Best hotel in Bangkok! You can pay more but why? You don't need to! The combination of value and amenities makes this the place to be! The rooms are spotless and huge with a sitting/living area for eating, a desk for working, a full room length counter for all of your things and luggage. Unlimited very hot water, powerful air conditioning cools your room down in minutes, they provide robes, slippers, A safe, coffee maker and refrigerator. The staff is incredible, wonderful smiling cleaning ladies who are always pleasant and happy no matter what kind of mess you made the night before! The amazing night manager and night doorman are always there to help you no matter what time of night it is and greet you with a smile. The location is perfect close to everything yet tucked away next to some open green space so you wake up to the sound of birds in the morning instead of traffic. A real treat for busy Bangkok! Nice pool and weight room. What more do you need?? Even the reservations people are great, I had a reservation accidentally canceled by Booking and they told me not to worry and kept the reservation for me anyway despite being the popular New Year's Eve which they could've rebooked easily. I come here every year and will not stay anywhere else! Thank you Tai-Pan for everything!

I have stayed here before,..it's just an ok hotel...
I have found the desk staff rude each time, not a big deal, but politeness is key to working with the public in hotels.
Aircon was leaking loads of water in the night, we woke up to very slippery floor, and our shoes soaking wet, and electric points soaked with water.
Again the desk staff rude,...like its normal.
I wont stay here again...
And thats only because of the rude staff.. I understand problems happen
But no excuse for rude staff...
The customer pays the salarys...

Because my flight landed early, they told me my reservation would start at 2 pm when I arrived at the hotel, so I had to wait until 2 pm. On my last day, when I was supposed to check out at 2 pm, they cut off the electricity two hours beforehand, so the air conditioning and electrical appliances didn't work. Except for the reception staff, the other personnel were very friendly and helpful, but the attitude and manner of speaking of the reception staff were not professional at all.

A bit aged hotel in a great location along the subway. Surprisingly peaceful considering the area. It is close to Soi Cowboy if you are into that kind of stuff. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. Kind service and clean. Pool unfortunately didn't have a lot of sunshine hours as the sun is blocked by other buildings.

rooms are massive, comfy and clean!! the sauna and gym are perfect! but the housekeeper lady is the most kindest person and always went out of her way to see if i needed anything ! lovely lady x

Tai-Pan is my personal number one hotel in Bangkok! Very central to many hotspots of the city. Terminal 21 and other shopping malls are reachable within 5 minutes and thanks to the close BTS and MRT station you can reach any point of Bangkok in a short time. The rooms in the hotel are clean and comfortable, at the moment they are renovating many rooms. Very good breakfast buffet and friendly staff, prices are very affordable. Just for laundry I would propose to go to one of the many shops around the hotel as you can save huge amounts by doing so.

breakfast is nice. swimming pool too. i should give 3.5 stars because everything is actually way better than average here. but 4 is too much because there's nothing really outstanding..

It was a good location near the sky train and very close to nightlife. The strip clubs are right around the corner so if you aren't into that sort of thing, I suggest just avoiding that street. Very close to good restaurants and bars (that aren't strip clubs). The pool is nice although the staff working at the pool seemed uninterested in his job. I enjoyed the sauna as well and the rooms are HUGE and kept very clean. The breakfast is really good too, a large selection of all styles of food.

The room is spacious, big bed and comfortable. Their breakfast is fabulous, including handcrafted coffee which u can choose from, a la carte menu to order, and the breakfast buffet.
Staff is friendly, speak fluent English. Lobby and breakfast place (cafe) is comfortable and relax.
The only downside was the water pressure is not big enough.

Amazing little hotel! We loved our stay here. The rooms, the decor, the breakfast and the location were all superb...but best of all were the lovely staff who were kind, friendly and attentive throughout. They really made us feel welcome and cared for.
From a location point of view, it's in a great area for seeing a bit of Bangkok, and close to both the MRT blue line and the Skytrain.
The rooftop pool has a little gym (treadmill, etc) and a bit of space to chill out on the decking.

Tints of blue residence has figured out the perfect location to feel like a peaceful quiet getaway in a busy city. Loved the decor and plants it was such a nice touch, also the breakfast was incredible and the staff were wonderful, can’t recommend this place enough. Also there is no need to take the 10-15 minute walk through the alley way to get to the city just follow the signs and it will lead you through a neighbouring property, easy 30 second walk.

Lovely small boutique style hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit area. Lovely decorated rooms, small kitchenette, comfy bed, A/C. Just a short walk to Sukhumvit and Asok Station, but calm area. Tasty breakfast with small buffet, different Thai options available each day, but also some western style basics. Original Thai or American/English breakfast can be choose a la cart. Super friendly staff. Great value for money. Overall, highly recommended. Hope to stay there soon again!

The best boutique hotel I've ever stayed in. If you relish attention to detail in interior design, enjoy hot breakfasts, cocktails and infinity pools under starlight inner city skyscrapers, this is the hotel for you. Every inch of the hotel is stunningly beautiful, filled with a mid century charm fused with bohemian Thai accents. The service was immaculate, as we're the rooms, bathroom products and thoughtful freebie snacks. The location was buzzy and easy to get around from. I will be back next time in Bangkok!
