Ramada by Wyndham Phuket Deevana in Patong

​I recently stayed at the Ramada Phuket Deevana and it was a truly cosy and relaxing experience. The hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and convenience.
​The Highlights:
​The Pool & Amenities: The swimming pool area was definitely the highlight beautifully maintained and the perfect way to unwind. We also made full use of the fitness center and the spa, which were both excellent.
​The Room: Our room was spacious, clean, and felt like a quiet sanctuary despite being just a short walk (about 10–12 minutes) from the vibrant Patong Beach and Bangla Road.
​Service: The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from day one.
​Dining Tips:
We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel, which had a good variety to start the day. However, if you are craving authentic Indian food, I wouldn't necessarily recommend the hotel's options. Instead, I suggest trying the local Indian restaurants located on the main road on the way to Patong Beach there are some great spots just a short walk away!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. If you are traveling with a little one, this is a nice place!
​Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a nice balcony. We were happy that they provided a baby cot exactly as requested.
​The hotel is incredibly well-equipped for parents:
• ​The Pools: The swimming area is fantastic. We especially loved the dedicated kids' pool, which had some shade—perfect for keeping the baby safe from the sun.
• ​Dining: The food was delicious, and they have highchairs readily available.
• ​Playtime: There is a great kids' playroom that our little one thoroughly enjoyed.
​The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. Every team member was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They were especially sweet with our baby.
​A special thank you to one specific staff member "Ann" who was absolutely amazing with our little one — your kindness made our holiday special!

Location is superb, close to Parong Beach (approx 1 km or 7-8 minutes ride on a tuk tuk).
We had taken Junior Suites. The rooms were pretty big, but not a luxury room.
It’s not a five star or a luxury hotel. It’s more like a business hotel that we get in india.
The breakfast spread is okayish. Indian food was there (4 dishes or so). Eggs and fruits were good.
The manager at the reception was kind of rude initially when I asked for a wheel chair for my senior citizen mom (which I had clearly requested for before making the booking). She finally arranged for it.
I got a good deal on GoIbibo (better than direct) for three rooms.
The swimming pool was smallish. The hotel had a spa (orientala), which was good. 20% off in the spa (approx 600 bhat starting).
The staff was proactive.

Overall, a very good stay because of the location and junior suite size (we had booked three of them as we were traveling a group). You will not feel as if you are in a resort but in a business functional hotel. There is a good Turkish restaurant across the main road. Must try.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day, and everything felt fresh and comfortable.
The location is excellent and convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and would happily return again.

Stayed here 5 times over the years . Every year breakfast is more chaotic with kids running around unsupervised . Not ideal when walking with hot tea, coffee etc . The toaster is terrible it’s basically warm bread no colour not even toasted . I must say the staff are all pleasant and do a good job especially Jay in pool bar .

A Pleasant Stay with Some Minor Hiccups at Ramada Hotel

I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel in Phuket and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Bangla Road, so it’s close to shops and restaurants but still in a quieter area.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the small balcony. The view wasn’t particularly scenic, mostly just glimpses of staff during their breaks, but the room itself was well-maintained and comfortable. The bed was very cozy, and the room was kept clean throughout my stay.

On the first night, I did experience some noise from a neighboring room, which made it difficult to sleep. However, the manager was very professional and helpful the next day, and they promptly moved me to a quieter room, which greatly improved my experience.

The breakfast was decent with a variety of options. There was a good selection of rice dishes, fresh fruits, fruit salads, and a station to cook eggs and noodles on the spot. There were also some desserts, which were nice.

One minor downside was the swimming pool, which is quite small and can get crowded, and the gym is also limited with only a few machines.

Overall, despite the initial hiccup, my stay at the Ramada Hotel was enjoyable, and the staff’s professionalism really stood out. I would recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Phuket.

I had a nice stay here. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the beach, but the clean and comfortable rooms made up for it. The breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
