The rooms were originally full apartments so are very spacious. The owner bought 35 apartments in a large block and rents them out as a hotel business. The rest of the apartments in the building are owned by individuals

Tea and coffee is only supplied on the first night but the grocery shop on the ground floor has a large bag of satchels for a cheap price. Beautiful deep pool on the 8th floor as well as a gym is available

The staff are helpful and friendly. The location could not be much better if you want to be near the nightlife. I will be booking again and might make this my regular hotel whenever I am in Bangkok

Nice accomodation. Next time we will consider to stay there as well. There is a nice massage salon just in the first floor . Also there is a nice park nearby

We had a absolutely wonderful stayed at hyatt Regency hotel sukhumvit for our super good experience, staffs are super good service and beyond, the bed extremely well, big and good dreams, location is perfect and near shopping areas, front desk staffs are wonderful and perfect service and nice, I strongly recommend and will come back soon, Thanks hyatt staffs and management

There's a Let's Relax spa right downstairs, two 7-Elevens nearby, and Terminal 21 is just about a 10-minute walk away. Facilities: The gym is quite well-equipped, and there's an infinity pool on the same floor

The room was very clean and the location was excellent. The pool and bar are also great. Nowadays, hotel breakfast is a crucial factor for me when choosing a hotel, and their breakfast did not disappoint

All the juices were freshly squeezed, and the mangoes were incredibly sweet. I ate a lot! It's also a very relaxing restaurant, and the location is super convenient

This hotel is located in Sukhumvit, Bangkok's most bustling area, right next to EmSphere shopping mall and the BTS station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping.

Clean room and good location. Checked in at 10+ pm and reception changed my room to a better one. Will stay again.

One major downside is that the hotel charged almost 4 times the normal price during the concert period, which didn’t feel worth it. I also wouldn’t consider this a true 5-star hotel

I booked this hotel during the NCT Dream concert since it was the closest to the venue. However, it still required quite a long walk to Gate 5 (Gate 4 is closer but not accessible)

While the lobby looks nice and clean, the room itself felt old and musty. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, but the air felt dusty, the lighting was dim, and the bathroom had sewage smells

Beautiful building and nice views. Excellent breakfast. Medium quality bathroom. Strong lemon scent (carpet cleaner?) made us keeping the window open all the time.

The view from the floor-to-ceiling window is absolutely stunning! Sitting by the window, watching a show or just relaxing is incredibly therapeutic. The scenery, whether day or night, is beautiful

The staff are also very friendly, always greeting you politely when you come and go. However, the check-in process was really slow

Laundry service was quite slow, and I was charged double for an expedited service on my check-out day. However, the room was spacious and comfortable, the kids' club staff were lovely, and the spa experience was great

The view from the room was absolutely stunning; that window view alone was worth it! I traveled with a child this time, and even though I hadn't requested an extra bed, there was a small bed already set up in the room without any additional charge

And at night, the sounds from the road outside are crystal clear, which I guess is the downside of being on a higher floor

Hygiene: The bed, carpet, and tables randomly refresh with cockroaches from time to time. If you can overlook these minor flaws, the hotel is still a good option given its value for money

Basically on the door step to the grand palace , the king drove past twice! This was incredible…. However it means all the windows need to be closed for his passing. Bare this is mind when booking a room with a balcony

Would i stay again? Yes if i want to stay next to the palace and have the chance to see the king of thailand. An honour… amazing walking distance for khaosan road

Very convenient for people traveling to Thailand for the first time. The hotel offer buffet breakfast and close to all amenities. My only was cockroaches 🪳 in my room

Location is perfect it is Close to everything! Very clean and spacious even for the no window rooms Staff are so welcoming! I used the luggage locker service after checking out for few hours with no problem( also free) and i got my deposit back at the desk once i checked out

Our room and some parts of the hotel were a little dated and carpets are well overdue replacement! Buffet breakfast has good choice and food generally is good

Great hotel in a good location. It’s an oasis of calm in the midst of the craziness of chinatown. Ended up having breakfast here each day as it was delicious and plentiful.   We stsyed in the cheapest room available

No window but very well equipped. It turned out out it was better than the more expensive deluxe that we ended up in on our final night.   Made good use of the laundry - very helpful before our onward journey

Pretty much 5 stars just off the smart toilet Great location too I guess. Though service a bit absent, as we arrive with lot of luggages nobody was there to even open the entrance door which isn’t automated

I booked this for my parents because it's right across the street from my friend's place, which was super convenient. The hotel itself is a bit old, so the value for money isn't great

I stayed at Amara Bangkok and had an amazing experience. The hotel's location is excellent; you can easily reach many places on foot, and for farther destinations, the BTS station is just a 5-minute walk away

However, it's really easy to find places to eat, drink, and have fun nearby

We landed around 8pm and ordered Grab food to be delivered to the hotel when we were on the way. Grateful that the bellmen helped to keep the food neatly before we even arrived

they were sent over really swiftly! Something which I think this hotel goes above and beyond: they send out a guest survey (email) when you check-in, and they actually read the feedback

The hotel has a nice vibe and ambience, rooms are comfortable and most importantly quiet, so I always sleep really well here. Facilities are good — there’s a gym and massage on Level 9

This is my third time staying at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel and I still like it a lot. Ever since it was recommended to me, I’ve been coming back whenever I’m in Bangkok

I've always felt so welcomed upon arrival at Centara Watergate. Be it at the driveway at L1, or lobby at L9. Staff are so helpful and always ready to assist guests

It looks brighter, no more broken flooring, lesser moulding in the washroom, new sofa and chair too! Whenever we needed items like ice, cutleries and bowls, etc

We stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. The taxi boat service was fun and convenient. The staff was beyond extraordinary

At around 1500, it's a bit pricey, probably due to Christmas. The room isn't very spacious, which would have made it more comfortable. The view of the Chao Phraya River is indeed expansive and beautiful

The surroundings may seem a bit meh at first, but the hotels share a private boat shuttle service (with beautiful wooden boats) going to Sathorn Pier (you can go everywhere from there with boats or the Skytrain) and Icon Siam

Restaurants are top notch and the "Sin" rooftop bar is a sight of its own. Mo did a great job recommending cocktails we loved and the DJ was fire! The rooftop infinity pool was on the cold side, but worth it

The pool area was perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of the town. There's direct access to a mall as well as the sister hotel Anantara, the facilities of which can be used as well

We loved everything about this hotel. We did not take breakfast there, but other guests liked it a lot from what I heard

Hospitable staff and willing to help. There is no hairdryer in the room. Breakfast is not variety but tasty. Anyway, it is considered worth the price paid. Recommended for people who don't like crowded area

I've stayed here multiple times when visiting Bangkok. There are plenty of local food options nearby, and it's close to the metro station. Compared to other places, this one offers the best value for money

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, a little distance from the subway station, but there's a bus stop right outside, making it quite convenient to get to Bangkok's central train station

Staff was friendly, cleaning and towel change every day, ground floor laundry and driers available, coin change machine total cost 10TH detergent, 70THB washing, 80THB drier

I was expecting to use the pool but they close it quite early 😓 (8 pm) apart from that I enjoyed my stay and had a good view from my room

Hotel can be reached only by car. Chair in room was too old that once you sit, the sponge in it will automatically fall down. Checked in was made almost mid night but they still have staff at counter

I originally booked a superior room but upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival for an additional fee. The only slightly inconvenient thing is that you can't modify your booking once it's made

The road near the ARL is currently under construction and a bit difficult to navigate, so if you have luggage, you'll have to walk a bit further

Using the BTS is convenient; it's just a few stops to the Siam central area, making it easy to get to Siam Center, Central World, Big C, Platinum Fashion Mall, and Siam Paragon

There were a lot of Chinese guests at the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the food quality was decent

It’s very good halal hotel for Muslims. Halal buffet breakfast is excellent and also have men and women prayer rooms. And near the Islamic center and big mousque. That’s l like it and visit again

I enjoyed walking around and shop till I drop😂 The room is comfortable enough for a short stay but If you are a light sleeper I highly recommend you bring the ear plugs with you because of the room is not soundproof
