I had a great stay for 2 nights. The beach is breathtaking, food was great (dinner was $12) and the manager, Gray, took excellent care of me. I felt very safe walking alone but anytime ai needed a ride, Gray got me a driver. A/C, bottled water, internet, all good.

Peace and quiet. Really nice beach so peaceful in the mornings during the day there is the odd seller trying to push tours but nothing like stone Town and Nungwi so many bars and restaurants with direct beach access. If you visit anywhere in zanzibar put jambiani on the list

Some photos do not correspond to reality., Also, when I booked the hotel, there was information that there would be shampoo, but there wasn’t any, plus there was no Wi-Fi in the room, although the description stated that there would be free Wi-Fi, but there was Wi-Fi only at the reception.

There are renovated rooms, as well as old rooms. Some rooms have a refrigerator, some rooms do not. The air conditioner is located directly above the bed, and the blanket is a sheet. In the old rooms there is no partition between the toilet and shower. The location is great, if not for the "den" on the nearest street, where local drinkers hang out)) You will definitely not be able to pass unnoticed...

As far as I can tell it's the cheapest place that you are looking at the beach off the porch or balcony. I paid 30$ for a room with a fan and an AC room costs 40$. The good: The room (king size bed) I was in was spacious and comfortable and had all the services (refrigerator, toilet, wardrobes.. Etc) were provided and operational The bad: the internet connection is free BUT the system for connecting is annoying (you have a single use user and pass and you have to try every combination until you reach one that connects you)

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days during Ramadan. The room that I stayed on the first day was not comfortable. The shower was broken and the room felt congested. Pretty average. I don't know if it's good for the price because it was booked by our safari group, but it has all that you need. The AC is excellent, there's American movie channels. The wifi was slow at times but overall fine. The shower pressure was average, didn't get too hot when I took one. We were able to check in a little early though.

While the hotel's opulence came at a premium, the breakfast experience fell disappointingly short and my wife did not mince her words about it to the staff and management, leaving much to be desired. Amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing lodge. We spent three lovely days at Simba Beach lodge. The hosts were so lovely and they have two adorable daughters who were the sweetest ever. It is right by the beach so it was great to walk out from the room directly to the sea. The place is clean and the breakfast was nice. One of the few places with rooms directly on one of the best beaches in Zanzibar. Italians and families especially will love it but great for all. Nice, quite and cozy place located on stunning Kiwengwa beach. You can feel at home. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel owners are a man from Italy and his life partner from England. I liked absolutely everything! Breakfast ingredients are not much different from many hotels in Zanzibar, but the breakfast service is well presented!

Great location minutes from the beach but quiet and great service

atii gardes bungalows is a really nice place to spend your vacation. it gives you the feeling of being in a garden in the middle of nature. the staff is very friendly, the breakfasts are excellent and the rooms are clean, as well as the palace is close by. highly recommended :)

Stayed there our entire time in Zanzibar and loved it. It’s a two minute walk from the beach so super convenient, but the lush garden made it feel like we were the only ones there.
