disappointing.

nice hotel, friendly staff.
room is tiny but looks nice.

it is super noisy. noise from the street (poor windows) and the room next door (when they were having a shower it sounded like they were standing next to my bed).
bed is hard like a brick.

i wanted to enjoy a midrange hotel for a few nights to have some comfort and get some good sleep. the opposite was the case. i was woken up every morning around 7 from the noises and my body felt super stiff.
i had some better nights in the 350 baht hotel with the worn out mattress where i stayed before

Nice view of Wat Ketkaram from the hotel. The hotel can improve on housekeeper’s shift and water storage facilities to ensure customers can check in early and there is water to shower every morning

Friendly walk up boutique hotel in a convenient location. Surrounded by nice cafes, popular eateries and next to it is the famous Wat Ket Karam temple. Place is tastefully designed, I love it! Thanks Khun Fah and Khun Nisha (hopefully I got your names right!) for recommending yummy eateries. Highly recommended.

Great value and location, the room is clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable. The hotel provides towels / shower gel and shampoo, also have hair dryer which is rare for other hotels at their price. The place is simple yet meets all my basic needs.

My room is on the 4th floor and windows are located next to the corridor. The stair is quite steep but i travel light so that didn't bother me. Street can be a bit noisy early in the morning, so if you are sensitive bringing earplugs would be a good idea.
