A great apartment hotel, located very close to the old town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an elevator and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient to buy groceries and cook.

The room is in a great location, within walking distance of the old town, the flower clock, and the fountain. The room was a good size for four people, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was also clean.

Very near to Matterhof station, which is just 2 stations away from Luzern. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast is decent. I stayed in family suite and room size is relatively spacious. Strongly recommended if you can get a good room rate.

The hotel is one of my kind. They can't fo much to improve. Everyone do kind and helpful! The only thing that I miss is not beeing able to dinner during the days of the festival. But I understand they like to give the employees the option to assist to their town festival, considering this is one of the best all around the world.

The hallway was narrow, and the room doors were very close together. We could clearly hear other guests opening and closing their doors; we didn't sleep well and were woken up early this morning by the noise. Aside from that, considering the price, the cleanliness and facilities were acceptable.

This night was extremely unsatisfactory. I had traded for a much more expensive room, but to my surprise, I didn't sleep well. Compared to the previous night, I was only given one pillow, and the bedding was thick and hot, with a heavy quilt. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep.

Because the front desk of another hotel we booked told us that a triple room couldn't accommodate four people, we booked this small hotel for my dad at the last minute. The old building is well-preserved, the room is small, but the bathroom is clean. It's located in the town's commercial area, and the price is reasonable for one person staying one night.

I had a great experience. There was only one issue with the cleaning people leaving the window open and when I came into the room it was freezing. The heat is controlled by the hotel and not the guest. The luggage storage was great. You have to pay for it using bounce. It was a great experience I had at this hotel. No complaints.

Very close to the center of town at a reasonable price. Room was clean and had good provisions. But only one espresso and one cappuccino cup not good if you have 2 people. Cappuccino machine and fridge were great. Maybe a kettle for tea and some more cups and glasses would be good.

The Hotel is very nice. The staff is great and cool. Modern decoration everywhere, also in the rooms. All is well equipped. We spent an excellent ski holiday in reasonable cost. Fortunately weather and snow conditions were also good. This is our third stay in Hapimag Films resort and we will be looking forward to the 4 th one next year

At the time of this year, it was crowded. I prefer to stay on December rather than January. The snow was satisfactory but not so much.

What a lovely week for our family in a lovely place! The staff is really friendly and supportive. The apartment was very well equipped, the pool and sauna are great to use after skiing. We were part of a tour group, so we had an assigned time for breakfast and could not eat outside of that time.
