.

There's nothing to complain about with the hotel, the staff, or the breakfast. It's a 499-step walk to Ancona. We had to get a taxi to Locarno. But that wasn't a problem, since the reception was open 24 hours. We had a great time at the hotel.

It's a little far from the old town, but you can get there quickly by tram or bus. A free QR code for city transportation is sent the day before your stay. It was clean and relaxing.

This place was super clean, very centralized to old town bern and the train station that I rarely took the bus. I even walked alone at night and felt safe. it exceeded my expectations and you get a free bus pass. I will definitely be back!

We were very happy when I contacted the hotel. They were willing to pick us up at the train station. Our room and view were amazing and the breakfast as well as the dinner at the hotel was quite delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well would definitely stay there again.

ParkHotel Schoenegg is in just the right place. Near to the train station, next to Grindelwald First and right around many dinning choices. The staff are all great and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The breakfast is great and their dinner is also delicious.

The room was nice and quite big. I don't know if it was due to the energy price, but the room temperature was a bit low. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but the taste is quite average. It is not recommended to try it.

Overnight stay Overnight stay to attend an evening performance at the Theater de Beaulieu. It's a great location, excellent service at reception, and beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Tulip Inn included a public transportation pass to cover my weekend in Lausanne since I did not bring a vehicle. This was a thoughtful addition. My room was clean, and the hotel had a family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Tulip Inn.

The room was old as hell. The hotel needs total renovation. The stuff was helpful and welcoming. Easy check in. The view from the room was on a small square. In general, it should be cheaper for what you get.

I spent two weeks in Geneba at Hôtel Eden, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean, the location was fantastic and the staff were very nice. The only thing that could perhaps be improved: I wish there had been more vegan options for breakfast.

Hotel Eden and its associated restaurant were both outstanding finds at this price range. A 10 minute walk to downtown, quiet and clean rooms. The Caramela served fabulous food. But the service really set this hotel apart from others. Everyone was cheerful, helpful and seemed to genuinely care. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean and nicely organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is spread across several buildings, so you need to walk outside to get to the spa, wellness area, and breakfast. This is the fifth year in a row we are coming here as a friends group for autumn hikes, spa relaxation and great food and wine :) I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff members from reception Davide, Lorena and Sergio are extremely welcoming and friendly :) The hotel is located in a beautiful area overseeing the forest and lakes and the view from the spa is breathtaking! 5/5!

Right next to the Duomo, the location is absolutely fantastic. Although the room was a bit small, the designer made excellent use of the space, giving it a really artistic and comfortable feel. Plus, it was quiet!

Newly renovated with great taste for design without being luxurious but showing Swiss charm with loads of twinkle in the eye. Can absolutely recommend, finding a place like that in Zurich is good, really good. Only downside was one receptionist who was more arrogant than a cold Swiss granit stone, however his colleagues were all sweet. good value for money.

They locked the door with the key so my parents couldn’t enter their room on the 2nd day. Receptionist said: if you don’t pay for the breakfast  we don’t open your door. We were still staying for another and like everywhere in the world you always pay at check out. I stay here for 2 night its little bite far from the city but we can take the shuttle bus and train to go to central you just have to walk about 650kilometre to get to the bus station

This is an older hotel, and it shows in the inability to control the room heat (we asked twice to lower it, yet nothing changed), the dated bathtub requiring a step stool to get in and out and no adhesive on its floor so you could easily slip, water in the shower suddenly going super hot and then super cold, and the plug receptacles that are literally found in the Museum of Plugs and Sockets and are...

Nice hotel with great service. We had a great stay here and would stay again. It was well located, clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. There is free coffee available all day and infused water at reception which is a nice touch.

We requested that we arrive early in the morning with our 6.5-year-old son and leave our suitcases at reception even if our room wasn't ready, so we could explore the area. They prepared not only our suitcases but even the room. We got off at the wrong station and by the time we reached the hotel after exploring the city, it was 2 PM.
