Location: the end of the Rothorn ski run. From the hotel to the nearest ski lift 50 m to main ski lift 1.6 km Distance to nearest airport: Geneva - 255 km, Zurich - 265 km.

There are no slippers provided in the rooms, and even basic slippers are only available for an extra charge, so it’s best to bring your own.
The room would have had a SUPER view of the Matterhorn, except there was a huge crane right in our way, so we had to go outside and down the hill a little way 7ntul we had a good view - nothing the hotel could do about it.
The hotel has a heated pool and whirlpool inside, with the same view of the Matterhorn and crane, and they also have a way to go down to the village level by taking an elevator and then walking thru a tunnel. - saves about 10 to 15 min from walking down, and more so, walking up the hill everything you want to go back to the hotel.
Furthermore, there is a shuttle that will pick you up from the train station the first time you arrive (some reviews said they weren't met at the station cuz of the time coming in - it is not operating 24/7), but if you make a reservation between normal hours when you are leaving, they will take you to the train station, saving you a taxi fare.
I do not know if breakfast is included (continental), or if we paid for ot as my wife made the reservation.
Service is good during 8-5.
Location is close to train station, and taking various trains to many attractions or other towns
Cons: tiny shower, shuttle service wasn't available for our early train which was a pain especially since the hotel is all the way up a hill. we were also not told about this upon arrival -- lugging our stuff up on the first day was not ideal.
