The room is big with balcony, when you can have your lunch, dinner or supper with some views of houses on the mountain.
It's abit deep to walk from the Zermatt train station, literally you have to walk until the end of the village and they do not offer any free shuttle to pick or drop you to the station.
However, there is an e-bus station nearby where you can take to go and back from train station. I wants aware about this e-bus service and i have to walk and push my big luggage up and down some small hills to reach the hotel, that's very tiring.
But i love the room, the bed and i also asked for extra pillows as the pillows given was too soft. Not much amenities, they have water kettles, coffee and tea provided.
I really likes their breakfast as they hv more varieties.
The panna cotta is good.
Overall I have a pleasant stay.
