Hygiene: The hygiene is quite good and tidy. Environment: The hotel, swimming pool, and free gym are all excellent. Service: The service is great! A 10 baht tip goes a long way

When I checked out, I forgot my charger and told the front desk; they quickly helped me find it. Bella and Kookai were both very kind. I highly recommend staying here

Went up to the 7th floor of Icon Siam to absorb the fantastic view of the river in the evening BUT later find out that the hotel had an even better spot right on the river bank and a closer view of the passing cruise boats

The room smell very musty and the floor carpet looks very old and dirty. The room also look very old. The only good thing is the hotel surrounded with many amenities

Downstairs, there's a large night market and a supermarket, making it super convenient for food. However, since it's a local business area, most stalls start closing down after 9 PM

4) The mall tenants close at 9 pm but don't feel scared because of the dark atmosphere, Thailand is even safer than my own country hahaha I walked looking for a laundry service until 11 pm and it's fine

Visited during right before Christmas time, all staff were wearing Christmas hats, giving a nice atmosphere, the room was clean, especially the gym was quite good for a hotel gym with plenty of different equipment.

There are foods, cloths, bags and shoes they are so cheap. Hotel room is so nice and old type. And lobby have big observation deck because hotel start from 10th floor

You walk out the door and the Skytrain is right there, and the MRT is just a stone's throw away. Terminal 21 shopping mall is directly opposite, making shopping, dining, and massages incredibly convenient

Just finished my stay at The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, and I'm extremely satisfied – definitely a five-star review! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to BTS Asok station

It’s seamless for getting around and shopping. As for the environment, the rooms are spacious and bright. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very well-maintained, clean, and tidy

I didn't think much of it at the time, just found it odd since all the other hotels I've stayed at have a 12 PM check-out. I was too tired and just wanted to get to the room, so I didn't argue

That staff member couldn't really respond, only emphasizing that it was 12 PM! Another thing happened at breakfast the next day. I entered the restaurant, which was very large

When she asked what I wanted to drink, I asked for tea, but it never came even when I was almost finished eating. I finally asked another server, and it arrived quickly

The room felt a bit damp, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of luggage, and they even assisted us with booking a car.

We also ate at the restaurant where the food and drinks were good and the staff was amazing who attended us, overall the staff is so nice and takes care of every need

Everyone was super friendly and the hotel is very clean. This hotel didn’t get 10/10 because of the pillows …. We had 3 different rooms and the pillows were so bad. Each of us had two pillows and they are so old and flat

I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok while traveling on my own, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. From start to finish, everything about my stay was exceptional

Great spot - always friendly staff. One of the floors was a smoking allowed floor so if you do not like that make sure you make it aware. Food delivery to the room was fast and friendly

There's some issues with the water heater during midnight and the hotel staff (Heng) upgraded the room for us with no additional cost and delivered a box of chocolate to our room. Very happy and pleasant stay here

We love the body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner especially the body lotion. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is variety western and eastern food. The restaurant can accommodate many people

They also have gym and swimming pools. This hotel is suitable for families with children and teens. It’s our fourth time to stay here. We definitely will be back soon

The locations is very convenient. It just next to MBK shopping mall. It accessible to Siam Discovery and Siam Paragon. The room is spacious, clean and neat

The only complain if I have to pick , is the breakfast variety provided by the hotel. It’s decent, not great though

Very practical for solo and business travelers. The hotel is close to the MRT and convenient stores. The only downside is that you can hear people talking in the corridor or closing the doors pretty loudly.

The hotel is very central, convenient for travel to anywhere in Bangkok as it is about 150m from a BTS station. After the renovation it is quite new in the room. Food is excellent.

Loved it here! I also compared it to the Four Seasons, and while the Four Seasons' lobby has a more artistic feel, I think The Peninsula wins hands down in every other aspect, especially the pool.

The turndown service even thoughtfully provides a full bucket of ice – such a nice touch! The hotel facilities are a bit dated, though. The toilet doesn't have a bidet function, and the hairdryer is quite old

The Chinese restaurant, ferry, and connecting rooms are all very family-friendly, especially for elderly guests and children. The breakfast, however, was quite poor with limited options.

The only weakness of this hotel is that eventhough they provide a free coupon for parking in Parking buildings, but there's no reserved area for hotel guest at all

If you stay at NOVOTEL you can get ticket to waiver parking fee once check-out. Spend the night in comfy bed with quality movie

A very pleasant stay with Novotel Impact, the hotel is just 3 mins walk from Impact Arena and 10 mins walk from Cosmo Bazaar. The hotel staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is great .

The hotel connects directly to the Impact Arena via skywalk—incredibly convenient when attending events at the Impact Challenger Hall. No need to worry about transportation or timing

It is a lovely place. Close to Victory Monument. The staff are really helpful and nice. We always used to stay there when we were in Bangkok but changed to another hotel. It was nice to be back

It is very convenient to get to two metro lines: the line to Suvarnabhumi Airport and the light green line. The rooms are large, with good-quality furniture. Everything is clean and well maintained

Overall, it's pretty good value for money. Just to the left of the hotel entrance is the famous Cabbages & Condoms restaurant, which gets really busy at night

Booked this place last minute on my last day in Asok, and it was surprisingly good! It's super convenient, located right between Terminal 21 and EMS. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was bright and airy.

The room itself was neat and clean, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the service was great. Plus, the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Terminal 21 shopping mall, which is super convenient

It's on Sukhumvit road which could be an issue due to the traffic but it puts you close to a lot of great restaurants and also it's not too far away from the highway which leads to the airport

The hotel's location is excellent. EmSphere mall is a 3-5 minute walk to the right, and Terminal 21 mall is a short walk to the left

Indoor pool can do laps but the sauna is not free and it has to be paid per hour even regardless of the minutes used. Small private rooms are available for meetings. The hotel is known for conferences and big events

However, the lighting in the rooms is dim and could be improved. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The bed linens and towels are crisp white. The breakfasts are excellent, with a variety of dishes and fruits

Close to the Metro station and the concert venue. The only thing I did not like was the other client's unethical way of banging the room door which is very disturbing

A clean hotel located close to Samyan station. There is a variety of choices for breakfast. The room had everythin I needed. A 65" TV to stream my favorite series. There was a pool which I didn t use and a fitness room.

For our trip to Thailand, we booked two super deluxe rooms, which allowed everyone in our group to have their own space and privacy. The swimming pool was excellent, and my daughter absolutely loved it

Chulalongkorn University is nearby, and across the street, there's a mall with plenty of dining options, as well as a subway station – though I didn't use it, preferring to walk or take ride-shares

Had stayed in this exact same hotel before when it was called Novotel. Excellent location that is just besides the BTS station. A few good eating places around the hotel too.

The hotel is located at less busy street which is more peaceful and yet the BTS station is just right in front to make it easier to travel around.
