This place is a total scam. The owner charged us 400 baht extra for a “private boat” when all the other boats cost 800 baht total. He pretends to be helpful, acting like he’s giving you a good deal, but in reality, he’s just taking advantage of tourists. When we confronted him, he just shrugged and said it was non-refundable and non-cancelable but it’s false. Avoid this place unless you want to be ripped off!

They didnt came to pick us at port. Room wasted for the night. We stayed at a different hotel.

Very basic room and facilities , good location as right next to restaurants and beach .however will need to get a boat from phiphi to the village where hotel is located .
Sink would also fill up and not go down and sometimes the shower water wouldn't have the nicest of smell .

cons:
pricey considering this resort isn't closer to the main phi phi pier. you need to take another boat from the phi phi pier to Loh lana bay and walk approx 1km to reach here
on the day of our return back to phuket, the water level on loh lana bay was very low that the boats for transporting us back to phi phi pier couldn't come close to the shore. we had to walk with luggages on our heads and shoulders for more than 500 metres in the sea water with water till our knees
you can prefer this if you are travelling to phi phi with less luggage

Very nice hôtel, clean and big rooms. Nice swimming pool and friendly staff. I recommand 100% it is worth the price and you have a free shuttle boat service ! Far better than the bungalows just next to it (we tried both).

Good hotel and great staff! The manager was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and big. We had everything that we needed to have a good rest after a long day of travelling.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! Great choice for a value-for-money accommodation. Super clean room. Towels and toiletries are provided. Staff is very helpful and attentive to requests. There is no breakfast but you can easily find something to eat from the resort nearby and enjoy the beach.

The hotel itself is shocking. Awful customer service, staff hardly speak English (not great for any travellers) breakfast is sparse, shared with the neighbouring hotel. Had to pay for a taxi boat when the hotel offer free ones (ours didn't turn up, paid 2000 baht for a 10 minute journey) no resolution from the hotel. The only thing that makes up for it is the beautiful beaches Loh Lana bay is beautiful, about a 5 minute walk. The restaurants and bars are decent quality, they all offer the same thing for basically the same price. Our favourite was The Beach Bar, owned by Chad, such a lovely guy, made us feel so welcome, take a visit definitely.
