I'm very satisfied with the room; it has three bathrooms and three balconies. The staff were excellent.

The location is great, with a 7-Eleven, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a pedestrian street all downstairs, making life very convenient.

Facilities: There are two swimming pools and a kids' playground.

A very nice serviced apartment, very comfortable, with an excellent location. There's a 7-Eleven, restaurants, and a pedestrian street nearby, all within walking distance.

The price of this hotel varies greatly between the off-season and peak season, but the hotel facilities are truly excellent. The rooms are laid out with a separate kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The hotel itself has three swimming pools, and the reception hall is very spacious. The breakfast in the morning is also quite good.

The location is also very convenient. If you rent a scooter, getting to the beach is incredibly fast, and it's only about a ten-minute walk. The hotel is also very, very close to a street food area where the snacks are cheap and delicious. In the evenings, there's a lively bar street nearby. There's also a highly-rated and very clean 'The One Thai Massage' shop (Branch 1) near the hotel, which offers purely green services. You need to book your massage in advance, otherwise, you'll have to wait a long time. I recommend the 300 baht an hour option; it's very relaxing and stretches you out nicely. Downstairs, just a 3-minute walk away, is a 7-Eleven convenience store, and there's also a Chinese restaurant next to it. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I visit during the off-season.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and you can take a free shuttle bus to the beach. There is 7-Eleven and night market nearby. The room is clean and the service is excellent, The reception staff speaks English very well and they are very friendly, If you have any questions, they are happy to help and give a good advice. We absolutely loved our stay here. We visited from November 27th to December 4th, and from the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised - not only by how welcoming and polite the staff were, but also by everything the hotel offered.

We arrived around 9 AM and were allowed to check in early; by 10 AM our room was ready. On top of that, we were unexpectedly upgraded to a Deluxe Room, which was such a nice surprise. The lovely receptionist even helped us with our luggage, and we had quite a lot!

The room itself exceeded our expectations: a spacious kitchen with an island, a cozy living room with a TV and couch, and a large bathroom with a huge mirror, a bathtub, and a separate shower - perfect whether you prefer a bath or a shower. The bathroom was spotless, with consistently hot water and great water pressure. The bedroom was also very comfortable, with a big soft bed, bathrobes, a safe in the closet, and a balcony. The view wasn’t the best because of nearby construction, but that’s obviously not the hotel’s fault. Inside, it was always quiet and extremely clean. With two air conditioners, the temperature was perfect at all times, and housekeeping changed our towels and cleaned every single day.

They do require a €100 deposit per room, but we had no issues getting it back. The location is great as well - Kata Beach is about a 10-minute walk, lots of restaurants nearby and there’s a 7-Eleven and an exchange office right across the street. The hotel also has a gym and a pool, which we didn’t end up using because we spent most of our time exploring Phuket, but it’s nice to have those options. We also chose not to include breakfast since we preferred eating out.

Overall, this hotel was a 10/10 experience for us. We loved everything - from the amazing room and cleanliness to the incredibly polite staff, who honestly deserve a raise. The price was also fantastic; for comparison, we paid more for a hotel in Greece that ended up being terrible, while this one was cheaper and far better in every way.

If we return to the Kata Beach area, we will definitely choose this hotel again. 💙🏝️🇹🇭

Amazing stay! The service was excellent — the staff were friendly and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the breakfast; lots of variety and everything was delicious. The location was convenient and peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay!

Very good hotel, good staff nice and friendly and helpful. Good breakfast every morning (included in our package) egg station was good. Very good room we stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Pool was good, pool bars. Kids club is non existent so not sure why they tell you about it as it's just an empty room with old toys in it. Good location, cant do enough for you. Loved my 2 week stay here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection to choose from. The pools are amazing and where never busy. Everything from the night markets to the beach is just a stones throw away. Apartments have everything you need too. Would highly recommend grand kata v.i.p.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot (10 nights). It’s such a convenience to have a kitchen so one day I just bought fresh prawns on the market and cooked it in my room. Though many delicious cafes and good spa places around. 7/11 is just 2 mins walking distance. To get to Kata beach will take you 10-15 mins walk but I preferred to use Grab app to call a taxi scooter and get to Karon beach (that would take 10 mins ride and cost 50 THB). Another great advantage is a super comfortable bed , every night I had an amazing sleep. My room was on the first floor with access to the pool so I would go there every day, also I would wake up early and swim there for an hour having the pool just for myself! So I would definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Phuket!
