Old hotel with no bad odor, have a scent of vintage. Room very dark, quite, comfy bed. Hotel Chinese restaurant 10/10. Breakfast quite avearage taste but have a lot of line options

For Bangkok, this hotel is decent. The only issue was a light I couldn't turn off; I spent almost an entire evening trying to find the switch, but to no avail.

Convenient for those without a car, close to the Airport Rail Link and Ramnueng Pier. The hotel is located on the main road. The room is nice and reasonably priced.

The room is quite good and worth the price. The location is near Ramkhamhaeng station, very convenient for traveling from Suvarnabhumi Airport via the Airport Rail Link, and also convenient for shopping and eating.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Food and drinks are readily available, and there's a small cafe in the hotel. The room is clean, newly renovated with a minimalist style that I love. I'll definitely be back again.

Coffee is amazing and the thoughtfulness of the cleaning staff is superb! They give us free bottled water EVERYDAY! However, they cleaned our room without our permission but nothing was lost or stolen so kudos to their integrity

amazing hotel! please do not expect this as a 5-star hotel. The hotel feels like a 3 or 4-star hotel but with 5-star services. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of variety and daily choices are different

The location is perfect for those who want to be in the middle of the airport and downtown center. But I won't recommend this if you want to be close to downtown center

Cleaner managed to break my charger somehow and when I complained nothing got done about it - after manager said he’d deal with it next again day once spoken to maid Pool area was kept nice and clean

The hotel environment is very good, right on the Thai mother river, there is a boat dock, the room was very large, there are Chinese TV

Excellent value for money! The balcony offers a view of the pink beach, though the seawater isn't the best, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Breakfast was good, and the gym was surprisingly (really) good for a hotel gym. The only downside is that you can easily run out of weights, for example, the heaviest dumbbells are only 50 lbs

They offer Chinese-speaking service, which makes it especially suitable for Chinese guests. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the hotel lobby is grand and impressive! 👏👏👏

I've stayed here several times in a row now. The hotel breakfast is incredibly extensive, and it's centrally located in Ratchada, surrounded by many Chinese restaurants

First of all, the hotel in general, despite being an “older” hotel, is well furnished and clean. The room is also very nice and spacious with great view from the room

Although the facilities are a bit dated, the room itself was very clean and spacious. Do note that beverages in the room are chargeable

Great hotel with great service and amenities. A special mention to the pool and also the associated spa which had the most sophisticated Jacuzzi, heated seats and also dry and wet sauna rooms

However, it was quite strange that they charge THB 2,000 per day as security deposit, which you can only pay either by a physical credit card or cash

However, service can be improved: (1) the staff at the breakfast area could have been more attentive, used plates all over the tables, (2) the kettle in the room kept leaking water (refer to photo), we called front desk and requested for another one on Feb 16, 10pm, the male attendant came and dismissed the problem, left our room within 5 min

Was a little disappointed when the one i book didnt have the bathtub. The swimming pool is also underwhelming. However the location is super good and the buffet / super friendly and helpful staff makes up for everything

The free hotel river shuttle connects you to the BTS line and other water taxis We had an excellent view of the Chao Phraya river from our room on the 33rd floor and not forgetting the view from the roof top bar Cloud 36 The breakfast was excellent with a varied selection on offer Staff were always very courteous and polite

A pretty good hotel, highly recommended by my sister. It's right by the subway exit, which leads directly to the hotel, super convenient. I was too busy to check out the infinity pool, but I imagine it's quite nice

Fitness: The hotel's swimming pool is my absolute favorite. Surrounded by skyscrapers, it's shaded in the morning, perfect for lounging on a chair and enjoying the breeze – that's what a holiday should feel like

Other Facilities: The only reason it didn't get a perfect score is because the hairdryer was a bit difficult to use. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok! Thank you to all the hardworking staff

We loved the location; just one MRT stop away, you're on the Chao Phraya River with either express boats or tourist boats, which offer convenient access to many attractions

Overall, our experience at the Grand Hyatt Erawan was wonderful except for an evening where the shower area and all the taps only has hot water regardless turning on the cold or hot water tap

It's right next to the Erawan Shrine, and within walking distance to Siam Paragon, Central World, and Big C

The only downside is they will take 300 AUD as deposit and refunds them in two weeks with Credit card, a little bit high in my experience with all my other five star hotel bookings and longer than normal

This was our second time staying at the InterContinental Bangkok, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable

Amazing stay with a perfect location at Skyview Bangkok. Just a few steps (next to) EMDISTRICT huge shopping malls await. We stay in Skyview executive suite where it is very accommodating for a family of fours

Had a great stay in Avani for a business trip. Spacious clean rooms, comfy bed, excellent frontdesk service from everyone, and very cheerful room floor service
