The hotel location is great. The initial room accommodated on the 5th floor had water leakage, and there was an earthworm! After verifying those things with the hotel, the new room was accommodated.

The staff were super friendly and fun to chat with. The room was clean, and the location is great, close to department stores and the bustling Pratunam market, where you can find cheap goods.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around and exploring nearby attractions.

I especially appreciate the daily housekeeping, which keeps everything clean and fresh, as well as the complimentary water bottles provided each day. A nice bonus is the free-flow coffee during tea time, which adds a relaxing touch to the overall experience.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again in the future.

Room photos shown in the app doesn’t match with room actually we got! Small rooms,! I booked 3 rooms in total rooms looks small!

Very old hotel, with small cockroaches in the room. The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear everything said in the hallway. The reception smells bad, and outside, there's trash and a stench from the nearby dump and sewage. No kettle. The breakfast is basic (rice, sausages, cold eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, fruit, bread, soup) and very unappetizing. The coffee is awful. We won't be coming back here again.
