A big thanks to 'LITA' for arranging a picturesque city view from the 12th floor during my 5-night stay last month (i.e. 4th week of July until the end of the month). The morning breakfast is delicious. I appreciate the housekeeping staff for keeping my room clean everyday & no cockroaches at all. I did find that the concierge staff had a rather laid-back attitude in handling my queries, but the lady with spectacles at the front office desk (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) managed the matter very efficiently.
Despite a minor issue with the concierge service, my short stay was pleasant. The beautiful view, well-maintained rooms & helpful front desk staff made a strong impression. I would hopefully consider returning on my next visit.

The hotel’s location is excellent, situated at the end of Sukhumvit soi11.

While other hotels on the street can be quite noisy at night, this hotel offers a comfortable atmosphere.

Convenience stores and numerous restaurants are conveniently located nearby.

Although the breakfast is standard and offered by many other hotels, the selection of food did not meet my expectations.

In terms of room size, the hotel’s rates are reasonable, except for the group size. The overall experience is comparable to other hotels in Sukhumvit 11.

I have stayed twice at this hotel and each time I have been impressed by the warm reception from all staff at every level.

The rooms are well appointed and very clean.

It is excellent value and is becoming my hotel of choice in Bangkok.

I will stay again in October.

Personnel and hospitality were excellent. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, and after we raised an issue with our initial Grand Deluxe Club room (dirty floor and not well prepared, as shown in pictures), they kindly upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite. Their effort to improve our stay was much appreciated.

Unfortunately, despite the upgrade, the main issue could not be resolved. The hotel’s HVAC system is very poor, and the property seems to suffer from serious humidity and mold problems throughout.

The air quality in the room was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to breathe properly at night and almost impossible to sleep well. It was making our skin itchy.

The installations are very outdated; even when cleaned, they appear worn and affected by the damp conditions.

After two nights of struggling with these problems, we had no choice but to move to another place.

This is a significant issue the hotel should address if it wants to offer a truly comfortable stay to its guests.

My family and I were put up at Room 1506 and I must say our stay at Solitaire was simply smooth, cozy and the best. A special Thanks to Mr. Tonx and Ms. Tan at the Front desk for being so accommodating and nice. They are extremely gentle and understanding. The whole team from the security to the housekeeping to the bar tender were all nice. The hotel is so close to such lively streets that we got the best feel of Bangkok right from the night we landed and got in here. All in all, a great cozy hotel with the sweetest of staff. Keep it up :-)

Nice hotel with great swimming pool! Location is near lots of bars, cafe etc. We had a family room: two connected bedroom with two bathrooms. It was very convenient but the bedroom with double bed had no windows, so it was a bit pity.
Otherwise, everything is clean, comfortable beds, nice view (from the second bedroom).

Don’t know if you can really blame the hotel but extremely rude guests, steam room smelled bad, hallways smell of **** and a bit expensive for how nice it was, but overall fine and not far from decent food

Nice clean hotel and staff are good. A bit jam to go inside but there are 7-Eleven and Tops nearby. Lots of food as well.
