This charming Chalet offers accommodation in comfortable apartments for two families with four bedrooms plus additional space on the mezzanine. Guests also have a living room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen with dining area and bar, and personal service - Breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés before dinner and a gourmet dinner from a personal chef.

Location: in the center of Zermatt from the airports: Geneva - 255 km, Zurich - 265 km, 200 m from the bottom station of the Matterhorn Express lift.

Consists of a 4 storey building.

We experienced our first snow in Zermatt, a lucky place for us. It’s tiny yet complete, offering drinks from the house. The helpful staff made our stay enjoyable, and we love experiencing the old-style architecture of Zermatt.

The hotel is located a little uphill, so the view is great. You can see the Matterhorn from the rooftop. There are also chairs and tables, which is great. The hotel staff were very kind and very nice. The room was also very clean and great. I'm glad I stayed at this hotel.

I can only say that this is the best value hotel I've ever stayed in in Switzerland. Thanks to Ctrip. The location is great, and you can even see the Matterhorn from the rooftop. The price is also unbeatable.

The hotel is located on a small slope near the church. While it's a bit far from the train station, it's also not too far from the cable car station that takes you to the Matterhorn. The room was immaculately clean and, though small, quite charming. At breakfast, I was touched by the thoughtful way they kept their boiled eggs warm. I don't like cold eggs, so if they're served cold, I peel them and place them in a cup of hot water until they're warm enough before eating, fearing an upset stomach. It was a shame we didn't see the majestic Matterhorn due to the rain, but it's still there. I hope to see it again someday!

Excellent, especially the breakfast. The rooftop offers a view of the Matterhorn, though not the entire peak. The rooms are typical Swiss style, but very clean. The service was also excellent.

The owner was very fun and we talked about various things while drinking beer. The location is perfect as it is close to the Matterhorn. I would like to use it again.

10/10 stay! Perfect spot to get to the mountain, the church, and restaurants while in Zermatt.

The location is a bit far from the station and it is difficult to walk there on a snowy day

The room is small and cozy for two people but if there are three people then there is hardly any space to move around after unfolding the sofa bed. So, it’s okay if you plan to stay for 2 nights.

It was interesting that they offered free beverage coupons if you don’t avail housekeeping services.
The receptionist in the evening was very cheerful and jolly for a good conversation to hear about local news.
