Dome Kata Resort in Kata

I absolutely loved the breakfast here—it was fantastic! There was such a great variety of options, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. Beyond the food, the team's kindness truly stood out. The whole team is so nice and friendly. The chef even took the time to come out, welcome us, and chat, which was a lovely personal touch. The entire experience felt so warm and welcoming, just like visiting close friends or family. Without a doubt, I'll be back. Thank you all for making my visit so meaningful!

The breakfast is cooked to order and offers a lot of food choices . The staff in the breakfast area is clean and the stuff is very helpful . The hotel room is clean, Wi-Fi is good, and has everything we need to stay for three nights. The pool on rooftop is very nice. However we found two small problems in the bathroom. The toilet cover is not line up correctly and a small dirt under the shower glass. We will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Dome Kata Resort. The location is perfect – close to everything – and the hotel is very clean.

But what would a hotel be without its staff? A big thank you to Chef Noom for the amazing breakfast! Definitely try everything they offer (especially the hot oat milk!). He really knows what he’s doing, and you can feel that guests’ health is important to him.

Another big thank you to my friend Josh! He always did an excellent job, and the hotel owner can be very proud to have employees like him.

We had breakfast at their café throughout our stay and it was truly a lovely experience.

We had the pleasure of meeting the ever-friendly Chef Noom, who took the time to personally explain each dish and the ingredients used. He even brought us into the kitchen to show how everything was prepared we were delighted to see how spotless and well-kept it was.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great selection of egg options, a variety of cereals, and thoughtfully curated main dishes. The food certainly did not disappoint.

When I chose to travel to Phuket with my friends. This hotel has a great services! . It is also very close to Phuekt beaches. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The overall experience is still very good.

The bedding is clean and hygienic and comfortable to sleep. I will consider it again next time I come to Phuket

The Deluxe room was generally nicer and looked much better than how the hotel lobby and hallways look overall. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom had a bathtub and a separate shower area. The balcony was lovely too. With two chairs and a table to relax. One could enjoy looking at the hills and the sea. The balcony doors do a great job of soundproofing outdoor noise.

However, I can’t say the same for hotel interiors. I could hear neighbors coughing and some other neighbors screaming and partying (not the hotel’s fault for the guests’ rowdiness, but yes the walls are thin).

The rooftop pool was small but nice, and open till 10 pm. But the hotel guests seemed to have left their 7-Eleven trash on the sunbeds, which was a sorry sight.

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English flawlessly (not that it should matter).

Overall, while the rooms here are nice, I think Kata area was my least favorite area of Phuket to be in because of a rowdy party crowd. The hotel stay would have been great if the guests respected the premises and maintained decorum for fellow guests as well.

The hotel's location was decent. The rooms weren't very new, and the facilities felt quite old. What's more, for some inexplicable reason, there was a mirror directly facing the bed, which I imagine many Chinese guests would find rather uncomfortable. It's a bit of a walk to Kata Beach, taking over 20 minutes on foot. On the day I checked in, I was surprised that the front desk staff couldn't speak Thai. Conveniently, there are two 7-Eleven stores downstairs, and just a short walk away, there's an incredibly delicious restaurant! Seriously, it was fantastic! That alone was a huge plus.

Everything was wonderful! Clean rooms, a good pool, and attentive staff. Our stay was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it to everyone! We're already planning our next trip.

Everything was as advertised. However, there was one minor drawback in an otherwise excellent stay, and this largely comes down to other guests. Chinese, Arab, and Indian guests can be very loud. If you're on the same floor as them, they tend to slam doors and shout at the top of their lungs in their rooms. Additionally, the sun loungers by the rooftop pool need to be either repaired or replaced. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, with everything conveniently located nearby.

Great hotel! I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful, and our room was cleaned daily. There are also two 7/11 convenience stores nearby.
