The hotel's hygiene was terrible on the night we checked in. There was hair all over the floor and bed, and an unknown stain on the side of the sheets. Everything else was fine, though; there was free tea and coffee.

We spent an excellent ski holiday in reasonable cost. Fortunately weather and snow conditions were also good. This is our third stay in Hapimag Films resort and we will be looking forward to the 4 th one next year

At the time of this year, it was crowded. I prefer to stay on December rather than January. The snow was satisfactory but not so much.

What a lovely week for our family in a lovely place! The staff is really friendly and supportive. The apartment was very well equipped, the pool and sauna are great to use after skiing. We had a lovely quiet week with our children. It’s almost ski in ski out with the new pathway. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, the Hapimag restaurant is also good.

A very nice hotel. The interior is decorated in Art Deco style.It’s about 30-40 minutes walk to the center of Lugano We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view. In the evenings, you can enjoy a drink and listen to live music. Breakfast was also very good. The guests were mostly older people.

We returned to this hotel as we enjoyed it so much last year but what a change! The fantastic meals have reduced in portion size, there's limited choice and the food is very unappetising. The hotel has a fantastic location, one minute from the station. The swimming pool and wellness areas were relaxing and never crowded. the half board buffets were tasty and filling enough for our 4 hungry young people. The family room was huge with beautiful views.

Overall, I liked it and can recommend it. However, the amenities are very limited. At a minimum, every room should have a kettle and a bottle of fresh water daily. Not to mention slippers and a toothbrush, which were also missing. On the positive side: the hotel is beautiful, the bed and room are comfortable. It's clean. The tram ride to the city center takes 20-25 minutes.

The hotel room was clean, and the staff were very helpful, making for a very satisfying trip. The breakfast was a buffet style, and while the selection wasn't extensive, everything was delicious.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. There were only fifteen people staying and so was rather ghost like. We were given rooms on the top floor which were small, with tiny windows looking out on the roof with no view which was a shame as other floors were obviously available. This mountain spa use to be one of the best places to relax in Europe. Since it changed management about five or six years ago it has deteriorated significantly. It now allows kids under 16 years old and often infants. The kids piss in the pool, dive off the structures and cause what used to be relaxing experience, too be a dangerous experience. Beautiful hotel, good welcome but a little aging. The bathrooms could do with a refresh. To go to the baths which are on site, it's an obstacle course, it's complicated and not practical.

Comfortable rooms and bed at the Hôtel de France despite damp stains in the bathroom. Big downside of not having been warned that the hotel swimming pools are closed (we don't know why). Obligation to pay for parking at the Alpentherme at the tourist office in the village center. The buildings are in great need of updating.

Beds are OK. Rooms are clean, showers are great. The food is excellent in comparison to any 3 star hotel in Europe 🇪🇺 the beer is nice. The views are stunning. Beautiful scenery! Amazing food! The room could have held probably 6 people in the bunks, more if they're friendly. A good space and since we were there in the summer, it was quiet. The elevation is 4248 feet (1,295 meters). If you have breathing issues, you might want to skip the visit. I saw a Mom on a bicycle towing her kid to get up the hill/mountain. Those folks are sturdy! Very beautiful town...

I'll be honest, the hotel is good only for spending the night, having breakfast in the morning and going on. Breakfast was like 7,5/10. I was in this hotel in June and I don't know what it's like during the ski season. Maybe in the winter it's pretty good, but in the summer it's only for spending the night and move. Only if you have too! We are not used to staying at a level of property as this. I’d give it 1.5 stars. The pillows were horrible, the towels were something you might find at a High School gym.

I stayed for one night. The hotel is well located next to the Geneva Airport / Train station. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The relation between price and quality is correct.

I stayed there 3 nights. I liked : - the bed; - the ease of access to transport. I didn’t like: - Staff lack of hospitality behaviour: I went to check-in desk, and waited literally 3 seconds before hearing a “hello” from the receptionist. Only 1 out of 3 receptionists actually smiled during all of my interactions ; that makes or breaks the experience. I suspect management doesn’t uphold these values...

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location is perfect with easy access to bus lines. The WiFi was fast and the breakfast was very good. The only slight downside was no kettle or coffee/tea facilities in the room. Other than that, it was perfect and we would definitely return.

The location is a bit average, about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Facilities are just okay, typical of a chain budget hotel, so I didn't expect much. Service is also standard for a chain hotel. All the facilities are listed on Ctrip. I'd recommend it to others.

For this price and location, it's excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the 200-year-old wooden bridge, and I even managed to buy a Rolex – a long-desired purchase! The young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful, explaining where and how to park. He was so eager to assist, he practically wanted to park the car for us. He even walked out to the street to guide us.

Very convenient for the railway station and funicular into the town/ lake. The garden is beautiful and the restaurant good and quite reasonable. An enjoyable stay.

The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and the price was great. The hotel facilities were complete, and the room was clean, tidy, and looked new. Although it's close to the airport, the soundproofing of the windows is excellent; when they're closed, there's absolutely no noise. By the way, the hotel's beer is fantastic, you should definitely try it!

There's a shuttle bus to and from Geneva Airport, so access is pretty good. You can get to the city center in just under 30 minutes by tram.

Wanted to get a cup noodle but finally did not. 😂😂 I would recommend this hotel to those, just like me, would have a very early next morning flight to catch. Very happy with my stay there!

This hotel is similar to a sanatorium, with breakfast served in the hospital cafeteria. The room was large and parking was convenient, costing 20 Swiss francs a day.

This is an excellent hotel! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, the room was spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. It had heating, a very comfortable bed, and convenient transportation. You can take bus 31 right outside the door to any Zurich landmark. Highly recommended!

The room is a bit small, but it's well-arranged, functional, comfortable, and quiet. It's a bit far from the city center, but transportation is quite convenient. They also offer free afternoon coffee and milk. The price is affordable.

Beware, the hotel photos clearly shows there is a gym, but this is not the case. The 4th floor gym was replaced by a new breakfast zone.

This was a solid hotel choice for a night on our 2-week vacation. We stayed during one of the hotest nights of the year and it was a bit warm on the top floor and they didn't have any fan options to help cool it down. Other than that it was a convenient stopping point for us and the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
