The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable, the quality of the pillows are excellent, the buffet and restaurant is all-night until midnight, the variety is delicious, the quality is top-notch, the pool is spacious, the spa is sauna, the steam room is a great option and it's very close to the Don Mueang International Airport

The hotel location is great, very close to airport and friendly staffs. The breakfast also good with several foods options. But the rooms are not sound proof and especially you hear loud noise when people close the door

The air conditioner was noisy.

This was my husband's first time in Thailand. There was hair in our room, the room wasn't soundproof, and the room next door was drinking alcohol and being noisy, so we had to call staff to deal with it

Location is great, it’s very close to BTS station. There’s a McDonalds downstairs and a 7-11 nearby. We got a room with a great view of the city. Breakfast is also included. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

There’s also a laundry room with dryers, though it comes at an extra cost. Overall, it’s an affordable hotel and a good stay. Would definitely return or recommend!

2 Minutes walk to BTS National Stadium Station. Room is well clean by Housekeeping every and hotel provide needed equipment for elderly such as shower chair

There’s a McDonald’s right at the lobby, free breakfast for all guests, and a 24-hour gym on the top floor with great views and well-equipped machines

After a day of tiring walk, there is good massage just beside the hotel too! The free breakfast selection is great and changes everyday!

Comfortable and beautiful hotel located by the Riverside. Service was great, from the moment you step out of the car there will be someone taking care of you. Only downside is the location is not the most convenient.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Even though it was quite busy, the staff's attitude was excellent. The rooms are beautiful, offering stunning views of the pool and the Mekong River right outside the window

The hotel is right on the Mekong River and offers a boat shuttle to places like Iconsiam. They also have various experiences available that I'm looking forward to trying on my next stay

The best part is being able to take a boat from the hotel's pier directly to ICONSIAM, which saves a lot of hassle with transportation, and the boat ride itself is very enjoyable

Plus, the hotel is within walking distance of the Jurassic Adventure Park and the Ferris Wheel Night Market, which have plenty of delicious food options and a lively atmosphere

This is our 4th stay over last 3 years, we’d been to BKK every other months and tried staying at many hotels, as for location, this one is excellent, right at Asoke BTS station, very convenient travelling by BTS

However, when ordering Grab car, took almost one hour to book a trip going out  as several Grab cars cancelled while waiting, due to serious jams nearby Asoke, no one is willing to come

They rebranded to Paradox this year, but honestly, nothing much has changed – the staff, the room decor, it's all pretty much the same as when it was Four Points

The rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with clean cotton bedding, good towels, bathrobes and slippers. Small details like in-room tea and coffee and efficient laundry service make the stay even better

The area is a crowded and bustling tourist district - if you're traveling with young children and want somewhere peaceful and quiet, this may not be the best choice. The standard room is large, clean and functional

Although the hotel is located quite deep in an alley, and it takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the alley entrance, the hotel thoughtfully provides a shuttle service every 10 minutes to the entrance

The main road outside the alley is very lively. If you've done a lot of shopping, you can also wait at the same spot for the shuttle to take you back to the hotel, which is really great

The hotel provides a complimentary golf cart shuttle to the main Sukhumvit Road, but it’s not always available exactly when you need it, so you may have to wait a little

We highly recommend booking a room with a view of the park; the scenery is beautiful and relaxing, especially in the middle of bustling Bangkok. The rooms are clean, tidy, and everything was in good working condition

Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The only minor downside is that the hotel is located a bit deep inside Soi 10, so walking down the street isn’t the most pleasant experience

I stay here quite often multiple times a year as I have family in the building. I will tell you that the staff is very dedicated to keeping the property clean and sanitary and always at peak performance

I stayed for 5 nights in Family Suite which is for 4 person with family room, kitchen, and dining table in the center. It is facilitated with microwave, stoves, water heater, and refrigerator as well

Total 5 people went for the trip, so booked this presidential suite which consists 2 single bed plus one king bed. There are two sofa beds in each room, suitable for child because of the shorter length

Beautiful experience staying ay Aira. Restaurants, bars and everything within walking distance including Nana BTS. It's located on the upscale side of Nana and not the wild side Nana Plaza for its night life

I booked a room with a balcony, and the front desk mentioned upon check-in that smoking is allowed on the balcony (but not inside the room), which is very convenient for smokers

The front desk staff speaks a bit of Chinese. On the day of check-in, they even gave us two cookies (similar to traditional Chinese walnut shortbread) and mango sticky rice

The room is okay, but the surrounding area is a bit noisy. There are people singing at three in the morning? It’s quite noisy at 6 o’clock in the morning. It’s only two kilometers away from the Rajamanraja Stadium.

Even though it's a bit far from the main street and the stadium, there are motorcycle taxis in front of the hotel, and a 7-Eleven and other convenience stores nearby.

There is a 7-Eleven in front of the accommodation and a motorcycle taxi in front of the accommodation as well. You can take a taxi from the front of the accommodation to Rajamangala
