We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong. The location is great - steps from Chidlom BTS and within walking distance of major malls. As a Titanium Elite, we opted to check in at the Club Lounge

Stayed here with my family. The hotel is a bit old, but overall the facilities and service are quite good. The location is excellent too, very close to the Erawan Shrine and Central World.

Hotel location is a bit far from downtown, up to more than 20km to reach Siam Center, near Jodd Fair Night Market 6km, next to hotel have 7-eleven, opposite site has some food stores

So far impressed. Friendly staffs. Quickest check in. Good pickup service from airport. Nice room. Comfortable. Love the lighting. Was a bit uncomfortable using the tub as no curtain. Breakfast reasonably good.

At check in staff was able to extend my check out time to 1pm but unfortunately I got locked out by noon on that day. So I had to go to front desk and enquire

Front desk then provided me with a card so I can get into my room and check out by 1pm. This was an inconvenience to me. Aside from that the location of the hotel was great as it was quite central

Situated in the mid of the city and close to the sky train. The staff are nice, friendly, and helpful. Lots of choices and healthy menus breakfast. The room is comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need.

The hotel room given to me was spacious and big but I could not enjoy it much as was busy during the conference and only came to the room to sleep and rest

A perfect stay! From the front desk to room service, every staff member was warm and professional. The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent view, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable

There's even a shuttle to the subway! Just be aware there are a lot of O-san (Japanese men/tourists), but it's totally fine to stay here. The pool is super photogenic!

A very standard, full-service Marriott hotel with a business-oriented style, catering to many business travelers. It's impeccably maintained and the staff are incredibly organized and provide excellent service

Housekeeping came just to lightly mop the room and picked up the dead cockroaches on the living room. Bedroom & toilet, nothing whatsoever. Sofa full of stain, dont need to mention about carpet

The room is big, a lot of spaces for 4 people. All the things already ages but are clean. Service is good, every staff is helpful and polite.

The prop is undergoing renovation I think. The lower floors were all not occupied even the common area lights not on. And they are trying to save by minimising the air-conditioning in common areas and staff

Location : little bit far from NANA BTS station but acceptable We needed to wait for Check-in about 10-15min and the room was not ready at 4pm (needed to wait another 10-15min) Breakfast is excellent! Check-out was very smoothly

Absolutely amazing hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit

Very clean, great staff, pool area has limited sunbeds & took a while for us to get one but plenty of seating areas (we had 2 rest days in Bangkok before we moved to another city)

Very nice hotel got a great room high with amazing views of the city-elevators a bit slow. Reakfast many variety and good selection. Staff professional and polite

The place was very good. It was very luxurious, but the staff needs to be a little bit up to the park when it comes to hospitality service management.

The children's room also had a balcony, but to my surprise, there was a short sky bridge leading directly to the back stairwell entrance of the adjacent building. There were also some 'monsters' (insects) on the wall

The living area was a perfect spot to relax with its chic sofa setup and playful mix of textures and colors. I was unfortunately disturbed by noise from the neighboring room early in the morning, which woke me up

I love this hotel so much and have stayed here many times now and will continue to stay here. I think it is worth paying extra for the club lounge as the e food and drinks are very good

Booked a twin room for a family of three. The beds in this standard room are indeed quite large, but the facilities are old. The carpet looked dirty, and the toilet wasn't wiped clean

The rooftop bar is one of the best in Bangkok I believe and you get priority when staying at the hotel

The hotel's location is great, close to two main subway stations, Asoke and Sukhumvit. It's situated between Terminal 21 and EMSphere. Cowboy Street is just a few minutes away

I'd give the cleanliness a 9 out of 10; it was almost perfect, but the pipe under the sink was leaking. Overall, five stars, and good value for money

Great for family quiet and clean

The only minor downside is that the room card sensors in the hotel seem to have an issue… whether it's the elevator or the room door sensor, you have to try inserting the card several times, sometimes even ten or more, before it finally works

Without hesitation, she picked up the phone and communicated with the vendor, quickly arranging a time and entrusting the suitcase to the bell desk staff to hand over to the person who would pick it up

I did find that the concierge staff had a rather laid-back attitude in handling my queries, but the lady with spectacles at the front office desk (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) managed the matter very efficiently

Convenience stores and numerous restaurants are conveniently located nearby. Although the breakfast is standard and offered by many other hotels, the selection of food did not meet my expectations

My family and I were put up at Room 1506 and I must say our stay at Solitaire was simply smooth, cozy and the best. Tan at the Front desk for being so accommodating and nice. They are extremely gentle and understanding

The whole team from the security to the housekeeping to the bar tender were all nice. The hotel is so close to such lively streets that we got the best feel of Bangkok right from the night we landed and got in here

I have stayed twice at this hotel and each time I have been impressed by the warm reception from all staff at every level. The rooms are well appointed and very clean

The hotel's location is a few minutes' walk from Samyan. There are many massage parlors opposite the hotel, but you need to choose carefully

Stayed at Le Meridien Bangkok and had a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the pool was beautiful with a great view. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Considering the price, it's quite a good deal if you're not looking at the top-tier five-star hotels. The large window offers views of the iconic Pixel Building and the pool downstairs, which is a bonus

There's always assistance when getting in and out of cars at the entrance, and they granted a late check-out. Plus, upon check-in, there's a free coffee voucher redeemable at the coffee bar on the first floor

A minor suggestion: it would be great if the automatic curtain control button could switch on/off with a single press, as holding it down can be tiresome. Service: The service deserves full marks

Facilities: The room size and bathroom shower both deserve high marks, and the bed is just right – neither too soft nor too hard. A definite plus is the Let's Relax SPA on the hotel's 6th floor

The kids club also took care of my both kids, they enjoyed very much an had a great time

Across the street, there's a huge mall where you can find pretty much any Thai brand you're looking for. And 7-Eleven? Forget about it, there's one every few steps. The BTS Skytrain station is also just a short walk away

The rooms are clean, the pool is nice, and the breakfast is good, perfect for a vacation. However, the water quality isn't great, so remember to use bottled water if you're going to rinse your mouth

A small heads-up: there's a 3000 THB deposit required each night. If you pay with a bank card, it might take about a month for the refund to process back to your account
