Its was best price and i decided to try and i liked it
Check in was fast. friendly staff.
Spacious room with nice design. Near road but for me It was not noisy.
Its more like appartment style if u need something contact via messenger.

Was a great place. Helpful employees and near things you need. I wound definitely recommend as it was the cheapest in the area. One downside is that it was a bit noisy but still worth it.

Great room for what you pay. AC is strong, bed is comfortable, rooms are clean. Location is away from the main road and the beach, but it’s still lively, plenty of restaurants and bars. 7-Eleven is just a 2 minute walk away. I really have no complaints. Only annoying thing is the motorbikes that come roaring up and down the road regardless of what time it is, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. 10/10, would definitely stay here again.

After reading all the negative reviews I was hesitant about to book. I started by only 3 nights but as soon as I arrived I booked 2 more nights. The owner really is trying to make up for everything the negative reviews say. He even carried my bag all the way up the stairs, there was a safe, water daily, hygiene products. It was clean, bed sheet very clean, bed was comfy. I found the location great! Not in the heart of the crazy club life but still so many good restaurants and the night market is only a 10 minute walk. The balcony is perfection and I loved people watching. You will hear noise but I would say this is very normal for staying in Patong, unless you decide to stay a far walk away from the everything. Over all a great stay, had the hottest water I’ve had in all of Thailand actually! The owner would respond immediately to my messages! He’s really trying hard which I really liked a lot!

This is one of the cheapest but decent hotels, on the Nanai Rd. It has two entries from the main street , through the bar and on the left side. the doors are opened by code. The Front Rooms are exactly as on photos, nice and clean with free bottles of water , Kettle and huge balcony. Very welcoming and helpful manager !!

I stayed here for a week. 5 star service for 2 star prices. Everything is close. I really LOVED my stay here. Only had one issue and that was the cars on the road with loud exhausts as the hotel is right in the road

I am sure they have faked 5/5 reviews to make their rating higher than it should be.

My Experience here:
Scammed me put me in a different room than was advertised: disgusting bathroom, broken door, trash dirty room, furniture that looks nothing like the pictures and no hot water my entire stay!!!

When explaining to reception and showing them the room I paid for on Agoda they blamed the entire thing on me even though they clearly were falsely advertising!!

The lady who couldn’t speak English would just type into google translate: “This is your mistake” “These are the same rooms” “This is not the hotels problem”

When I tried to cancel booking they gave me the number of their ‘boss’ to sort it out with him. When I explained over the phone what has happened he just hung up on me…. as I had already paid online there was nothing I could do.

Absolutely 0 customer service I do not recommend booking here. At least book in person rather than online so you can see if you’re gonna get scammed. I warned you.

Too old rooms. Too noisy at night. For several days we've been there - we haven't any room service.
The only advantage is that owner gave us a motorbike for free, so we could get to many different beaches.

If you ever rent a room here, make sure you bring everything necessary like soap, toilet paper etc with you. In 5 days we didn't have any room service.
Our room was smelling disgusting, windows and floors are very dirty and oily! Blankets and linens full of yellowish stains!! There is also a water pump which is working very noisy 24/7! The bathroom is another nightmare : the door is broken so sometimes we were stuck there. No warm water. Worst sleep ever here! Cannot recommend to stay but the staff at the bar is very friendly
