The room service was prompt and efficient however the flavour was somewhat lacking. The breakfast buffet was reasonable however not the best that I’ve had would stay again simply because of the price and service

Valet parking is also available, making the arrival experience smooth and convenient. The room was very spacious, with a large and comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep

Many staff are nice, but some front desk staff are rude and ruined the last day if our stay. We stayed only when we arrived and were leaving Bangkok. This is not a hotel we would spend the whole holiday at

The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower. The use of Byredo bathroom amenities was a lovely touch and added to the overall luxury feel

There were several activities provided throughout the week and our family especially enjoyed the cooking class at Kisara. We got to make and eat thai desserts and the whole session was so fun

Hotel location is a bit far from downtown, up to more than 20km to reach Siam Center, near Jodd Fair Night Market 6km, next to hotel have 7-eleven, opposite site has some food stores

There's even a shuttle to the subway! Just be aware there are a lot of O-san (Japanese men/tourists), but it's totally fine to stay here. The pool is super photogenic!

We got the 2 bedroom skyline view. The balcony and view was great. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were great. and we were given 4 bottle of water every day

The living room A/C did break but they were very quick and relocating us to the room next door. The breakfast had great omelette station. We used the pool which was great but the pool side beer was a bit pricey

Location : little bit far from NANA BTS station but acceptable We needed to wait for Check-in about 10-15min and the room was not ready at 4pm (needed to wait another 10-15min) Breakfast is excellent! Check-out was very smoothly

Booked a twin room for a family of three. The beds in this standard room are indeed quite large, but the facilities are old. The carpet looked dirty, and the toilet wasn't wiped clean

The rooftop bar is one of the best in Bangkok I believe and you get priority when staying at the hotel

The only minor downside is that the room card sensors in the hotel seem to have an issue… whether it's the elevator or the room door sensor, you have to try inserting the card several times, sometimes even ten or more, before it finally works

Without hesitation, she picked up the phone and communicated with the vendor, quickly arranging a time and entrusting the suitcase to the bell desk staff to hand over to the person who would pick it up

Wished that tv have more english movie channels and floors are carpetted. Hope for a wider halal breakfast section. Wished room service served is no pork no lard

My family and I were put up at Room 1506 and I must say our stay at Solitaire was simply smooth, cozy and the best. Tan at the Front desk for being so accommodating and nice. They are extremely gentle and understanding

Book only suites with lounge access and river view. Stayed at 56th floor, room is little bit old, but very comfortable. Great breakfast, great lounge. Sky bar and restaurants are available. Highly recommended!
